Finally made it to Antonino's! Excellent pizza! We had a great pie - shredded pepperoni, black olives, and hot peppers. Highly recommend!

Came here for lunch with some coworkers that a local business took us to. At first I thought what's the big deal, the dining room was not impressive to me. The people who took us out picked the toppings. But when I started eating the pizzas I was impressed! It was so good, and I now understand that Windsor style pizza is a thing. We had canolis too, and it was one of the best canolis I've ever had. One of the locals ordered some to go because the knew how good they are. I took one home to my wife and she was sold. They have multiple locations which is nice too. read more

Antonino's Original Pizza - South Windsor: Pizza That'll Steal Your Heart! Holy smokes, Antonino's Original Pizza at 4350 Howard Avenue is my new food crush! This family-run joint has been slinging Windsor's legendary thin-crust pizza since '59, and I'm dying for more. That crispy, cornmeal-dusted dough is straight-up addictive--crunchy, chewy, and topped with their fiery, tomato-packed sauce and melty Galati mozzarella. Toss on that shredded pepperoni, and I'm starving already! I got a split pizza--Angry Hawaiian and Angry Canadian with extra basil. The Angry Hawaiian was a spicy-sweet dream with juicy pineapple. The Angry Canadian? Oh man, bacon, mushrooms, and that peppery sauce had me eating non-stop. The taste vibes were unreal. Every crust was golden, crispy perfection. And to top it all off those fresh-made cannolis with my Italian espresso? Creamy, sweet heaven--I think I'm going to go past there tonight and get some more! The vibe's warm, the staff's like your best buds, and curbside pickup's super quick. I also noticed in the menu some Gluten-free options to keep everyone happy so that was nice too. Antonino's is really a Windsor pizza done right. I'm counting down to my next slice! read more

Antonino's Original Pizza--South Windsor - The Front Of The Store - Pizza Near Me - Windsor, Ontario

Heard that Windsor has great pizza. Chose this place as it many posts on Reddit list it amongst the fest in city and it's one of the few such places with indoor seating. I wouldn't rank it amongst the best pizza I've ever had but it is very good and different enough that I'll definitely come back again! Service is very good with friendly staff. Pizza is prepared fresh to order and takes about 25 mins. Ambiance is what you'd expect for a counter service pizza place but I really appreciate they're one of the few pizzerias with indoor seating at all (5-6 four top tables). read more

Always a hit for Antonino's. Unfortunately, my girlfriend doesn't like mushrooms so I couldn't order my queen with canned mushrooms. Opted for the Sicilian, thick crust. The extra $3 is so worth it. Loooved the chunks of fresh garlic. The blend of cheeses were *chef's kiss*. Yes, Windsor pizza, especially Antonino's, is still my favourite pizza spot of all time! read more

Came here based on Google reviews and recommended by an article in Food Network Canada. Ordered a medium sized Original Super pizza with extra shredded pepperoni (as known as sausage) and the2 garlic dips one of which is spicy. The pizza was awesome both in presentation and taste! Sausage was plentiful as was the diced green peppers and canned sliced mushrooms. The crust was very good and the pizza was baked perfectly. The spicy garlic dip was a. ice treat versus the original dip. However the pizza didn't really need it. It came to just under $37.00 We were greeted right away and the staff were friendly. The dining room and restrooms were clean. Overall, we recommend the pizza here if you're in the area. read more

Great Windsor pizza for take out!. On arrival I realized I had left my wallet in the hotel. Pizza was ready...how to pay. They let me do e- transfer and I prayed I would not get stopped by police. All worked out well. Great pizza! read more

Ok, What does This pizza joint and Starbucks in Canada have in common? Nothing But I stopped into a Starbucks just on the Canadian side to get my Coffee Cup and the three girls swear up and down that THIS TOWN has won international pizza competitions and THIS PLACE was the best in town, so I had to investigate First off, the service is great. The guys in this place were overly friendly. But that could be cause I'm in Canada Worth the stop. The pizza is good. It's NOT "Long Island" good, but it's good Next time I'm in Canada, I'll stop again. Two thumbs up and AROUND.... The Pizza Guy read more

This place use to be amazing... now it's super expensive (way over priced) 50$ for a lg with 3 toppings. That's ridiculous. Super skimpy on the toppings, we counted 6 pieces of chicken throughout the entire pizza and they also forgot to put the cheese on. Ended up with cooked bread with sauce on it. Shame this place has gone downhill so much. read more

So we heard of this "Windsor pizza" and decided to give it a try when we were in the area. Basically the Windsor style of pizza uses shredded pepperoni instead of round pieces. To be honest I don't really find it makes a difference at all. The pizza here at Antonino's was good but a bit on the pricey side. An interesting local eat! read more

I ordered a slice of pizza from your Leamington location on October 23rd. What. a disappointment! The slice was old pizza that was reheated. I have had this order at your Windsor location and it was fresh and delicious. I will not go back to your Leamington location. read more

Considering this place is boasted over and over and over and over and over and over again on the local radio station, you would think this would be exceptional. Not so. Pizza is the same as all the other joints except they do not deliver. Will stay with our normal place (no names mentioned). read more

