All I brought was my food. We drove around so that I could get familiar with the dashboard, how to turn corners and watch out for trees. I found the vehicle easy to drive and the the ride was great! I camped with my family, who came in their camper, at Kohler Andre state park mid May. That was the weekend we had rain and thunderstorms but I was safe and warm inside the camper and even used the a/c when it got to hot for me. The location is easy to find and my deposit was returned in a timely manor. Thanks again for a great weekend with my family.

He verified they had the parts, moved out a job that was in the shop & pulled us right in to be worked on. We did a little shopping in the show room (they had everything we needed). He let know about how long it would be & the parts lady gave a great recommendation for lunch. They had us back on the road in just over 4 hours. Amazing service! Very friendly, helpful & reasonable. The setup videos were helpful even if not precisely for the 2019 Jay Feather (unit B) we rented. Towing the 23' trailer with my V-6 Frontier was easier than expected, although you'll save some time if there are two of you to guide the towing vehicle to the trailer's hitch. I don't tow things often, but backing it I s kind of like riding a bike; once you've done it it comes back pretty readily. The unit was clean and well equipped for camping, although we were just parking it in our drive for the extra bedrooms and toilet. The cost seemed reasonable for our 3-night rental. The $150. for delivery and pickup, which includes the pump-out ($10 + $3 day pass @ Kohler-Andre State Park), is very reasonable, and is recommended if your time is valuable. All-in-all it was a great experience for the rental, and the use by our guests. One word of caution: be careful to only raise the trailer as high as necessary to clear the hitch ball on the towing vehicle. A 30A automotive blade type fuse protects the lift motor, and if "blown," by raising to the limit, you may be raising or lowering the trailer by hand crank, which is a bit more work.

Response time and communication was impeccable, the unit was spotless and fully equipped, excellent booklet inside with clear and concise instructions on start-up usage, maintenance, and return process. Caitlin and her team have left nothing to chance for a terrific customer experience. Throughout our trip, we had questions (because we didn't realize the instruction book had the answers) which I texted to her and received a response within 30 minutes ready and willing to troubleshoot.
