Dr. Warner is a Fraud - Stay Away!…read more I want to warn everyone about my horrible experience with Dr. Warner. I have had three failed nose surgeries under his care. My nose is still crooked, I am still bleeding, and despite all his promises, there has been zero improvement. During the third surgery, he took cartilage from my rib, which resulted in a painful infection under my breast. Each time I saw him, he assured me things would get better, but instead, he kept injecting sterilizing injections into my nose--without any real solution. I finally told him that I would be suing him for his incompetence. Now, just because I spoke the truth, he suddenly refuses to see me. He feels threatened because he knows he has done wrong. That's fine--I'll see him in court. If you look at other reviews, you will see a pattern: botched surgeries, infections, and serious complications. He doesn't even wash his hands properly, which is why so many patients suffer from infections. His entire practice is a fraud, and he should not be allowed to operate on anyone. I strongly urge everyone to research his educational background before trusting him. If anyone wants to see proof of what he has done to my nose, feel free to reach out. Stay far away from Dr. Warner. He is a pure fraud.

Dr. Zukowski was THE ONLY doctor who took me at this stage- after numerous reconstructive surgeries- as he understood that as a woman I still wanted to feel beautiful, not just functional. I have NO IDEA how he could achieve what we achieved- the level of difficulty of the procedures, and the problem with my skin and bone structure after so many damages- did not make his work easy. For me he did humanly impossible task and I finally can look in the mirror and like myself again. He and his entire staff are the best top-notch professionals and kind spirits you can find.

In October of 2019 I began electrolysis at the Zukowski Center with Milena and her team; only seven visits and ALL my body hair gone. I would not have been able to do that without the twilight sedation Dr. Zukowski offers. In 2020 I had FFS and breast augmentation. Dr. Z came to my hotel room to dicuss my progress with my private nurse every morning and evening. When he took the packaging off my nose I just began crying it was perfect. I had no problems at all with the FFS and BA. I then had lipo later that year, went off without a hitch. I went back just two months ago for a touch up, added fat to the lips, touch-up to ears and hair grafting to forehead. This Doctor can do no wrong. He listens, explains what he is going to do, gets in line with a patients desires, and delivers miracles. I have no been misgendered once!! And this is the truth before the Lord, not once. When he closes his clinic, it is going to be the end of an era for The Community.

Dr Fenner botched the first surgery and when I was bleeding profusely the Saturday after he was not in his office and Evanston Hospital was not able to reach him. Went in on Monday and he had to pump blood out of both breasts for almost an hour. I was in pain and pissed his care standard was so terrible. My breasts ended up uneven and nipples were too. We agreed to a revision. I blame myself for thinking this guy could correct them. They were much worse! I am maimed for life. He left sutures in for months. All these years later I can not look at myself in a mirror without a bra on. I have not even shown my sister how terrible they are. I am 67 now and am finally going to seek revision. I have had consultation with 4 other plastic surgeons over the years since, who shake their heads, as in "who did this to you?" They know Geoff Fenner and are shocked at my result. But not too shocked as they have seen his bad work over years. I should sue him years later. I can't believe Northwestern keeps him on. His colleagues suggest he takes on too much and is careless. Plus his staff was horrible. I have heard from several women considering him and talked them out. He should be disbarred! I am still considering a law suit that can minimally cover my last revision. Please call me at 201.965.7952 if you want a candid review of his poor work.

I say this because when he was done with the peel, my right and left side of my face was burned and deeply scarred. I had to go to his office repeatedly for a cream which he charged me a lot for to apply it to my face. The scarring never went away and now 2026, I am still babying that scarring with high priced creams. When I went back to see him directly after he did my peel, his nurse/ assistance was gone. So, did HE actually do it or had his assistant do it. I was never told that!! He always charged me for every visit after he screwed up my face!!! shamful! Yes, he always talked the big talk but did not do what he said would happen!!! He knew he screwed up but never tried to make it right by me. Every time I put on makeup or wash my face , I think of HIM.

No sense of urgency after office delay. Was prescribed a prescription on 12/24/2025 that has been an ordeal w/ lack of communication from the doctor's office and wrong information being sent to the insurance company causing the prescription to be pending/delayed for a few days/week which I was trying to get it before the new year and ASAP because my eyes were hurting. After my appointment, found out that the prescription is not covered by my insurance plan. Called the doctor's office to ask if there is another prescription. Did not get a call back but saw they changed it. The new prescription was still not being filled. Called the pharmacy and was told that it requires prior authorization. Called my insurance plan to know if a prior authorization was received and they didn't have one. Called my doctor's office again to request a prior authorization and for it to be sent as urgent as instructed by the pharmacy and insurance company. Called my doctor's office again a couple of days later at least twice as well as calling the pharmacy and insurance company. My doctor's office did not return any phone calls after one voicemail to call them back which I did several times. In the morning on 12/31/2025, the insurance company has not received a prior authorization. The pharmacy is still waiting for approval from the insurance company. Finally on the last day of the year someone from my doctor's office calls me and says they sent a prior authorization as urgent and that they only received two voicemail messages. I said I called multiple times a day and left messages as well as left messages w/ the front desk. She kept saying I didn't. She said she would send the prior authorization as urgent. I called the insurance plan and they received it as standard and not urgent. The likelihood of it being filled today, the last day of the year is slim to none because it was marked at standard. The pharmacy is closed early today and is closed tomorrow. This is insane! A patient should not have to get this involved w/ prescriptions and not be blamed for not receiving all the voicemail that were left. If two were received, that should be enough. If a request for a phone call and status are requested, call back. I do not recommend this office bc of the faulty staff. I don't know about the doctor bc I only had one appointment. Was not able to get the prescription today bc the person at my doctor's office did not send it as urgent and marked it as standard even though she said it was sent as urgent. I was also informed that they have to request an exception. This could have all been started last week when I first called the office regarding this. For me to pay out of pocket, it will cost over $1000.00. This could have been avoided if someone called me back after all the messages I left and sent the prior authorization last week and/or as urgent today.
