The entire place is clean, well-maintained, and has such a professional atmosphere. Viktoriia makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire process and takes her time to ensure everything is done properly. The best part is that I noticed a difference in my results from DAY ONE! I was so happy to see results so quickly, and it made me even more excited to continue my treatments. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work. If you're considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend booking with Viktoriia. She's knowledgeable, professional, and truly amazing at what she does. I'm so glad I found her and look forward to continuing my treatments!

Today I went to Erase Spa for my laser hair removal appointment, and I was genuinely excited to…read morebegin my session. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Your website clearly states the estimated length of each laser treatment (for example, full legs - 20 minutes, stomach line - 15 minutes), so I had certain expectations regarding the quality and thoroughness of the service. I arrived early for my appointment and was the only client in the waiting room. After waiting about five minutes, the technician brought me in on time. From the start, there was very little communication. She only asked the standard questions about retinol use, antibiotics, and similar medical information, but she never explained the treatment process or what to expect during the session. What concerned me most was the treatment itself. The technician did not mark or properly assess the treatment areas, and it felt like she was simply guessing rather than being precise. She didn't pause to check that every area had been treated evenly. When I asked her to lower the air pressure because I was uncomfortable, my request was ignored. This location is not the same since the previous technicians left. The level of professionalism and attention to detail has noticeably declined. There was no welcoming atmosphere, no effort to make me feel comfortable, and no sense of structure. What was especially frustrating is that there wasn't a single other client waiting, yet the technician still rushed through my appointment. The session was completed much faster than expected, and I honestly do not believe all of the treatment areas were covered properly. Laser hair removal should be performed carefully and methodically. The technician should be checking that every section is treated evenly rather than rushing through the appointment. As a paying customer, I expect a thorough treatment that matches the standards your company advertises. I left feeling like my appointment was rushed and that I did not receive the quality of care I paid for. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future clients receive the level of service they deserve

I've had many different technicians over the years, some better than others but all of them are professional when doing the treatments. The front desk staff in particular provides great customer service and are very easy to contact when I need to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I've had laser on most of my body and now I only need to go every couple of months for maintenance since some areas do grow back due to hormones. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. They always have different promotions available so the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place if you're interested in laser hair removal.

One is, so I can't even book until I provide a doctor's note. I could've done that weeks ago, and I would've just bought a 50% off package with the holiday deals and booked my first session if I didn't need to first come in for a 3 minute consult. The front desk staff was nice (though I have no clue what their names were because no one introduced themselves) and I was seen on time, so two stars for that, but three stars off for wasting my time. I've been preparing for weeks to begin laser treatments - no waxing, no sun, only shaving, etc., and now I'm unsure whether I should bother going back or find a different provider. UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. No one acknowledged or responded. It now seems I'll be purchasing services elsewhere since Laser Spa doesn't care enough to earn my business with a simple response to an email. The location really is convenient and I prepared for many weeks for the treatments, so this is highly disappointing.

Marta genuinely cares about your skin. She doesn't try to sell products & will always give you samples to try before you commit to anything. Her goal is to get your skin to a stage where you don't need to come to her as much. She is the owner & the only one who does your facial & has decades of experience. Plan accordingly to get an appointment. She spends 1 hr & 15-30 min on each of her full facials. I've gone to her with severly clogged skin and let me tell you - I have never had extractions like this before. She got EVERYTHING out & was extremely patient in doing so. I always expect to walk out of a facial with battered skin (for reference, I was a Mario Badescu client for years) but I often come out of a facial with Marta looking BETTER than when I went in. I am not kidding! I always do my research with everything from restaurants to facials/massages & everything in between & I highly recommend Marta if you are looking for glowing skin!