I've have now been twice to this location. The pizza is now my new favourite. I ordered the Angry Hawaiian. Omg so delicious!!!!! You have to give them about 45 minutes to prepare and cook the pizza as they are quite busy but if you order ahead knowing this it's totally worth it. Yum!!!! read more

I had Windsor pizza for the first time this summer. On a recommendation from a co-worker, I tried Antonio's and I'm glad I did. The pizza was awesome. Crispy crust, without being "thing crust", fresh toppings, and just all-around delicious. I'm a pineapple on pizza kind of guy and Antonio's Hawaiian was excellent. The deluxe was pretty great too. The best pizza I've had all year. read more

This deserves 0/5 stars. Had a cheese and pepperoni slices for the first time. Also had the Marinera sauce and garlic bubis sauce. The taste gets a zero. I felt that I was eating a frozen pizza that was heated by the microwave, but not the whole way. I would never get slices again. The only thing that tasted good was the can of Pepsi. I'd rather have a slice Pizza Pizza. read more

Awesome pizza honestly. They do it better than everyone else! Best crust best ingredients I'm a huge fan of this place since the first time I tried it at as child. Been coming here for years and now my children love this pizza as well. This place never disappoints! read more

They've been around since 1959. You can't make it in the Windsor pizza game for that long unless you have the goods and deliver them consistently. Antonino's pizza is different than traditional Windsor pizza in crust, sauce and toppings. The sauce is slightly less spicy. They cut the pepperoni a little thicker and wider than Capri or Naples. They have no trouble with special orders - one of my family members even asks them to cut the pizza in a specific way yet they never balk at his request. It's pricey, I'll grant you that. They aren't very accurate in terms of how long it will be until your order is ready. I've called more than an hour in advance, shown up when they said, and still waited 10-15 minutes for the pie. Don't be surprised if they tell you that the wait is 90 minutes on a busy Friday night. It's worth the wait. This location is take-out only. read more

Family Fest is a great dinner option for under $30. It is a large pizza with 4 toppings and bread with dipping sauce and cinnamon bread dessert. I am in love with this pizza combination: cheese, fresh tomato, pinapple, bacon and ham :) read more

ANTONINO'S! My family has been getting pizza here for over 10 years. Actually, ever since they opened up their store on Howard! Every time it tastes amazing, fresh, hot and freaking DELICIOUS. They've been consistent every time. Their crust is something unique, it's thin and crispy and I actually enjoy eating this pizza crust! I will definitely keep going back. I went away for university but as soon as I get back into Windsor, it's always a medium pepperoni pizza with fresh mushrooms and onions from Antonino's. read more

Not only the best pizza in town, but great customer service! Tonight my pizza wasn't up to their standards when they went to cut it. Not only did they insist on making a new one immediately, but also threw in some of their delicious cannoli for the inconvenience. This is Friday night, dinner time. And they are super busy! I was quickly on my way with perfect pie! While I was waiting, another customer came in to pick up her order, but had the wrong location (and quick possibly business). The staff called the other location, and when no order was found there, offered to make her the pizza she was looking for. Customer service and quality ... two very important cornerstones to a great business. Antonino's has both in spades! read more

My favourite pizza place since I've been a kid. It used to be the neighbourhood joint everyone rode their bikes to after school to grab a slice and hang out. The original location, the Howard one, was the place to be. Their pizza is truly the best in the city and I've fought for their honour on more than one occasion, probably even lost a friend or two to it. I'm serious when I say this is the BEST in the city. It's the epitome of classic windsor pizza with shredded pepperoni and a nice spicy sauce. My go to is with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon with onion and mushroom, and it truly gets super loaded with toppings. The sauce and cheese are so good on their own that it's even worth it to just get a plain cheese pizza. If you're in windsor or have never tried Antoninos..... you gotta do yourself a favour and go for it. You can thank me later!!! read more

Outstanding pizza, so, so is the price. Bit pricy, but somewhat worth it. Large is about $25 with 3 toppings.

Thin crust the way I like it with just enough crunch. Excellent sauce and toppings - they even offer fresh mushrooms! Love the fact that they keep my last pizza on file. I've never been disappointed and the staff are always pleasant both on the phone and when I pick up. They are open at 10am which is another bonus, especially on weekends. Currently only take out but I understand that this will be changing in the future. Kudos to Joe and his wonderful staff. read more

Just ordered from here. Excellent pizza but also great customer service. The person who answered the phone was polite and courteous. He actually said hello instead of just saying the name of the restaurant. I like Hawaiian my husband likes meat lovers. We're both so happy with our decision to try Antonino's!! We've finally found our new favourite place to order from! read more

Better than many other South Windsor places like Capri's , Armando's and Arcata.

We order from here all the time. The pizza is excellent however the last time I ordered they messed up our pizza. We ordered a king size half peperoni and mushroom and half veggie. We have vegetarians in the house and we order like this all the time. When we got home it was obvious whoever made the pizza was not careful and there was pepperoni on almost every piece of pizza. Out of a full king size pizza their were only 5 pieces that didn't have a few pieces of meat on them. The vegetarians went hungry. I called to explain what happened and the manager offered me 15% off my next order. Thats $6 off a king size pizza. Not what I would consider fair for the error. I'll still order from here, because the PIZZA IS THAT GOOD. but I'll be sure to look at the pizza before bringing it home read more
