I love the new location - it's on the second floor or a much bigger building with a security guard in the lobby. It feels safer and the facilities are like 10x larger. This location is fantastic. It is right next to 34th herald square and so easy to find. I've done my underarms and have seen a dramatic difference just after 2 sessions. This time I did my legs and was surprised that the pain level is pretty similar. Every technician I've had so far has been very kind and thoughtful. I've been going to Melissa for the past year, and I can say that she is hands down the best there is. She's very attentive, careful, patient and experienced. The location itself is also extremely well maintained and clean. In terms of results, lasering changed my life! I used to get waxed all the time because I'm one of those people who's hair grows back very quickly when shaving. I have dark hair on the thicker side, and lasering completely eliminated my hair!
