My call connected me to Britney who has amazing customer service skills, and she was anxious to get us taken care of. The second time I even asked her to look up the tech that helped us the first time and she did so gladly. A great first point of contact! When Robert arrived with his assistant, we had a laugh because he remembered the previous visit and off he went to solve the issue. Long story short, our house is old and the plumbing isn't the easiest to figure out but Robert made it look easy and before you know it, we were up and running. Drained and inspected the septic tank as requested. Small price to pay for peace of mind for another 5-7 years. Will contact Advance Sewer and Drain when it comes time for the next service. My first call was to Roto-Rooter, and the gal that answered with very informative, and found a time that would work for me. Jamie called me and said he had some time to be there before our appointment, and if it was ok for him to come earlier. I couldn't have been happier. Jamie fixed the problem before I even got home, and then had Paul and Nick meet me up at my house. Paul and Nick were so helpful and explained to me exactly how my system worked. Paul sent me a text with a graph of septic tank pumping frequencies in years. They also walked my drain field out with me and explained how my septic system works.
