Did a great job from the scheduling, to the ordering, to getting the door installed. Would recommend.

I live in the Harvey Park neighborhood of West Denver where the original 1950s windows are aluminum…read moreframe crank style windows that are very drafty and transfer outside noise into my home. JDI gave me outstanding options for replacing my windows at a great price. I did not get their premium windows. I just went for their second tier basic windows. The entire process from the initial consultation, measuring and ordering windows custom made for my home and installation was roughly 6 weeks. The owner who conducted the initial consultation, scheduler, crew foreman, and crew members were fast, efficient, cleaned up the demolition of the original windows beautifully and were very friendly. Some were even born and raised in the same neighborhood as me. I can't believe how nice these windows are, how they have improved the beauty, air tightness of my home for drafts, temperature changes and for outside ambient noise reduction. Their ease of use is outstanding. I can't say enough superlatives about JDI. I would give them 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU!!!!!

Extreme disappointment regarding the quality and installation of the 18 Simonton windows I…read morepurchased from JDI. The overall product quality is unsatisfactory, and the installation was subpar. I continue to experience drafts and excessive noise through all the windows. The amount of noise I receive from planes (I live nowhere near an airport) and cars is crazy; it was never like this with my old builder grade windows. Furthermore, the caulking is very sloppy. The owner said he was ok with the work and threatened to place a lien on my property the day after the windows were installed if I didn't pay, even though I was not satisfied. Following the owner's suggestion, I completed a Home Energy Audit. I have attached a few photos from that audit which clearly demonstrate significant temperature differences. I have also attached videos demonstrating the air leakage using a fog machine.(I can't attach all the pictures and videos I have and would be happy to share) After I called the troubleshooter radio show, the owner sent a crew to insulate three of the windows that I felt were the worst (which helped a little). I was then asked to pay for the insulation of the remaining windows. It is unclear why new windows would be installed without proper spray foam insulation in the first place. Additionally, two of the windows still do not close or lock correctly, even after the sashes were replaced twice. Given my significant investment, this has been a regrettable experience.

We hired Five Seasons last year to replace most of our windows for our home. Some of our windows…read morewere fairly large, and we also had two sliding glass doors replaced. So, this was a big project and we were very nervous as it was our first time doing this. From the start, we were impressed by the sales process. They went over our preferences and needs multiple times, made many iterations, and finally, we settled on the windows to replace, the style, the amount of sun filtering, etc. We chose Marvin windows as the window manufacturer, and Five Seasons then handled the installation. Now that it's been a year, we can say that Five Seasons supports their work really well. We had some problems with the hardware side of some of our Marvin windows and doors. It wasn't anything major, but things that should have been working properly. Dylan and Makayla provided exceptional support and actually rebuilt our sliding glass door locks for us, and since they did their work, the door locks have been working perfectly. The window installers, under Mike, did a great job installing windows that were large and in difficult locations. We have now had a year to see how they have held up to wind, rain, and cold weather and they are doing great. We are glad we went with Five Seasons. They were reasonably priced, installed the windows when scheduled, and have been providing excellent support.

We were looking to replace our 28-year-old, builder-grade siding that was showing signs of water…read moreretention. After getting four quotes, I came to realize that each company pretty much has one type of siding they recommend and install. For one company we interviewed it was LP (engineered wood), for two companies it was Hardie (fiber cement), and for the last company, Superior Industries, it was a material we hadn't heard of before: Gentek ALIGN Composite Cladding (aka Alside ASCEND Composite Cladding). I was initially skeptical because I hadn't come across it in my research. How good could it be? Turns out, amazing. Really glad I called Mike to come take a look, as otherwise we would have ended up spending a lot more to get a not-quite-as-good product. Superior Industries replaced all of our siding, soffits, and facia, and aluminum-wrapped all new trim boards for us. They did precise, high-quality work and it really shows. Communication was good throughout and the guys who did the work were friendly and competent. Mike only has a couple teams, so these guys have been with him for many years and really know their stuff. They listened to everything I had to say, they consulted me when there were any decisions to be made, and they answered all my questions. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.

