They picked it up the next day and held it until my cabinet install was complete (which was delayed several times). I was never rushed and they never acted put out when I had to postpone multiple times. The eventual countertop install went very well and had fantastic results! I had to run over to the Rainier office to pay after picking out my carpet and pad. Set up the appointment. I could only do my instal on a Monday. But two weeks. Installers were great. They were on time,very friendly. Answered all my questions. It took about 8 hours. But they did a great clean up and I was surprised they had 2 bags of scrap. That was it.
