I reached out to AAA and since my sister was in the Porter Ranch area, Northridge Service was assigned to the service call. Right away one of their driver called me and told me he was 10 minutes away when the AAA app showed me it would take 45 minutes. He drove around the parking lot and found my sister in the Vineyard Porter Ranch. After confirming I was a AAA member, he changed out her blown tire with the spare tire. Thank you so much for the assistance.

Then half of my order arrived. They had split my order, apparently were able to accept the original payment method this time, and shipped it. I had already paid for and was expecting my order from another vendor. They agreed to a return, but they kept a restocking fee and return shipping fee. In my mind, they shouldn't have charged any fees AND returned my original shipping costs since this was their fault 100%

This Place is freaking awesome...!!!…read more Everyone warned me before i picked up my 540i that It was going to have a crapload of problems, and that it would be super expensive to fix cause parts are always sooooo expensive at the dealership. But one day i came across VG's ad. and they have everything i need. Sucks that my engine pressure is soooo high that it popped 2 of my Coolant Reservoirs but luckily VG was close by to get them... brand new and OEM. I also got my radiator hose there as well. Besides that I know theyll always have what parts i break, and a cheaper cost than dealerships. so you know where to find me when you see my gripes about a broken car part...!!! Thumbs Up

Service: 5S Price: 5S…read more These guys are great! I have a 16 year old Toyota Camry that had a few functional parts that needed to be replaced for some reason or another: 1) Driver's interior door handle and bezel 2) Driver's visor 3) Center console arm rest 4) Rear passenger cup holder (attached to center console) At first went to the car junkyard and spent an hour in the sun to no avail. I found Toyo Parts Only (http://www.yelp.com/biz/toyo-parts-only-toyotas-only-north-hollywood) and attempted to get these parts there. Toyo told me they didn't have the bezel but recommended that I walk down to Matrix and asked them. Matrix is located only half a block away form Toyo and the owner dispatched his two guys to rip the parts off a wrecked car. He gave me the reasonable quote for the total. To my joy, he then asked me to pull the car around to have the parts installed. The two guys worked hard for about an hour. The owner then asked if he could charge an extra $15 for the labor which I gladly paid. I then tipped his two employees $12 each as I was certain taking the parts to get them installed would've been equal if not more. Overall, I am completely ecstatic with their service. I highly recommend you give them a try for your spare parts. Will definitely come back!
