Work out room is trash and everything is broken. Pool was open for a month. Let's also talk about the carpet being over 20 years old probably and stunk. Mold throughout apartment. Literally so happy to be away from there. Disgusting. Also you will never be able to reach cooperate. They never answer or return calls.

Jeff and his helper took great care in moving furniture and boxes from a 2nd floor deck to his truck, and then provided excellent care and help getting everything set up in mom's new apartment. We called Jeff again in March to help start the process of cleaning out my mom's house. Over the course of 5 months, we called Jeff 4 times and he was super helpful in removing various items (both large and small), and having helpers that were very careful. Jeff helped us sort through items that needed to be recycled, including cardboard, electronics, and metal. He also helped us with cleaning out the basement and getting rid of large racks and other heavy boxes. I highly recommend Jeff! He and his crew are prompt, work very quickly and efficiently, and take great care to be sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. We used Jeff a total of 5 times in 10 months, and we are glad to have had his help and expertise.

Despite claiming to handle northern IL, they are based in Dixon, IL which is two hours from Chicago. Unless they have 2-3 customers in the same area, they won't send a contractor to the Chicago-land area. When asked when they could help? "1 week, 2 weeks or maybe a month or two. The owner won't allow us to schedule an appointment that far away without other jobs to handle on the same day." So, if you need leak detection help, make sure your neighbors also have a leak (or find a different company). Terrible
