One of our go-to places for our family celebrations. For Easter, my mom would always order the Hog Pack (Feeds 9-13) Includes: 24-28 Ribs, 12 pcs. Chicken, 4 Sausages (cut in thirds), 1 1/2 lbs. Brisket, 12 pcs. Cornbread, and 3 pints each of two sides. Whenever we'd dine in, I' always get my favorite- Blackened Cajun Chicken Pasta: Fettuccine pasta with blackened chicken breast tossed in a spicy Cajun cream sauce, garnished with tomatoes and green onions. All so so good. Parking is a little tricky if you're not going to valet. Seating is either in the main dining room, bar or the private/extended room in the back. Doesn't really matter where you sit. We used Naples Rib Company for catering my mom's 90th birthday for about 100 people. We had a Hawaiian theme and NRC provided us with an amazing Luau dinner menu. We hired Naples Rib to cater for our wedding because they were on the list of exclusive vendors available to us and the venue staff told us that Naples Rib provides good value for money and plenty of food. Coming from a Vietnamese family I had to convince my family to accept non-Vietnamese food at my wedding. I assured them that there would be enough and that it would be good. Our tasting was amazing and everything was delicious. Dave reassured us that there would be plenty of food and that they never run out. We chose as our main dishes for the day: prime rib carved on site, salmon and bbq ribs. We also paid for a bar, which allowed us to provide our own alcohol and soft drinks. We brought our own drinks to Naples two weeks before the wedding for them to bring on the night. Dave was wonderful to work with, but we just wish that he had been the main point of contact on the night, and this is because: The prime rib had run out before all of our guests had come up to the buffet for their first time - not even their second time. This meant that some of our guests did not have a chance to try the prime rib at all. They were a little upset by this. Additionally, when other relatives went back to the buffet, they were told that some of the food had run out (the salmon and prime rib). To be honest this was humiliating for us as hosts. Secondly, Naples Rib did not bring any of the soda which we had given them prior to the wedding, and when we asked the onsite staff where it was they told us we had never given it to them, which was false. We asked repeatedly but did not get anywhere, so none of our soda was available to any of our guests on the night. Please note that we did not have extra, last minute guests, in fact we had one person who did not show up on the night, so our day-of total was lower than the number we provided Naples Rib for our catering. On the plus side, the food was delicious and people definitely enjoyed it. It tasted good. Also, Dave was very accommodating in taking our cake and desserts to the venue for us, and looked after them well. The staff on the night also did package up the leftover pasta, salad etc very nicely for us. It may seem harsh, but a wedding can't be redone, so this review was going to be a 2 star review, because of the food running out despite the assurances and the soda being left behind. However, we went to see Dave to let him know what happened and he was genuinely sorry and made a big effort to help us put things right with our family. In the end this did make a big difference so overall I would say 4 out of 5 for my experience with Naples Rib catering. Dave actually told us that the only thing the onsite staff needed to do was to call him and Naples Rib could have brought over another prime rib in no time at all on the night. I think if the onsite staff communicate better with Dave then everything will go well - the food is really good and Dave is a reliable and honest guy. read more

First, I would like to start by saying this review is based on their service. Their food was AMAZING and my family enjoyed it! However, their service on the day I was scheduled to pick-up my order was extremely frustrating to the point that I almost considered skipping the order all together. I placed an order a week and a half prior to my gathering to host a total of 10 people. I was given a time to pick-up the food because they could not provide delivering services (not sure why). The agreement that the gentleman and I had on the phone when I place the order was bad he would have the food ready for me prior to the event for me to pick up, and give me a box to keep the food warm until the food would be served. The gentleman was accommodating and kind and provided a great solution. BUT, when I arrived the host could not locate my order and it took her over 25 minutes to find it. She then proceeded to blame it on the cooks for having my ticket in the back. Once she found the ticket and took my full payment, she then notified me that the food was not ready and they were still waiting for the sides to be completed. After about 45 minutes of waiting beyond my set pick ip time, she started to pack my items and still forgot to pack some items. I called later and tried to speak with a manager and got pushback on speaking with one (I assume she was the same girl, but not sure). Once I spoke to someone named Cesar, he said "I'm sorry things turned out that way" and hung up. For the money I paid, I would expect better service. Very unfortunate. read more

Needed to find a caterer for my wedding, and needed it to not cost an arm and a leg. They're not fancy here, just great quality and a guarantee that you won't leave hungry. They charge almost half the amount most other caterers do, and owner Dave Ursini is the best combination of professional, efficient, and accommodating. Starting with the "appetizers", intended warm-ups that double as a meal, there's a great Spinach and Artichoke Dip, goes well with my open bar. A basket of pulled pork and beef brisket Sliders are so filling they could be an entree of their own. It was an easy decision for the juicy, Slow Roasted Tri Tip and a tender Bone-In BBQ Chicken. All the other meats are equally well made, and the sauce on the Luau Style Baby Back Ribs is an incredible pineapple paradise. The sides cover all bases; hearty Baked Beans, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and an all-American Mac n' Cheese. Serving vegetarians? No problem. The roasted vegetables are just perfect, especially when they're tossed in Pasta Primavera with white wine garlic sauce. This is way too good to count as a side. I've never been to a tasting before, but this one was clearly too generous. I ate about 3 times what I've described here, and I didn't even bother to try other caterers. I'll have a great wedding no matter what, but having a great caterer will only make it better! read more

