First, she's young- this was the first time I've had a doctor about my age- and it was AWESOME. From my cyst removal to my labs to my physical Dr. Bright was incredibly professional, kind, and just knew her stuff. She's also a great listener. When I say she's a great listener I don't mean "for a doctor" (a miracle in itself) but as a person. If you're looking for a great person to be your doctor who knows her stuff, is kind, and listens to what you need look no further. As for her staff they were all kind, professional, and respectful. I've been in three times so far and encountered 5 different folks that helped with scheduling, medical assistant, etc and they were all great. I especially liked Latanza.

She cares about the whole person, always asks how I'm REALLY doing. My youngest daughter recently aged out of Peds NW and was able to get in here. My middle son won't age out until the end of August but he proactively made a new patient appointment. It's 6-8 month wait to get your new patient appointment but they're THAT good. Just remember to activate your MyChart with them so you don't miss any because they have a "2-missed appointments and you're out" policy. I have sickle cell trait and had to reschedule because of the 109F temps a few weeks ago, and was able to cancel easily in MyChart over the weekend, and then called a few days later to reschedule. If you send a message in MyChart, it's answered in 24-48 hours usually. Front desk staff are professional and kind, also when you call on the phone if you have a glitch in a pharmacy refill. I'm usually in and out promptly, and I've never had a doctor here treat me like I was making up my symptoms. I recently got my 2nd pneumonia shot and my middle son was shocked that we were driving out of the parking lot less than 20 minutes after I parked.

Tiffany, the nurse or medical assistant (sorry unsure again) was extremely down to earth and made it so easy to feel comfortable. Dr. Moehlman was the most real and warm doctor I've ever been to. Tara Snell got my blood on the first try. That has never happened. Within 45 mins I had my physical, lab work done, follow up appointment booked, a referral and a prescription refill. Lab work was available in MyChart within literal hours. Shoot, even the other patients in the office were friendly! The atmosphere in this place is insane, I've never had such a great experience from start to finish and felt comfortable with the whole process at any medical office, ever. He scolded me a bit at that visit for not seeing my regular doc for the issue I had, and I would have but couldn't get in for weeks. I decided he was right, and that I needed a doc willing to be direct with me about issues, and "the rest is history". My experience is that when I need to get in quickly, I always can. The downside is that wait times can be extensive, and in truth they have gotten longer in the last couple years. I think this change is largely related to Dr. J's efforts to shift from an "illness orientation" to a focus on creating health. It's not a perfect patient experience yet, but he is competent, caring, and I know he wants the best for me and will take as much time to educate me as is required. Dr. J recently opened a new office to better support this desired focus on health, and I think his staff is still learning how best to resource him in this. Once the staff is more trained (allowing for a greater confidence and patient orientation) and they figure out how to better manage the patient flow, my rating of the office would go from 4 stars (well above average, in my book) to 5 stars (world-class experience, which is already how I would rate Dr. J personally). As to the focus on health, Dr. J has coached me though reducing my body weight by close to one-third, resulting in a great improvement in my health. He has the skills and passion to help his patients live a great quality of life; if that's what you're looking for in a doctor, you should check him out.

She took her time with me, allowed me to express all my concerns, joked with me a little bit, but most of all took what I was asking about into consideration. I've only ever had one dr. As good as her and unfortunately never thought I'd find another one like him until her. You can tell in a short amount of time that she is truly committed to her patients and extremely well educated. I have been trying to reach Dr. Kennel for over a week regarding important test results for a family member. I was told I would receive a call back from a nurse, but after several days with no follow-up, I called the office again. During one of these calls, I was placed on hold by a woman named Mandy. When I called back to explain that I had been disconnected, rather than apologizing or helping, Mandy again placed me on hold. After I expressed my frustration and reiterated that I had already been waiting a week, Mandy responded with a hostile tone, denied that I had called previously, and then abruptly hung up on me--accusing me of being threatening, which I absolutely was not. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is deeply disappointing, especially when dealing with sensitive medical matters. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the office improves how it treats patients and their families moving forward.

Dr Julia is extremely knowledgeable about holistic medicine and is a good communicator. She has helped me tremendously through holistic medicine and supplements (in-house dispensary) with this chronic debilitating disease.
