Issues with the Resolution Process (Oct 6 - Dec 1) *I returned the defective unit on October 6th for correction. The following two months were marked by a severe lack of professionalism and communication: * Failure to Communicate: Gia missed deadlines (including Oct 29) without initiating contact. I was consistently forced to reach out for updates. * Wasting Time: She only informed me on October 30th that she was having difficulty achieving the ash blonde color. She should have communicated this vital information immediately so we could decide on a new plan, instead of delaying the process. * Further Error: To resolve the color, she offered to dye the wig back to black. However, she colored it jet black, despite knowing my natural hair is 1B (off black), making it impossible to wear as a U-part unit with my natural hair left out. Refusal to Refund & Confusing Offers * After two months without a usable product, I requested a refund for the $300 wig construction fee. * Refusal: Gia refused the refund, claiming the time spent was on "modifications made at no charge." This time was spent correcting her original professional errors (poor sizing, loose tracks, and wrong color). * Misleading Resolution: She also insisted her offer to remake a new unit was strictly a "model promotion" and not a resolution for the faulty wig. This contradicts her prior text messages, where she offered to remake the unit as she stated in texts "when I'm able to make the new unit with my hair and the color you want, we can move forward with that and there's no charge if you still want to do the promotion." * The initial product was faulty due to her sizing error, the quality failed within 48 hours, and the resolution process was unacceptable. I received a defective product, wasted the installation fee, and spent two months chasing updates. I would not recommend this service due to the lack of accountability, respect for the client's time, and the refusal to offer a reasonable refund for a failed custom product.

As a guy, I typically wouldn't have gone looking for a luxury haircut experience, but like many of my peers I have been working from home during Covid and used the time away from the office as an excuse to try something new with my hair and grow it out for the first time since I was in college. Now that my hair was long enough to experiment with some new styles, I was eager to get an appointment booked with someone as skilled as Alex to help me find a look that would work for me. As soon as I arrived, it was clear that Alex takes his craft seriously and he's done an incredible job designing an inviting and luxurious salon. I came prepared to my appointment with a few inspiration pictures to help demonstrate the kind of look I was hoping for. After reviewing the pictures with Alex, he talked me through his ideas for my hair and how we could actually go with a more modern, modified version of the type of cut I was looking for. Knowing how skilled of a stylist he is, I was happy to take his recommendations and let him work his magic.
