If we remove the pricetag from the equation, I'll say that this is the best Hawaiian food chain that I've had. The company follows the Chipotle "slop bowl" model, but the bowl honestly looks quite elegant. Big Hawaiian Bowl Grilled Chicken: It's the best Hawaiian grilled chicken I've ever had. Soft, juicy, and it's not an overly aggressive flavor profile. It doesn't follow the cookie cutter flavors found in other Hawaiian chains. Chicken Katsu: It's battered chicken. What's not to like? The ranch sauce also complemented it well. White rice: Rice is rice. Assorted vegetables: Normally, this is relegated to inherit the drippings of the meat. Not this time, even the vegetables are amazing. Macaroni: It's the best Hawaiian macaroni that I've had. Coleslaw: It's okay. I may have picked the wrong sauce for it since it was kinda sour. Picking a different sauce if there is a next time. Service: I just picked it up in the ghost kitchen. It was ready by the time I got there. Ambiance: It's a ghost kitchen. The ambiance is people coming in and out. Nobody eats there.

Wait times can get a little busy and service is lackluster. Many food options, all of which are healthy and pretty solid tasting. This place gets pretty messy when it's just and the front face isn't well staffed. If you're unfamiliar with the layout/need help with ordering or pick up, it's not an ideal experience.