Inferior Product Installed…read more I needed new windows for a remodel I am doing in my daughter's condo. I contacted Superior Industries for one of three quotes I received. Mike came to respresent Superior. Mike and I discussed in detail about the color of the windows. I probably told Mike at least a dozen times "I need brown windows," "The windows must be brown." Not once did Mike speak up to tell me the windows he had in mind would be white inside. I fully expected the windows to be brown inside and out. Mike emailed me a work order where he added "white inside" to the description of the windows. I didn't notice this detail in the work order, but at the same time, I did not approve or sign-off on this work order. I approved the install solely on the promise of brown windows at a quoted price of $11,262. What business person would believe that simply sending out a work order, with no sign-off by the customer, indicates acceptance by the customer? The windows Superior installed are much cheaper windows than all-brown windows would have been. I accepted their quote believing I would get all brown windows. Quotes from the other vendors indicate brown and white windows sell for three to four thousand dollars less than all brown windows. I overpaid by three to four thousand dollars! I entered into agreement with Superior in good faith. I did not get respect or good faith in return. Instead, I got an inferior product where a much better product was promised. I will never do business with this company again. Update to Mike's response: What contract? A contract is a document where both parties sign-off agreeing to the terms of the contract. My signature does not appear on any such document. The email Mike references approves only the quote based on a promise of seven brown windows. I never approved the work order via email. I challenge Mike to post here any proof that I signed-off or otherwise approved the terms of his "work order."

We had a very disappointing experience with K&W Windows, and I would strongly encourage anyone…read moreconsidering working with them to proceed with caution. First, be aware of their high pressure sales tactics. During the in home consultation we were told we would receive a significant discount, roughly a third off, but only if we put down a deposit on the spot while the salesperson was present. We were told that if we reached out after the consult, the discount would no longer apply. Unfortunately, we fell for this pressure. Since then, the experience has been nothing but frustrating. Our entry door was installed in December, and the moment the door arrived for installation we immediately flagged that it was not the door we ordered. The door did not even resemble the product shown in the sales pictures. We were promised a plugless frame door, but the one delivered had multiple visible plugs across the frame, making it look more like a $9,000 jail door than the product we believed we were purchasing. Even at that moment, neither the salesperson nor the company's management seemed to know how to handle the situation. We were told they were unsure whether the issue should be treated as a warranty claim or a product error, which was surprising considering we had just received the wrong door. Three months later, we are still waiting for a replacement, and the experience has only become more frustrating. Instead of resolving the issue, the company has spent months shifting blame internally. At one point we were told their salesperson was not properly trained to sell that product and essentially sold us something that does not exist. How that becomes the customer's problem is beyond me. The lack of accountability has been particularly disappointing. Rather than owning the mistake, we have been given conflicting explanations and delays. Today was the first time in three months that a representative from the company actually came out to inspect the door. Before this, we attempted several times to schedule visits with the original salesperson, who repeatedly confirmed appointments and then never showed up. The proposed solution from the company was even more surprising. We were told we could pay the cost of a brand new door on top of what we already paid, essentially asking us to buy another door to correct their mistake. Meanwhile, our payment was gladly accepted the day of the sale. I would also add that based on this experience, I cannot recommend ProVia as a door manufacturer. It appears they do not provide adequate training to the companies that sell their products, their catalog images and renderings are misleading compared to the actual product delivered, and there has been little accountability from anyone involved in resolving the issue. Three months later, we still do not have the door we ordered and there is no clear resolution in sight. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow through has been extremely disappointing.

Rather than honoring their contingent liability they disclaimed any duty to fulfill the previous companies contracts for lifetime warranty. When I called I was informend that I would have to pay for a service call of $95 and that I would also be liable for the cost of replacement glass. I spoke to two unhelpful representatives, of which the second he would refer my issue to a higher up. No further communication was received.

I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.
