We understand you can't get it to perfectly line up, but the color or the pattern was very different. They were very friendly and showed us some samples at the store. Later that afternoon, Mike Knautz came to our home and we were able to discuss choices with him. Once we made a decision, Knautz's promptly sent us an estimate. We sent in a payment and everything was installed very quickly. The work was professionally done and there were no cost overruns. We found the prices very reasonable. They also coordinated their work with the plumber (we were getting a new sink in the bathroom and kitchen) and the entire project went very smoothly.
