If there was one thing that went seamless for our wedding, it was the tux rentals. 10/10 amazing service and quality of tuxes. They were also extremely flexible with us, we had to postpone our wedding twice due to covid and they were with us every step of the way. They really make you feel at home here and the entire staff is friendly and just wants to help you in every way possible. We had a couple groomsmen who at their fitting had gone up or down a size and they were able to accommodate quickly just in time for the wedding. Overall, the experience here was less than satisfactory, and I would definitely go somewhere else for future rentals. This is my only time renting from this venue, and only because it was chosen by the bride and groom. Upon entering, the space is very small with only a few seats available for guests. The area is very messy with everything laying around. Because we were there upon opening, we were served immediately, so waiting for fitting did not take much time. However, only measurements were taken; I did not try anything on. I was told that when I picked up my tux, everything would be taken care of. I specifically asked for a slim shirt and jacket. Picking up the tux took more time since I had to try it on. There were also other people waiting for fittings and pick ups as well. Everything seemed to fit alright, except the shirt was still very loose and baggy. I asked if they had anything slim fit, and I was told that what they gave me was the slimmest they had. Now, I'm not a stick...but definitely not overweight. The shirt they gave me looked like a pirate shirt, with as baggy as it was. They also gave me gold cuff links with silver shirt buttons. I had to ask them to give me silver cuff links to match the silver shirt buttons. Now, I didn't notice when I picked up the tux, but there was actual damage to the tux in terms of holes and stains, as you can see in the photos. Also, one of the groomsmen did not receive their bow tie and another did not receive cuff links. Each rental is packaged by an employee, so there is no reason that these items are missing. We had to borrow cuff links and a bow tie from a guest for photos so the groomsmen didn't look different. Also, the groomsmen all had different types of shoes, so the entire party didn't match. The whole point of renting a tux/shoes is so that everyone matches. Lastly, I was told that the rental would be between $129-169, depending on which tux the groom selected. When I picked up the tux, I found out that the rental was $180 ($169 + $11 tax). It surprises me that we had the simplest tux, plain black pants, jacket, and bow tie. With such a simple tux costing the most possible, I wonder what the $129 tux consisted of. Or did we just get charged the most since it was a wedding party and they had to make up the cost of the groom getting his tux for free? With other venues offering discounts and having a larger selection, I don't see why I'd come back here. read more

This tuxedo rental place is not only overly expensive but quite disorganized. To begin with they did not have it ready on the original date promised and when we went on the following day we still had to wait over 2 hours for our tuxedos. On top of that on the day of the event, when we opened up the bag, it was still missing one of the necessary pieces for the evening. Everyone in the entire court had some form of issues with this place. Would not recommend, especially if you have a large scale event that depends on them. This is not the same Tommy's Tuxedos from past generations. New ownership needs to get more organized. read more

HORRIBLE. They made the process for our wedding so complicated. First of all, they give you a bogus promise of having the suits ready "2 weeks-2 days before the wedding." 2 days before the wedding, my husband's groomsmen were still trying to get their suits and they nonchalantly kept telling them that they are still not ready. Then the day after (day before the wedding), they were still trying to fight them on how things weren't ready but to still "trust the process." They made us feel like we were in the wrong and trying to normalize their LATENESS. This was a WEDDING, not someone's birthday or dinner party. So after they gave them the suits, then it was determined that the clothes were dirty and some groomsmen had holes in their suits!!! What kind of so-called professional establishment does business this way? This experience was something out of a nightmare and they showed us no remorse. They absolutely communicated to us that they did nothing wrong and somehow it's OUR fault. If you want to make your wedding less stressful, DO NOT come here. Might as well go to men's wearhouse where they are significantly more professional. read more

Said tux will be ready on a specific date, came in a day after and everything was wrong and some parts had not arrived. I had to wait an additional 5 hours for them to shrink my large vest. Apparently, I wasn't the only one with this issue. Two other guest were complaining about the same issue as well. Avoid this place if possible. read more

Love this place. Rented a tux here for my husband for a wedding he was a part of and everything went so well we decided to use them for our own wedding. Their tuxedos are reasonably priced and they have a great selection of modern on trend tuxedos. Their seamstress is awesome and gave my husband the fitted European look he was going for. He rented a second tux jacket for our reception and he got a ton of compliments on it. It looked just like a very expensive designer tux he had tried on somewhere else and was tailored to perfection. Tommy and his staff were great. I was in and out of the store in about 30-35 minutes. He took my measurements and due to his large in store reserve he immediately came back with a suit that felt like it was tailored for me. Considering that I'm a short guy I was quite surprised. Tommy's is a "mom & pop" type of store where you feel like it's your uncle helping you, not like those phony salesmen from Men's Wearhouse. (Btw, much less expensive also!) The entire time I waited there every 15 minutes they said that it was ready and it would be out shortly but I still did not get it until 2 hours after I came to pick it up.
