The quality and efficiency of their work is second to none! I paid him more than the original bid with the expectation that we would have no further alarms. They did complete the majority of the work, and when they were done, Mr. Donoghue told us to call him if we experienced any more alarms. We have experienced subsequent alarms, and each time I spoke to him, he said he would come out and investigate. This went on for several weeks and he never came out. Now, I cannot reach him at all and the business apparently operates with only one contact number - his cell phone - which has a full voicemail box. I wrote him a letter sent with delivery receipt and have not received a reply. I consider the job to be incomplete as we are still experiencing high water alarms, which is why I hired them in the first place. The fact that I can no longer contact them is completely unprofessional and deeply disturbing. If I have problems in the future, I will have to find a brand new company to come out and deal with it. In addition, it looks like his license expired last year, so he did this work without an active license.

Jim checked it out. The drain field was fine and only the septic pipes connecting the tank needed repair. He explained this to the county saving me tens of thousands of dollars. Mike is as knowledge and both expained the process and how to keep the septic in good service. Would highly recommend them.
