She has a very rude tone as she is looking for results for a mutual patient. Lacks common sense since she wants results but does not provide much information and answers with "I don't know" with a bratty attitude. She has no business representing this medical practice unless the rest of the staff have the same attitude as she does. I left messages asking for help for these referrals, and to make new appointments for my husband and me. My husband left messages too. We never got call backs. Very frustrating experience.

I did have to go through my PCP for the necessary MRI before I was able to schedule an appt with his office, but everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. Upon being examined by Dr. Shonnard, he was warm, friendly, professional and thorough. I've since seen 3 more doctors to add more opinions to the mix and none of them have been as thorough in their assessments and examinations. He explained what was going on in my neck, what his believed my main option is and why, patiently answered what questions I had, requested that I schedule a followup appt and sent me home with a very clear letter explaining exactly what the operation entailed and what the risks could be. I was encouraged to do additional research and come back to the followup with any other questions. My husband was present for both the first and followup appts and between those appts I did get a second opinion (which was the complete opposite). Dr. Shonnard was still very warm, and very thorough and confident in his decision and was able to clearly explain why he thought his surgical approach would be superior to the second opinion's approach. He answered all the questions we'd come up with after reading the letter and doing research. Because of the aggressive nature of this surgery, I'm still waffling on getting it, but my pain and symptoms are increasing rapidly and my 4th opinion has brought me full circle to believing that it really is my best option. Every other surgeon I've seen has spoken highly of Dr. Shonnard and he is well known and respected in his field.

If your looking for in-person I don't think this is the right place. I did look back on the dates they said and it was there. I wish a phone call or text message would have taken place but never the less they did respond with politeness and we are moving forward.

She is real sweet with many years of experience under her belt. They accept all major insurance and use MyChart to communicate with patients. Also, any billing concerns or for payment, can be made on there. The team up front to check you in are very professional and friendly. Even when they're busy, they will acknowledge you as you walk through the door. They will kindly offer you a mask if you don't have one. Sanitizer is around for your convenience, along with a water cooler for your thirst. I usually have to get my blood drawn before coming to my appointment. I try to come a few days prior at least. The last time I went, it was difficult as I have deep rolling veins. I normally request for them to draw from my fist. They were out of the type of butterfly component to draw blood from the fist. The phlebotomists there are also friendly. The last gal I did dealt with was not as patient in my opinion, and suggested that I go elsewhere to get my blood drawn or come back another time. I surely did not want to go elsewhere as I should be able to get it done here. Plus, I waited for her to come back from lunch before I had to go to work. I would think there would be more than one person. But, I cannot fault them if they're under staff. Overall, I have a good experience here and feel as my health is being taken care.
