5/6/2025 David and Ivan were great. My battery was replaced…read morein less than 20 minutes and I had a nice conversation with David. He has been there 15 years. He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. Said it would take about 30 min and cost maybe $65.00.Love my new case.

Today I was racially profiled at Delta Computers after stopping at this business for a quick…read moreemergency stop for my dog. While my female dog was simply peeing, this individual proceeded to make accusations about cleaning up after her. Even though I was standing there with a paper bag and napkins in my hand, clearly prepared to handle any waste had there been any, he "was not there to debate". After I explained she had only urinated, and asked him what I was supposed to clean up...he escalated the situation by threatening to call the police on me for absolutely no crime. I had to ask him directly if he truly wanted the police to come and potentially shoot me over a dog peeing in an empty lot. Weaponizing law enforcement as a tool for racial profiling and intimidation is unacceptable. I will never support a business that treats people with such blatant hostility and bias.

I have 5 desktops going at all times and several laptops. Delta keeps my staff working! Anything that I need they have provided. They usually have a regular supply of hi quality used units that they stand behind and I have done well buying these as opposed to medium quality new units. They always take care of me and my staff. I'm dropping off a unit tomorrow (Saturday morning on a holiday weekend) that crashed today. And it was long overdue for service. I know that Delta will get me going for as reasonable an investment as possible. Even on a Saturday. Thanks to the team at Delta for having our back. Chris from Cobalt cars.

They…read moretold me I had a one-month warranty, but after only two weeks, the screen on my phone stopped working. When I brought my phone back, the first thing they told me was that the technician was not there. I asked for the technician's phone number so I could contact him, but they said they didn't have it. How can someone who works as a technician at the store not have a phone number? After arguing with me for several minutes, they suddenly told me that my phone had water damage and that the warranty would not cover it. This was absolutely not true. They then told me I had to pay another $120 to get my phone fixed. I do not recommend this place at all. The way they treated me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I only discovered it when I was on the plane. It was the employee's fault but there's no refunds. buyer beware. return policy is horrible. Just because of this I won't recommend it to anybody. I will take this review down and give a couple stars when I see a refund in my bank account.

I've been here about 4 times now and had very mixed experiences. The good: They are kind people who are more price competitive than Wizard or other competitors. There aren't too many people that do this sort of thing. While this type of repair work in general seems to be expensive anywhere, the $50 deposit for my keyboard and hourly work rate was less than Wizard. While their week day operating hours (close at 6, Friday at 5) might be tough for most professionals, including me, they did stay open an extra 15 minutes yesterday for me to pick up my repaired keyboard. Additionally, while the last time I went here the same note they fixed broke again, they did offer to repair it at no cost. I clarified about this policy on this visit and they old me their repairs have a 3 month warranty. The not so good: The place lacks basic professionalism. You may not get someone to answer the phone, the front office is a mess with very little room to even enter with all of the electronics around and tight space. There's not also not a whole lot of info. listed on Google or their website. Last week I called to confirm they were open before driving the 40 minutes each way to get there and when I arrived they were closed due to a power outage. I understand this isn't their fault and while this is frustrating because I called in advance, they have caller ID and could have maybe called me back to give me a heads up. This is also the second time this has happened.
