I was not a customer of this company but I live in a neighborhood where they are working and some…read moreof their workers are so extremely rude it's crazy. They left one lane open while cutting on a residential street, which of course I understand, but to curse and call me profanities just because they needed to direct traffic because no one could go through (A car was coming at the same time as me through the one lane they provided.) And to tell me to " F *** off to your home b****" that is in the area at 9 in the morning is just diabolically unprofessional. If it weren't for the lady who answered from their office and was so polite to me about the situation, I would say I would never recommend this company to others in the area, but I know I will never request services from this company simply because of the fear of my neighbors being called out of their names for trying to get to and fro their homes.

After that wasted day I tried contacting him yet again, no response!! Obviously he doesn't want the job but why not be honest?? I am very surprised at all the good reviews I read online.

I needed to get someone to do my house very quickly and Fresh Cut Pros came over and I have to say they do an amazing job, are absolutely thorough, and even go above and beyond by cutting any weeds down with a Weedwhacker if they see them growing in the back of our yard because we try not to use weed killer or any kind of poisons on our lawn. I would highly recommend this Service, the guys who run the Service are terrific and very friendly. Also, if your lawn does not need to be trimmed one week, you could just call them up and tell them not to come over and that only will they skip your service, but you won't get charged for that week. If you weren't looking for a service to either cut your lawn or do other things on your property because they do offer other yardwork I would highly recommend giving this company a call.

We hired this company to redo our front landscaping, and was overcharged. Definitely not worth what…read morewe paid. The communication is awful. I spoke to someone who came out and gave a quote. We got a call from a different person, changed our plan and got a new quote. Everything we spoke about in the plan with guy #2 was like new info to the crew who came over, VERY NICE guys, but they had no idea what to do. I had to re-explain everthing again. I got 2 calls talking about "change in plans" and even charged us more than they should have because of it. It was frustrating. Not to mention the multiple miscommunications prior to the project date. There were some positives. The guys that came were nice and worked quickly. The grass has started to grow, and after their first lawn treatment our yard looked much healthier for a while. However, I'm disappointed with the overall quality of the landscaping work considering the price. The project was completed on June 15, weeds are already growing throughout the new rock bed, and the newly seeded grass is also very weedy. They did not put the black fabric down to stop the weeds from growing in rock bed. Another concern is the retaining wall. They reused our existing bricks to make it taller, but the bricks were simply stacked on top of each other without staggering them or brick glue, so they have already started to shift. The company also provides our lawn fertilization service. So far they have only come out once this season, and it helped initially. Weeds have started coming back and we're still waiting for the next treatment, but have no idea when that is since there is no communication. Overall, I don't feel the workmanship matches what we paid. I'm hoping the company will stand behind their work and address these concerns. I would not recommend.

I reached out to this company after Allstate recommended that I contact them to obtain a more…read moreaffordable estimate. The owner later contacted me by phone and stated that he was on his way to my property to complete the estimate. At that time, I informed him that I no longer needed the estimate because another company had already removed the tree that had fallen during the recent storms. Within minutes of that conversation, I began receiving multiple text messages from the owner in which he called me rude and continued contacting me in a manner that I felt was inappropriate and harassing. The following day, I spoke with Samantha, the owner's wife. She stated that I should have notified the company sooner that their services were no longer needed. I explained that I was not home when the tree removal was completed and also expressed my concern about the repeated messages I had received from one of their workers. Samantha then informed me that the individual sending the messages was her husband, the owner. Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly unprofessional. Afterward, I received another text message stating that they were contacting the police regarding the situation, followed by additional messages a few minutes later. I chose not to respond to any of these messages. I understand that scheduling changes can be frustrating for a business; however, I believe the repeated messages, threats to involve law enforcement, and overall manner in which this situation was handled were unnecessary and unprofessional.

At risk of falling on the house in the next storm, and unable to be climbed due to the precarious nature of the damage, Homer Tree showed up with 4 trucks and a master crew who used a crane and bucket truck to safely saw through the trunk and lift the entire canopy out in two enormous sections, which went right into the chipper. They cut out the rest of the trunk, ground down the stump and the last guy on site used a rake to pick up every last stick and leaf. 45 minutes of extraordinary professionalism. These guys know their stuff. We were extremely sad to lose our amazing, beloved tree but glad we didn't have to worry about or home or property being damaged by inexpert removal. And we were very pleased with the pricing and response time, especially after a disastrous weather event. We heard some outrageous price-gouging quotes. Good to know the local guys are there for the community.

Signed a contract with Homer Tree Care on June 10th for both tree injection and pruning. The…read moreinjection was completed in July, but the pruning was never completed. I completely understand that weather and storms can cause delays, especially with the number of storms we've had recently. However, the bigger issue has been the lack of communication. I never received any updates and had to repeatedly reach out myself for information. The office staff has been difficult to deal with and often comes across as dismissive. When I called today for an update, I was told the pruning was being looked at to be scheduled in October. I questioned the timing and decided to cancel. The tree has already started to shed since fall is around the corner. I want to be fair because I understand that weather related emergencies can and should take priority. My frustration is that there has been zero proactive communication throughout this process. These services aren't inexpensive, and as a customer, I shouldn't have to repeatedly call just to find out what is happening with a service I contracted and paid for months ago. Kayli was amazing and was very apologetic and helpful when I was able to communicate with her via email. Unfortunately, the office staff who answers the main line really tarnishes the overall experience with the company.
