His work was solid. He was professional and done quickly. My husband and I were so grateful! Because the work had been so good on the handrails, we talked to him about a couple of other odd jobs and our new home he installed a pantry, medicine cabinet, and was honest with us about the fact we would not be able to install a garbage disposal. In addition he did a few other odd jobs while he was here. His work is always top-notch, he is pleasant to deal with, and we have been more than satisfied. I would say that you get what you pay for. I called a few times during this waiting period to see when someone was coming out .Finally on May 23rd I got to speak with Todd who tried booking me for the following Wednesday . I let him know it had already been 2 weeks that I had been waiting & asked what am I supposed do about all this water. Lonnie called me back right away & had people out within 30 min. He sent to guys out, because 110$ service call on the 9th , said it required 2 guys to remove the bathroom cabinet ( which they didn't have to do, he just cut a whole underneath my cabinet to reach the pipes) Adam did the work & his apprentice (2nd guy) kept getting stuff for Adam when he needed it. Charging me 385$( 3.5 hrs. Labor) for 2 plumbers Time out 1:45pm till 3:30 pm ( left my house 3:05pm)confirmed by text messaging . My house is only 3 min away from there shop according to Google maps. It was explained to me that the 2nd guy need to hold the one pipe as it would have taken longer to do the work. They would reduce the labor to an apprentice wage, which they didn'tcharge me for originally, almost 75$ less. My point is that I should have just been charged for 1 plumber @ 1.75 hours . It seems little shady!
