Every time you call they answer within 30 seconds and are nice on the phone and in person. My car was licensed out of state which caused some delays from my insurance to start fixing the car and the car ended up in shop for about a month and a week. Not so much the auto shops fault but there seemed to be a lack of communication between the insurance and the repair shop where one would always say they were waiting on the response of the other. It requires a lot of calling on the customer behalf in order for it to be expedited and moved along and once the parts were ordered and insurance approved, parts were delayed another week.
