This review is long, long overdue. I started going to see Liz back in maybe 2013 or so. It's been years and years. I went to her when I had had red hair for years and then decided I no longer wanted it and put black box dye on top. It took a few sessions for her to get rid of the black and red and eventually make me the blonde of my dreams. Anything I want to do to my hair, she does it. And she's so freaking patient. I have so much hair. But she does such a perfect job every time. She's friendly, funny and an amazing hair stylist. She has a cozy, cute spot that I love being in. I have attached pictures of my hair throughout the years so you can see the journey of my hair. Liz has been there every step of the way. So patient, so amazing, so skilled. She can give you the hair of your dreams but will always tell you what is realistically possible and/or how long it will take to achieve your desired result. If you're near her, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with her. Or not near lol. I drive a little over an hour to get my hair done by her. Worth!! read more

I asked for about two inches to be cut, face framing layers and long layers and Elizabeth did not disappoint and actually exceeded my expectations instead! The environment was cozy and welcoming. Located in the same plaza as the barber shop, liquor store and nail salon. Made my appointment a week in advance for a solid color + layered cut. Walked in and Steph started with my cut then color. Waited 20 minutes before washing it out and finished off with layers + styling. Took about 2 hours and cost $110. Steph made sure to ask the right questions and did exactly what I wanted! My previous color and cut was dreadful, I went to multiple stylists who left me disappointed. Glad my hair looks healthy, full of volume, and stylish now. Although the appearance of the salon isn't glamorous I definitely left satisfied. Will be back for future hair needs! They also do nails, waxing, and micro blading. read more

I have been going to Lather Lounge for about two years now after years of going to different establishments in Chino, Ontario, Fontana and Rancho. Someone recommended this place so I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did! The owner, Elizabeth is great! Her customer service and attention to detail are excellent. She really cares about her customers. She always makes sure everyone is happy with their results. In fact about a year and a half ago my daughter was getting married and a week before the wedding she found out there was a mix up at the salon she reserved for herself and her bridesmaids. At the last minute they were not going to be able to get everyone's hair done in time. I called Elizabeth and explained the situation. Elizabeth was able to accommodate the entire wedding party plus some family members. Her team was great!!! Every looked amazing! My daughter was so happy and I was grateful to the Lather Lounge staff for helping us out in such a tight situation. Personally I get my hair done by Sam. Sam is a miracle worker! She is very talented! Always fresh new ideas and amazing colors! I am always satisfied with my results and come out lookin amazing! I love love love my ""natural" blonde highlights!! She's always attentive, sweet, punctual, and her prices are very reasonable. Elizabeth goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. She handles my hair care needs but she has also done my makeup in the past. Recently I needed my makeup done for a special occasion early on a Sunday morning. She met me at 5 am to ensure I was done by the time I had to be on the road. On another occasion I needed to purchase a hair product that she doesn't carry in her salon and she volunteered to pick it up for me the next time she went to the beauty supply store!! I took a chance going to someone I didn't know based off Yelp reviews, but I love this place. Upon arriving I was greeted immediately by Elizabeth who explained to me she was running behind. She said her other stylist would start my hair and she would finish (this made me nervous) however, I noticed not only did Elizabeth mix the color for the other stylist but I noticed her being specific in instructing the other stylist and everytime Elizabeth walked by she would observe what the other stylist was doing. This review is long over due. I got my nails done here by Megan, I am very picky about my nails, I'm a bitter so I have my nails done at all times. I always make sure to find someone that does my nails so well that they never lift, I was never really able to find that with anyone but Megan, I got my nails done 3 weeks ago and although I need a fill, I have no lifting which means no moisture between my nails and no risk of fungus! Megan open all brand new tools in front of me before my appointment started and she gave me exactly what I asked for.
