I was working out every day, hitting my steps, and eating what I thought was a very healthy diet with foods like avocado, eggs, salmon, hummus, and plenty of protein. Even with all of that effort, the scale would not budge, and I could not understand why. Linda changed everything for me. She helped me understand that while I wasn't in a huge caloric surplus, I was eating much more fat than my body actually needed, and that imbalance was keeping me from losing weight. For the first time, someone explained the science to me in a way that made everything click. With her guidance, I made small but meaningful adjustments, and since reducing my fat intake, I have not only lost over 20 pounds in a steady and healthy way, but I also feel better overall. My digestion, energy, and general sense of well being have all improved so much. What I appreciate most is that Linda never made healthy eating feel restrictive. She helped me find balance, understand my body, and still live a full and happy life while making choices that support my goals. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in long term success. Working with her has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health.

She's warm, relatable, and has such a gift for simplifying things without ever making me feel judged. Jackie brings an amazing depth of knowledge about diabetes and metabolic health. She helped me interpret my CGM data and understand my glucose patterns in a way that finally clicked. Her explanations were clear, empowering, and made the science feel manageable. When spring 2025 hit, I started working with Linda again to focus on weight loss, specifically, finding ways to lose weight while still feeling satisfied with my meals. That is truly her specialty. Every tip she gives is practical and easy to implement, and they've genuinely helped. I also love that she accepts my insurance, which makes caring for myself actually affordable. One of my favorite things about working with Linda is how she helps me plan for busy sports nights, so I always have a go to meal plan even when I'm exhausted from late practices. She's great at suggesting meals the whole family will enjoy, which makes sticking to changes so much easier. Working with both Linda and Jackie has been life-changing. Their combined expertise and their kindness has helped me feel informed, supported, and capable. I am truly grateful for their guidance and recommend them wholeheartedly.

When Vanessa and I initially talked, I realized I was struggling with boundaries around food, personal time, self-confidence, self-worth and making the time to put my body first: essentially, what I came to know as Body Wisdom. Not a phrase you might have heard of specifically before, but this is one of the key phrases that I learned early on in the Feed Your Power Coaching Program. Every week, I learned something new to tap into, to slow down and absorb, and how to listen to what my body was telling me it needed whether food, movement, rest or hydration. Since the program ended, not only has Vanessa still been supportive, but I've found myself making healthier food decisions, setting healthier life boundaries and realizing that my body does have the wisdom I need, if I'll slow down enough to listen to it. Vanessa did that! As a coach, my relationship with Vanessa developed organically, with no pressure on her side, but continual positive affirmation, positive self-talk and she provided so much more than I could have expected from ANY coach, especially in a group program. I highly recommend working with Vanessa, and have mentioned her to many friends as a way to re-establish healthy boundaries and perspectives around food and personal health. I look forward to working with her in the future on a more individual basis as well!

Both times, I hesitated because of the cost -- I told myself I was already paying for insurance, so why pay out of pocket for something extra? That decision cost me more than money. I've been dealing with serious health issues since 2018, and I didn't see real progress in my treatment until I finally integrated Shanti into my care team. After a few years working with her, I'm in the best health I can remember in years -- and honestly, the turnaround still shocks me. Shanti has been the cornerstone connecting the dots across a complicated health picture: major weight and puffiness fluctuations, food reactions and allergies, MCAS/histamine issues, mold, migraines, headaches, and joint pain -- all while juggling multiple doctors and endless investigative work. She's been there on the days I could barely move or eat, in real pain and down, and she's helped me build a fuller care team rather than trying to be everything herself. She got me OFF the endless cycle of adding supplements and protocols, and taught me to simplify and actually listen to my body. She's patient, she remembers every detail of my history so I never feel like a number, and she adapts to what's realistic for me rather than forcing one rigid method or diet. We've also gone deeper than the physical -- into the inner work of trauma, stress, and old patterns -- and worked through how my health connects to my marriage, family, work, and travel. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions. I first worked with Shanti before my wedding and reached my goals, and came back to her when I decided to come off birth control. The results have been even more powerful the second time around.
