We have been patrons of Sarduccis since 1995. We always order from this location...ALWAYS!! Tonight, the husband picked Panzerotti's deep fried as we always have ordered. The order arrived, I grabbed my Panzerotti's and settled down to eat, and noticed tonight's Panzerotti's was very, very dark. I looked at my husband's Panzerotti's, and it was also very, very dark. I decided to call Sarducci's and let them know tonight's order was burnt. The person who answered the phone told me that i am supposed to say that I want it light or dark. I explained that I have many receipts and not a one says dark or light because I've never been asked this before. I also informed this man that whenever we got a absolutely delicious pizza I would call and tell them it was sooo good, because I thought they would like to know that their patrons are happy with their service, I always got a huge Thanks for letting us know. So back to the Panzerotti's, while speaking to the man tonight, I asked them we're they going to rectify this problem? He told me No and next time say if i either want light or dark. Really? I told him there won't be a next time!! I can show you receipts that DO NOT say light or dark, Ever! We saved receipts to receive the free pizza that we've saved many times over the years. I've never been so disappointed in Sarduccis other than tonight. Just know, if you're going to call them for food, their policies have changed from we care about our patrons to we could care less anymore!! This is really sad because as I said before we have been ordering from here since 1995. We spent almost $45.00 for 2 Panzerotti's that were a 2 out of a 10. It's pretty pathetic if you ask us! All Sarduccis reviews are re: pizza, not one review for Panzerotti's. Even my daughter gave a review, because at that time we lived out of town, and when we came home to visit, we always got a Sarduccis pizza...always Buyer beware!!! read more

Love the pizza here! The employees and owner are fantastic. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job making great pizza! Parking is easy. Always can get a space out front. The toppings are plentiful. Went to Canada for the first time wanted pizza. Found sarduccis was close to my hotel. The pizza was incredible and the workers and owner were so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit . Definitely give this place a try!! 10/10 read more

Old school Windsor style pizza in the west end - another location in Forest Glade in the east end of town. This is the original! Reasonably priced pizza with a thick and airy crust. They are known for their "kitchen sink" pizza - seven toppings. They often have specials that are comparable in price to other local pizza joints. Interior is nothing fancy - natural gas fired pizza ovens. Good value, great light crust - not greasy! Worth a visit for sure!!! read more

The owner if this pizza shop offered to make a small pizza to a guy who told him he didn't have any money. And to top that off, they were already closing. Well, it turns out that they had received an order for what looked like ten or more pizzas and they had not been picked up. The guy who ordered the pizzas was the guy who walked in with no money and the owner told his coworker to make him a small pizza for free. He wanted to see if the shop would be kind to him and if they were nice, he would give the owner 1000 dollars. The guy told him that he had order the pizzas and was going to give the pizzas to the neighborhood kid. The owner refused to accept the money and gave him all those pizzas!!! This owner deserves much praise. What a great thing to do. I hope his business flourishes. We need good people like him in this world. I am sending him good wishes all the way from Deep South Texas USA. read more

This wasn't that fast‑food slop. It was beefy, rich, the kind of gravy that actually tastes like something. Combined with the cheese curds and toppings, it made for a proper Canadian comfort‑food moment. And the portions? Massive. The kind of serving that makes you wonder if you accidentally ordered for two. Frenchy's is definitely playing in the "feed the masses" category, and they're doing it well.
