My call connected me to Britney who has amazing customer service skills, and she was anxious to get us taken care of. The second time I even asked her to look up the tech that helped us the first time and she did so gladly. A great first point of contact! When Robert arrived with his assistant, we had a laugh because he remembered the previous visit and off he went to solve the issue. Long story short, our house is old and the plumbing isn't the easiest to figure out but Robert made it look easy and before you know it, we were up and running. Robert knows his equipment, makes great decisions on the fly and most of all, he is super customer focused. As a former industrial leader, I would gladly add him to my crew! My first call was to Roto-Rooter, and the gal that answered with very informative, and found a time that would work for me. Jamie called me and said he had some time to be there before our appointment, and if it was ok for him to come earlier. I couldn't have been happier. Jamie fixed the problem before I even got home, and then had Paul and Nick meet me up at my house. Paul and Nick were so helpful and explained to me exactly how my system worked. Paul sent me a text with a graph of septic tank pumping frequencies in years. They also walked my drain field out with me and explained how my septic system works. As a business owner, I was exceedingly impressed with the customer service, knowledge, and patience to explain to me about my system. Within a few hours my pump was working again. They reacted that fast for someone who is not a "regular customer". And they had to work with me so I could have my son meet them at our property. After some help from our new neighbor to get our dogs water and toilets flushed, we got the well pump fixed where there had been a leak, but then the water table was still so low that it just couldn't refill our storage tank. Luckily Josh was able to send out one of his guys the morning after we talked and he filled us to the top so now we're not stressing our well pump or terrified of running dry again this summer. He's saved us this year and we're planning to buy a big 3k gallon cistern from him so we're prepared for next summer too! And, if we're lucky, we might have a hot tub for him to help us out on by next year as well - fingers crossed!

Water Wagon arrived on time of the scheduled service of one tank of water for the pool and spa. Gave Jeff an update (water was fairly clean after uncovering it from being winterized) and he went right to work laying out hose to get the job going. Pool topped off with a little extra for backwashing and filled the spa as well. Recovered the pool after vacuuming to let the filter do its work before adding chemicals. Cost was very reasonable for the amount of water delivered. I highly recommend Water Wagon for your water supply delivery!
