They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! The had catered events there in the past so they knew what they were walking into.....No electricity, no running water and an outdoor venue where they had to bring their "Kitchen" to the parking lot. Their servers were gracious, quick and so sweet. The servers were dripping wet as they had to carry plated meals through the rain to our tables in the tent. They did not complain and were joyful and helpful. One of the servers caught the attention of one of our family members who was blind. This server walked her into the tent when it started raining and gave special attention to her throughout the evening.
