Stacy knew right away that I was going to need some extra hand-holding and she guided me expertly through the entire process. Stacy created the perfect Covid-safe menu that included individually plated appetizers, a served salad course and a served luncheon buffet. I've attached a few pictures but they don't do it justice - everything looked amazing and tasted delicious! And everyone felt very safe with the individual servings. My guests just raved about the the food, presentation and expert service! Stacy and her assistant IIja provided prompt delivery and setup, followed by a super cleanup with "leftover" food packaged nicely for the after-party!
