Jose also injected 2 Cleveland pear trees in my back yard that were sick. Several weeks later, they already look a bit better to me. He mentioned a crab apple tree in my front yard that seems to have a fungus problem. Suggesting to check back later in the summer or fall, as it may need an injection of medicine like my Pear trees did. Recommend him and their service. I have used arborists before. They are well worth their price. Jose was priced very moderately.

The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I'm willing to pay for quality--but based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
