I know I don't have the most current phone (yet) but I also know what the specs are for the iphone line-up. I suggest more training as I really wouldn't trust any information that was being provided. When I returned the next day, the same employee, Valeria, lied and claimed she told me, and the manager, Barrington, took zero accountability. He said he watched the camera footage and blamed me for opening the phone, as if that excused their mistake. Then, when AT&T corporate couldn't process the refund, he demanded to see my personal and private bank statement to "prove" the charge went through--accusing me of lying again. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and shady. Overall an insulting treatment of a paying customer. Avoid this store at all costs.