The 3 stars is for the restaurant ambience and 4 is for the food. The food, meaning the ribs, are exceptional, some of the best around! But the sides and the ambience was just more offputting. Also, Naples caters for my building every year and the bbq is sooo delicious! I never want to come here when I crave bbq just cuz of the ambience...sorry! I'd rather go to Johnny Rebs! Naples Rib Company... three simple words, I love you. You have become by far, my default restaurant for all my catering and party pack needs. This past weekend I purchased the "Hog" party pack and the full order of "Blacken Chicken Cajun Pasta". The Hog comes with sausage links, bbq chicken, ribs, brisket, two sides and corn bread. When they say it will feed 10-12 people, they really mean it and the full order of Blacken Chicken Cajun Pasta was truly just overkill. It was delicious and amazing but a full order will go a long ways. Just this alone with a few sides would have been enough. The entire Naples Rib Company experience was perfect from start to finish. From ordering online to picking up from the pick up window, every thing was spot on. I had to wait a few minutes when I arrived but everyone was so nice, it wasn't a problem hanging out for a few. They also provide thick heavy paper plates, wet-naps and plastic utensils. The prices for their party packs are totally affordable. I think the Hog runs for about 105 and the full order of Blacken Chicken Cajun Pasta was about 65 or so. They offer a large variety of different packages and food trays. Everyone seemed pretty happy with the food and I strongly recommend this place for any party or even just for dinner. Good job Naples Rib Company, you are a step above the rest! read more

Been coming here for many years with family and friends and love the heck out of it, obviously.  My son graduated college and Naples is his absolute favorite! I remember seeing they do catering and banquets and decided to put it to the test. I emailed Dave Ursini, the owner, and after a few responses it was done. Dave was great to work with and the prices were very reasonable. I was a little apprehensive because I chose to do it buffet style which never seems to come out good or stay warm, etc. The food was as fresh and hot the whole time as if the waiter just brought it out! My guests were very impressed, and for my son, we'll, let's just say he was looking around for a bag to take a bunch of it home in.... I guess another party will have to happen.  Thanks Dave Ursini! Back in college, one of my roommates worked at Naples. He would always piss me off when he got home from work because 1) He would get food from here and never share it and 2) he would aggressively count his tips in front of myself and my other roommates. Such a dick. I was never able to try this place on my own because when you're in college you really can't afford to eat well that often. So, years later, I finally got to try their food and I didn't have to pay!! They catered an event I was working at! There were big trays of Baby Back Ribs, BBQ Chicken, sausages, corn bread, cole slaw, beans and some other stuff that I don't remember because the ribs were what it was all about. Yes, it was a field day being able to help myself to as much as I wanted. They over ordered, so I didn't feel guilty. The sausages for some reason were the most popular as they disappeared rather quickly. I had a couple of slabs of ribs and they were delicious! The meat fell right off the bone and were cooked perfectly. Lip smackin' good! I was able to score one sausage and it was little spicy, but I wish I could have gotten more. The BBQ chicken was moist and tender and also came right off the bone. The corn bread was okay. After all these years, I can say I've tried Naples and am happy. It erased some of the dickness memories of my old roommate. read more

