I've never even tried to return or exchange anything here so I can't speak on that. Overall, this is a nice little hidden gem with inexpensive clothes that can be dressed up to look higher end.

The merchandise needs to be refreshed and stock could use some replenishing. It is always sad to see the picked over housewares, makeup, and shoes. The only area that is decent is possibly the blouses for women and the shoes. I continued waiting and waiting, but no one came back to assist me. I was left standing there without any acknowledgment or explanation. This was a very frustrating experience and, in my opinion, extremely poor customer service.
