Not only does he offer great service, but his entire vibe is professional! When I moved, I was searching for a hairstylist. After finding Gabe, I decided to give it a go. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told by April that because of other clients being late throughout the day, I had to wait at least 45 minutes or reschedule because I was behind two other people in line. It took me months to coordinate with a babysitter so that I could make an appointment, and I couldn't wait today so I had to cancel. She could have reached out to let me know and save me the 40 minute round trip over. Very disappointed! read more

I'm finally giving up on Sassy Do's. My first bad experience was at the Corona location, and now the Rancho one has left me just as disappointed. I showed Jewel, the hairstylist, a picture of what I wanted, and what I got looked nothing like it. When I called to complain, she was polite and offered to fix the mistakes, but the soonest she could do it was three days later because she was on time off. I came to see Corrina do get my extensions done by her. She didn't a very good job and I love my extensions. I have been getting compliments from my friends and family on how natural it looks! She was very nice and I was comfortable with her. I love her purple hair too! The salon is also very pretty and I always love the music in there! I have returned to get a lift and it was pretty fast! Please read this review before going to the Rancho location and seeing Andrea Razo for your extensions. I reached out to Marissa, the owner of the salon and she referred me to Andrea to tighten my extensions, I asked about the fee and she said it started at $250 and I explained to her that I only had a little under 2 packs in my hair and a few to add back in that had fallen out. My mistake not getting an exact amount before allowing her to start. I only have about 30 extensions and had about 6 to add back in. It took her 1 hour and she charged me $395!!! When I asked for a breakdown she told me she added $175 for the ones she had to add back in, it's a set rate no matter how many there are. I then asked her how much she charges for a new customer for a new pack that she provides and she said it was $175 per pack of 25 extensions. So it would have been less for me to get two new packs installed with the hair included! When I explained that to her she just explained that she has a set charge for services and it doesn't matter if I have 5-6 packs or 2, if it takes 3 hours or 1.... I have questioned several of my friends who have extensions and they are shocked, googled it and it says the average is $150-$300 depending on how much hair. AND the worse part, she did not do a good job at all. None of the are close to my head, I will have to have them tightened again when I get home from my vacation, and the ones she added back in she didn't even pay attention to where she was putting them and they don't blend in at all. I would not recommend her to anyone for extensions, she clearly needs more training and to make more sense with her pricing. I should not have paid her what she was asking but honestly I was in shock!!! read more
