They knew they were not getting the business because we were going through our home warranty holder. The home warranty place said we had to use Hinrichs plumbing so we had them come out the and do an inspection. We paid the $150 deductible. Over the next couple weeks we contacted both the warranty place and Hinrichs plumbing getting the run around with one saying they are waiting on the other and the other saying they did what was required. Mind you, it's hot. Our Air is NOT working and at the moment we have 2 sick kids that can't cool down. My husband called yesterday and was informed by the warranty place that they would not cover anything because Hindrichs said there is nothing wrong. My husband then called Hinrichs, Shane from Hinrichs told him that we are crooks just trying to get new equipment. Mind you, it's seriously 90 degrees in my home. I'm more frustrated that they wasted 2 weeks, we could of had a reputable company already have it installed and be Done with it. So lesson of the day Hinrichs is beyond unprofessional and I'm pretty sure The home warranty place is a scam and pays their "selected companies" to say what they want so nothing actually gets paid for.
