Our active duty members deserve this level of service. Had I experienced the same medical issues while a dependent as I did while active duty, I would have been diagnosed much sooner and with less resistance. Someone by the name of Alex called, did not say who he was with. Said they need to reschedule because I have not been seen in years (that's a lie, I was last seen in April of 2024 at that location), that my appointment needed to be a NEW patient. Funny, when I called to make said apt 3 months ago I clearly stated that my dr retired and I needed to establish new care from a new doctor. I am about 90% sure that this was the same person who took the apt so he screwed up. He did not leave a call back number. Instead he left the message then called my emergency contact during business hours and told them they needed to get me on the phone. A reschedule apt is NOT a reason to call your emergency contact. Now I have to wait another 4 months to be seen by another doctor because ALEX could not do his job!
