From the minute I first talked with Stacy, I knew she was going to orchestrate a perfectly catered bridal shower for my daughter! I've always insisted on doing everything myself so it was a big leap for me to decide to cater this event. Stacy knew right away that I was going to need some extra hand-holding and she guided me expertly through the entire process. Stacy created the perfect Covid-safe menu that included individually plated appetizers, a served salad course and a served luncheon buffet. I've attached a few pictures but they don't do it justice - everything looked amazing and tasted delicious! And everyone felt very safe with the individual servings. Jessica and Stacy were amazing! My husband and I decided to still get married this year and postpone our reception to next year due to COVID-19. Stacy was helpful every step of the way by offering food tastings and event planning. On our wedding day, they both went above and beyond to make our wedding go smoothly. I don't know Stacey personally, but after my experience with her and the catering- I highly recommend that people clone her and hire her everywhere!! I was catering a lunch for an office and they specifically wanted Domenico's and I completely forgot to place the order! I woke up in a panic and found the catering number on their site! I sent a text asking about catering and if I could pick up and within seconds received a response! Stacey was so on it- she and I came up with a menu and she found a delivery person for me within 20 minutes- OH and did I mention this was at 6:30 am!?? Impeccable treatment and fantastic food! My review will probably seem like hyperbole, but I promise that it isn't. And if you read the other reviews about Domenico's Catering, you will see that I'm being honest. They.Are.AMAZING. Everything. From talking to Stacy and setting up a menu that fits within your budget, to the set-up, and then, of course, the best part: eating the food. The first time we used them for an office lunch, it was to feed the staff that couldn't go to our annual holiday party because they had to stay behind and work. A sort of consolation for not being able to go. Well, that sure backfired, because everybody loved Domenico's food so much that the ones who went to the party were jealous of the ones who stayed behind and got to eat Domenico's!!! And believe me, this was a switch from previous years when we used other restaurants to cater the lunch and all I heard were complaints about the food. We heard comments like "the BEST pasta I have ever had" to people planning dates to the restaurant and everyone was amazed that their coworkers who NEVER eat with them actually enjoyed the food too! It was all I heard them talk about for weeks...until we surprised them with another Domenico's lunch (this time for everyone to enjoy!). So of course when it was time to plan someone's retirement party, there was no question about who we were going to call. They are absolutely our go-to now. I have been using Domenico's Catering for our monthly Board of Directors' meetings. They make my life so much easier. Stacy, the Catering Manager, is extremely helpful and makes the process as simple as could be. The food is always set up on time and is always delicious, especially their kale and spinach salad. I can only say that Domenico's Catering is a life saver. I had 7 days of straight catering that had to be ordered at the last min. Stacy catered for 3 of those days like the pro she is and took care of us. We had a huge test that was taking place over a week's span and I can't say enough about the food.... it was delicious. The staff came in and set up everything down to the decor/theme. It was awesome! I didn't have to lift a finger. The salads were awesome everyone came back for seconds and the pasta was so good along with the Chicken Piccata. Domenicos is an excellent choice for catering and Stacy Evans is a great catering coordinator. Here's a list of my favorite lunch catering choices: Salads: Walnut Cranberry Apple Salad is very tasty because I love anything with blue cheese and the dressing has a slight Dijon kick. I like to add chicken for my protein fill. I've also had the Domenico's Special which is fresh and crisp and a good compliant to any dish. Pasta: I like the chicken basil cream because I LOVE the chunks of fresh mushrooms and you can never go wrong with basil and pesto. I also like the Italian herb chicken breast because it's on fresh spinach and brushetta. Dessert: Those Italian cookies that are really thin and have caramel on them! She always makes great suggestions, is accommodating, responsive, and very friendly. The staff that delivers and sets-up the food is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Now the food...it is absolutely fabulous! Truly the BEST Italian food! We had Domenico's cater our Marching Band Banquet and it was wonderful!!! The food is extraordinary, but that's just the tip of the iceberg on why I'll use this group at every opportunity. I recently turned 50 and wanted to celebrate with friends without having to worry about playing hostess and server. We reached out to Stacy, catering manager at Domenico's, to see what they had to offer and within a few days she sent a proposal including creative gluten free options, a server, & bartender. I was elated and we booked immediately. She stopped by a week before the event to ensure we were all on the same page and make sure she wasn't missing anything. The day of the event was a combination of odd and amazing....I've never hired anyone to cater before, so I felt odd just sitting around, but amazed at their ability to transform my kitchen and backyard into a party playground. We opted for a night of appetizers & cocktails...Stacy and her team did not disappoint. They served adorable individual servings of Italian chopped salad, mini stuffed potatoes, herb chicken bites topped with bruschetta, mini meatballs with marinara, caprese skewers, shrimp & cocktail sauce cups, along with an astounding charcuterie & veggie platter. For the end of the night her team created the most beautiful, chocolate and fruit tray. The professionalism of Stacy, along with her server and bartender did not go unnoticed. All my friends raved about the food and service which allowed me to host and enjoy my party. It was a fairly last minute request to cater a small wedding in our home. Starting with her prompt response to my phone call, Stacy was a super attentive professional. We were so informal about things that Stacy had to gently offer up the suggestion of getting someone not involved in the wedding to help coordinate. She ended up working with our "unofficial wedding planner" to get things into place, right down to offering up a cambro to keep the food hot while we had our ceremony. Domenico's food?? Ridiculously good. I mean, nobody expects food cooked in larger quantities to be of the same quality that comes with made-to-order meals. Right? Wrong. The pastas were amazing, everyone raved about the salads and there wasn't an unsatisfied person to be found. We're planning on trying the restaurant soon. If it's anything like the catering side, we're in for more treats.
