These guys were fair. I took in a custom piece and wanted tempered glass and they talked me into regular glass; which would have been fine but they seemed to do so out of laziness, rahter than genuine concern for my outdoor use of the glass. I needed several small pieces of glass, in random geometric shapes, and he charged me a flat rate based on the largest piece. The young gentleman that works there was very friendly but everyone else seems pretty uninterested in the customer service side of business. The kicker was when I went to pick my piece up at 3:00pm in the afternoon and they were closed, though I was under the impression they were open until 4:00 or 5:00, as I had confirmed my pick up time a couple days before. This required another trip the next day to get my piece, which was fairly inconvenient. I was not going to write a review until I noticed that one of the pieces of glass is cut too small, so that bums me out a bit. Anyway, I would say use them if you have to, but if you can find another company you might be better off. read more

It is a modest shop, definitely NOT corporate, and they take the brain damage out of repairs.......reglazing old windows, creating insulated glass panes, mirroring doors, making tabletops. Friendly, prompt, reliable service. If you've got an older home in North Denver or anywhere else in the city it makes no sense to go anywhere else. They do service calls too. Does it get any better? Unfortunately, the glass was not the right kind, (reed glass has both vertical AND horizontal orientation. The owners were gracious and didn't charge for the mistake. Called to place the order last week. Said they would call back and never have. They said that they would send me an email confirmation. Have called 3 times and they always claim that they cannot find my ticket. I have waited for 10 days to have the window repaired in a rental property. They HOA is fining me per day. Compass has done work in our house a couple of times now - once when we broke a window moving in (in the middle of January, so we needed it fixed FAST), and once when we decided to freshen up our old bent up sliding glass door. Both times, these guys have been fast, friendly, helpful - everything you would want. I've never been disappointed with the price. I would not recommend this company for any of your automotive needs!! I went to this company to have a new piece of tempered glass cut for my street rod. When I picked up the glass and returned home I found that it was scratched. I called the next morning to let them know and was told to bring the glass back and that they would work with me. I returned once again to their place of business and the gentlemen indicated this was their error since they placed the glass on another piece which resulted in the scratch. A few days went by and I received a call from the owner of this establishment accusing me of scratching the glass. I explained that I did not scratch the glass and he insisted it was my fault. He indicated that if I wanted to continue to work with their company I need to fork out additional money and I would have to make a tempt plate for the window. Again if you are looking for someone who is willing to be fair you will not find it with these guys. Find another company to help with your automotive glass needs. read more
