Decided to still go because I needed my face and eyebrows done for senior pictures. I should have just done it at home. First of all, went in and she (not the owner, another woman) seemed like she didn't want to do mine or my brother's eyebrows. she made his eyebrows look too skinny. For me, she was so rough to the point of almost bleeding. Worst experience here by far and that's coming from someone who absolutely loves this place. I had initially asked for my whole face done, but decided for her to just do my eyebrows so she wouldn't mess up the rest of my face a day before my pictures. I can't believe this service. My eyebrows look horrible and too skinny and I don't know how to fix them. Only coming back here if the owner is working because this is ridiculous.

In front of the large glass door is the wall of products & the check-in/out counter and of course some chairs to sit in while you wait for your Wax Specialist to call you to your room. Behind the glass door you'll typically find at least 6 red doors with numbers on them, and the bathroom. These rooms are for the waxing. I was called back by Amanda she's considered a red line Wax Specialist meaning she knows what she's doing. If you've been to enough European Wax Centers you know the waxer doesn't leave the room while you undress however they turn their back. Before getting started Amanda asked if I needed any additional waxing services (up sell). She quickly got started and with each swipe of wax she used a new popsicle stick. The entire waxing service was complete within 15 minutes. During my service, she went over the different products I've have used previously and reminded me what they were used for. When she finished she put one of their products on me and it felt cool. Amanda walked me out told me about her product sale. I paid out, gave my tip, and scheduled my next appointment. If you schedule your next appointment you get a $1 credit (that's how I understood it) European Wax Center's technique is AMAZING, I love it.
