I had purchased Allen Edmonds dress shoes before 2022 in another city with same free lifetime repair guarantee, but I've not had to send any purchases for repairs until now. The major difference with a house of hoops store is they often carry a larger variety of colorways that many other stores just don't seem to have. This review is not about the employees. Everyone I interacted with was polite and professional. My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

But it seems they have the same kind of deal as Macy's backstage! They also carry plenty of 13 size men's sneakers and dress shoes which sold me. Got a great pair of under armor sneakers. Definitely thinking of doing a real shop there soon for sneakers even, I like the deals and the fact Nordstrom understands average people are not going to pay the regular prices they were charging. Good stuff!

I found them in a blue but thought the tan color might match more of my clothing. Lucky for us, Sam walked by and was able to find the size and the color I was looking for! I found all of the employees that worked at this store to be extremely happy, friendly and professional. I was joking that everyone that worked here was named "Clark" because they all wore a "Clark" name badge. I was extremely impressed by the selection, price and feeling like a valued customer throughout my shopping experience. Thank you to Sam and the entire staff for making shopping in your store so much fun!

This store is a Crocs factory outlet, but, in general, the bargains aren't huge here. What they do…read morehave is selection; many colors and many styles. There are also some bargain bins at $9.99, $14.99 and $19.99 price points; they're large and deep, making digging out your bargain either frustrating or rewarding, depending on results. Of course, you don't usually fine the primo colors/styles/sizes in these bins; I walked out with a set of white Bayas in a men's 8 today for $14.99; they wouldn't be my first (or second, or third, or fourth...) color choice, but reaching outside of the bin and onto the walls would have set me back $29.99 for the same size and style. They also have a good supply of Jibbitz, the little decorations you can add to your Crocs. Access to the store can be a drag during peak periods, as traffic is just crazy in the Allen Premium Outlets center where it's located. However, there are numerous other shops nearby, so maybe you can kill multiple birds with one stone. Bottom line: If you're into Crocs, this is the place to find them, and if you're lucky and/or not picky, you might even find some bargains.