Our company always cater BBQ from this place for lunch and for our customers. Two years ago we had our Christmas Party here and I fell in love with their food. Tri tip is extremely tender. Rib has very good flavor. BBQ chicken was pretty normal but the BBQ sauce was very good. For side orders, I love their corn bread, mac & cheese, and cole slaw. You get ribs, sausages, beef brisket and two sides (BBQ & Mac & cheese) + corn bread with plates and napkins. This feed about 20 of us & we had TONS of left overs. Trust me. It's serves a lot of people beyond what they have listed as serving portions. You pick it up-day before holiday & it painless and not even crazy while picking up your order. A lot of people cater from Naples & $120 for a huge family will feed all. -You can order online or simply call them. FYI: They switched the sausage bc we didn't want it and replaced it with more ribs! Now that's awesome, right. Pick up: one hour before they close. Parking: Free Valet for guest, just tip the guy. Dining-in: Came in on a Friday evening around 7pm & got a table immediately. Didn't even sit down. Very Nice receptionist girl. Ordered- Tri-tip Entree w/rice pilaf & garlic mash potatoes. It's served medium rare & tasty. Ate it all. Worth it. It's not sliced for you. Was super good. Moist and perfect for a cold evening, served with corn bread. Boyfriend's plate- 3 meant Combo. I've experienced this restaurant twice - once in the store with a living social deal, and once through catering at a work party. This review will cover both aspects of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is in a super nice place of Long Beach, right near the beach. They have valet parking which I believe was free. Inside the restaurant was way bigger than I expected, having multiple rooms with tables, including the bar. The service was amazing! Our waitress was so helpful, and gave us some suggestions on how to get the most for our money. The catering was also a great experience! There was only one staff member working the catering but you would never know because he was on top of everything - he even cleared some people's plates. One of the best parts of the catering was the TO GO BOXES! I have never been to a catered event where there were to go boxes and this was very exciting. I really like this place! We've gotten food catered from here at work but I never went to the restaurant. I went last night with my girlfriend after walking around the Naples neighborhood and we ordered the tri-tip with babyback and st. louis ribs. Also got the spinach artichoke dip. It was A TON of food! And it was really good too. The only issues I had: for 'vegetables' they gave us one large piece of broccoli. Not that I'm complaining about having too few veggies :P, but if you're gonna give me veggies, give them to me! Also, the tri-tip was slightly on the dry side but it was good overall. Otherwise, the ribs were superb. We got garlic mashed potatoes and mac n cheese for the sides and they were really great as well. The spinach artichoke dip was pretty good, and the server brought out our cornbread at the very beginning. The honey butter is to die for! I would break off pieces of cornbread and scoop out clumps of butter about the same size as the piece I broke off! That's how delicious it was! No wonder I've gained 5lbs in the past week (all the eating over Christmas break and now this!). We should have walked around Naples *after* eating but we got to town quite early and weren't very hungry. Ah well... I *still* have food coma just thinking about it! Food Experience: I only came because I had a gift certificate but great ribs, rolls & all of the above and I got to bring a friend in 2011. I just went to a corporate mixer in June 24 2013 and the food was catered by Naples Rib Co and it was just great and amazing food. I hired Naples Rib Company's catering for a work event. Their staff is friendly and they make the ordering process easy, especially since it was all over the phone. I had them deliver it to the park where they event took place. I was amazed on how detailed they were at setting up the table. They set up everything in order of how guests should make their way around the table (we only had one). They even guided me through the process and showed me what was in each tray and were the extra food would be in (some huge boxes). They even had a little menu so our guests would know what they had in store. They took everything we would need including wet wipes and bibs! In addition they took their paper menus (good marketing!) and business cards that offer a free appetizer! read more

This place was so delicious!! The building we live in used them for a catered event here and that's how we found out about them. Everything was soooo savory. The barbecue sauce, the chicken, the coleslaw, the beans, the brisket, tri-tip, you can't go wrong with any of those. The beans and brisket remind me of a local spot in memphis a buddy of mine took me to. So we ended up using their free appetizer business card to go independently and it was just as delicious. I even brought home leftovers and those too were good. I had the beef brisket sandwich with a side of beans and coleslaw. I COULD DRINK THEIR BARBECUE SAUCE IT'S SO GOOOD. The place is quaint as well. Bar to the right, restaurant to the left. Even in the bar area, they brought us out cornbread with butter before we ordered, as well as glasses of water. We also had a spinach artichoke dip that didn't disappoint. I have a strong feeling that nothing on their menu would be less than delicious. Oh! AND they have happy hour even on Sundays. Today I learned why Naples Rib Company is the go-to Company to cater #AMVETS BBQ at the Long Beach VA - Community Living Center. 1st - the hospitalized veterans who live there LOVE @NaplesRibCompany. 2nd - They treat the vets like kings! The food we ordered was amazing! They lined up in wheelchairs and walkers and waited for their turn to eat ribs. "Give me all of it" is what I heard most of all. They remembered last year's meal and were ready. Our friends at NRC hooked us up to please the veterans once again. Wonderful, mouth watering, "diet who cares" meats and side dishes. Of course the ribs had people anxious in line, but I heard raves about everything! One veteran had two full plates. From honey butter to the wet wipes, NRC was generous with everything we ordered. August 26, 2014 Nurses and doctors from my healthcare facility (30 - 35 people) ate a catered meal from the Long Beach Naples Rib Company. We are disgusted to report that roaches were found in our food. Roaches in the mashed potatoes and Roaches in the vegetable pasta - it made me sick to my stomach!! Called the Dept of Health to report the incident and found out that Newport Rib Co and Naples Rib Company both have prior violations related to vectors. YUCK!!! After many years of enjoying Naples mouth watering BBQ at their location, they recently catered my wedding at the CSULB Japanese Gardens and my wife and I had a fantastic experience working with them. Many of our guests stated that it was the best food at a wedding that they have ever eaten. The whole staff executed the event with precision and a great attitude. But I recently had a catered lunch from Naples Rib Company and it was DELICOUS! I was pleasantly surprised and I absolutely loved the RIBS!!! I am not a big rib person, but I must admit, the ribs from here were really tasty and tender. It was good enough for me to get a second plate! I really recommend their bbq chicken as well. I really enjoyed both the ribs and chicken. Their corn bread were just okay, but the salad was a better supplement. Definitely worth trying their ribs! I was very satisfied =) read more

I used the website to select the menu, and then talked with David Ursini to finalize everything. He was extremely friendly and helpful! We opted for the food to be served, and I highly recommend that option! Kevin was our server the day of the party, and did fantastic! He set up the buffet nicely, using chaffing dishes so presentation was pleasant, cleared plates for guests as they finished and packed up all the leftovers!
