Unfortunately, this is still the most disappointing $150 I've ever spent on a haircut. Almost a year later, no one from the salon reached out to apologize or offer to make things right. I don't know the stylist's name, but she had light-colored curly hair and wore glasses. The photos speak for themselves. I came in with a mass of messy, dead, and unkept hair that was past my waist; I needed a change! The shop opens at 9 on Saturdays and my appointment was at 9; I was seen practically right away. I showed Stephanie the pictures of what I wanted my hair length to look like and she asked me questions to ensure that I was 100% sure it was what I wanted, which I really appreciate because it shows how professional she is. When I was unsure about certain things, she gave me reassurance and suggestions, along with honest feedback. Stephanie was extremely down-to-earth and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. A cut and a wash generally runs at $17, but I needed a miracle to deal with the bird's nest on my head and so it was about $25 for me, not including a tip, which I thought was fair. Nonetheless, she did an amazing job and I really love the outcome! I like long hair and I miss mine already, but I'm excited to style it differently. I cannot wait to go back for my balayage!
