I had…read morea short turn-around time and luckily for me, Brian had a cancellation and could fit me into his schedule. Outside of the lucky timing, I was also lucky that Brian was very responsive, professional and customer service focused. He promptly returned calls/texts, was quick to come out and assess the work, and very communicative about the whole process. AND they did an excellent cleaning job for a very reasonable fee. I seriously wish I had found him before selling my house... it would have saved me *hours* of time cleaning. One note if you use any softwashing service - the results are amazing, but the cleaner solution does impact some sensitive plants. Half of the vegetation around my home is completely fine, but some herbs and other container plants were impacted. They'll grow back just fine, but did need a good trimming after being exposed. With this, I would not stop it from using Einstein Softwash again... I would just cover or move those plants :)

We have a special membrane roof deck on our home - a widow's walk - that was in desperate need of…read morehelp. We found evidence of water leaks all over the ceiling inside our home, and the most likely culprit was this deck. There are not too many places that work on residential membrane roof/decks. We had another company come out - they did a complete tear out of not only the roof, but the plywood sheathing, portions of the siding and other roofing around this deck. When they had put it all back together, with what they said was the correct membrane material, I was in tears. The membrane was installed wrong side up, with the printed codes and stamps showing. The material used was slicker than snot - one good rain and I would have slipped off the roof. The flashing around the edge had all been re-used, with cuts and holes all over the place, so there was not a good edge for water to run to the gutter. And the deck railing was re-installed all wacky - off kilter. Sam came over - and literally found over 20 things wrong with what the prior "professionals" had left on my roof. Sam's team pulled the incorrect materials off, secured and sanded the subflooring properly, making sure the correct slope was present to allow water to flow off the roof, instead of pooling above the living room, and used the right membrane!!! Also, the deck railings were properly footed (so water did not penetrate around the deck struts), and they were square! I love my widow's walk deck now - able to enjoy it now, with no worries of water coming into the home, or running behind the siding. No worries about the membrane being thin, getting holes, or slipping on it. No more squeaks and creaks, and no more puddles! Thank you, Sam!!!!!!

He cleaned up all the debris and even noticed a bird in the very early stages of trying to build a nest. He checked the area and assured us the roof was fine and the bird would move on after the cleaning. The weather was rainy and windy, but Tie still did an amazing job. Kathy provided a reasonable estimate, sent someone to pre‑inspect the property, and the final price was actually lower than the estimate. Scheduling was smooth, though they do book out fast. The previous owner had LARGE gutters installed and a metal roof on all buildings. We truly needed the work done and I trusted the family friend that Quick and Clear would do a good job. BUT HOLY COW!! They did an EXCELLENT JOB. One guy, all day. He blow everything off the roofs and cleaned the gutters BY HAND, then checked the downspouts to make sure they were clean too. AND THEN CLEANED UP ANY debris around my house and buildings. The area around my house, sidewalks, flower beds, everything looked better than when he arrived. I had him put the debris and yard waste in my large yard waste container and showed him the other "extra" containers we had. He filled them ALL UP. Not only was this a great service but a peace of mind to know that my gutters are not full and overflowing all over the place.
