He traveled in from out of town just to realize he forgot his suit on the west coast! Ismael mentioned on our first visit that if such incident occurred, he could help. Sure enough, day before the wedding, my husband brought my dad to the shop and not only did they leave with my husbands perfectly tailored suit, but also a perfect rental for my dad. You see the problem is my elderly father is over 80 years old and does not live here, so I asked her if we could at least try styles on. She said, "No we dont offer that kind of service." So I replied to her, then we definitely won't be coming for your kind of business. This woman was the rudest, most impolite ill-mannered low class woman I have ever spoken to, and I have run a successful retail high end products company for 25 years and spending over $300,000 on our wedding. She acted like she was too good to talk to me. To be treated like that over the phone, I can't imagine what the real service is like. So they re-arranged the store since my last time here. All the dresses were to the back of the 2nd floor near the cafe. I guess they figured you want it bad enough you will hunt it down and that I did. Very quickly found several dresses to try on but only put this one on. The first one was too big so I had to go back and get a smaller size. Lucky me even after eating McDonald's today and can still fit in a small. Than I FaceTimed hubby who was home to get his opinion. He liked it also I think he was thrilled not to have had to come with me. So I went to the register to pay. The good news is that I am a Rewards Member and if I come back tomorrow I get $ 75. to spend on any thing I want in the store. I have 180 days to redeem. So why did they drop to a four star from a five that I gave them six years ago? That's because the Men's department is truly lacking.
