Jonathan took the time to explain a couple of battery options and thoroughly answered all of my questions. When I arrived at the store, the young woman at the register was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Jonathan then installed my new battery quickly and professionally, allowing me to get back to my busy Sunday without delay. I'm a repeat customer at O'Reilly because they consistently have the hard-to-find battery my vehicle requires, and their team always provides reliable, trustworthy, and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location.

All State Auto Dismantling is on what I call, Junk Yard Row, in Sun Valley. Up and down Tuxton are…read morelots of similar places that sell used auto parts and provide other auto related services. I found this place while calling around looking for a part. If someone said they didn't have it, I would ask, "who do you think might have it", and some guy sent me to All State. Here's the deal. Sal, the owner, said he had what I wanted and gave me a price. I drove over there and because I didn't have the old part to compare, it was still on my van, he gave me a seven day return promise. He wrote it on the receipt. A few days later I tried to install the part. Visually it was different, but I installed it anyways just to see if it might work. It didn't. So I went back a few days later, and he quickly and easily gave me my cash back. He honored his word. So I recommend All State Auto Dismantling and you should too.

It seemed like he enjoyed giving people bad news. Genuinely enjoying it, putting a huge smile on his face and laughing when he corrects you and gives you bad news while giggling as well. Then he would turn his head around mid conversation with me and speak in Spanish to a co worker, obviously talking about me right in front of me. This establishment needs to take a look into Carlos. He is very unprofessional, made me feel very unwelcome, had me waiting around for no reason, and enjoyed giving people bad news. Do yourself a favor and head down the road over to Pep Boys. MUCH better service there and the employees there are very helpful, nice, and welcoming and make your lives a lot easier.
