The long story is after we bought our house we realized that a corner of the living room under a built-in piece of furniture from the previous owners was just bare subfloor - not cool. So while still living in another state, I was searching Yelp and I feel so lucky we found Sloans! I worked with Amber and she drove out to do the estimate and was able to get us into the schedule the same week so we'd have carpet across the entire floor of our living room. We're so impressed by the quality of the install, their price, and their customer service that now we're having them come back out to look at replacing the rest of the carpet! Amazing company who really care about their customers!

Not only were they extremely helpful and professional, the service was top-notch! The carpet I chose was in-stock and they installed it the next day. When I went back to pick out my countertop material (laminate), they had to order it from Portland. They picked it up the next day and held it until my cabinet install was complete (which was delayed several times). I was never rushed and they never acted put out when I had to postpone multiple times. The eventual countertop install went very well and had fantastic results! I will continue to use McDonald's and recommend every chance I get!
