So where do I begin we hired J&B septic in July of 2021 to do our septic and it's may of 2022 still…read moreno septic just a drain field and a big hole where my tanks are supposed to be they keep telling me it's weather and rain but when they were going to install our tanks the first time (but the company they use brought the wrong tanks) it's was POURING down rain they had a pump pumping out the water and even before that all the work they did was in the rain so I'm just fed up with their excuses I understand things happen but this is ridiculous and every time we talk it's just a broken record and also I have given 9,000 as a down payment of course and I'm to the point where I want my money back and find a company who actually wants to satisfy their customers!
