AMAZING doctor, skillful, caring and inventive I had my 4th surgery with him after a horrific near death sky diving accident where I broke into 52 pieces and had no face. Dr. Zukowski was THE ONLY doctor who took me at this stage- after numerous reconstructive surgeries- as he understood that as a woman I still wanted to feel beautiful, not just functional. I have NO IDEA how he could achieve what we achieved- the level of difficulty of the procedures, and the problem with my skin and bone structure after so many damages- did not make his work easy. For me he did humanly impossible task and I finally can look in the mirror and like myself again. Lowkey diabolical. I think he messes up trans women's faces intentionally, and I KNOW he takes advantage of your heightened state and desperation. Rushing you through the process and not being transparent about your options. 0 after care. Also some really pervy comments from this nightmare doctor. I eventually realized I'm nonbinary and I like that I look a little like a monster, but I certainly didnt pay $150,000 to look like a troll from any angle except dead on . My side profile is honestly horrifying and I just try to not think about it to cope. I hope someone reads this before it's too late for them. I began following Dr. Zukowski's website in 1999 while at University, I knew one day I would get there. In October of 2019 I began electrolysis at the Zukowski Center with Milena and her team; only seven visits and ALL my body hair gone. I would not have been able to do that without the twilight sedation Dr. Zukowski offers. In 2020 I had FFS and breast augmentation. Dr. Z came to my hotel room to dicuss my progress with my private nurse every morning and evening. When he took the packaging off my nose I just began crying it was perfect. I had no problems at all with the FFS and BA. I then had lipo later that year, went off without a hitch. I went back just two months ago for a touch up, added fat to the lips, touch-up to ears and hair grafting to forehead. This Doctor can do no wrong. He listens, explains what he is going to do, gets in line with a patients desires, and delivers miracles. I have no been misgendered once!! And this is the truth before the Lord, not once. I underwent my third transition-related operation with Dr. Zukowski (breast implant exchange for $8,0000) on February 29th, and he certainly delivered. My last breast augmentation surgeon was wildly incompetent (Dr. Turkle in Carmel, IN), and I find myself feeling unafraid of calling out cosmetic surgeons, like her, who offer poor service or a poor product because of how botched surgeries can affect one's self-esteem. I'm speaking from experience. Dr. Zukowski is not among the long list of cosmetic surgeons who offer horrible service, however. My forehead reduction turned out great, he voluntarily lowered my hairline to make my forehead look even smaller, my jaw is very round because of him, and my chin re-contouring procedure resulted in a less prominent chin than I previously had. When it comes to my most recent surgery (he augmented my breasts, exchanging my 345cc implants for ~700cc implants), I am very pleased with the results. There is no gap whatsoever, and his incisions are mind-bogglingly small. Other surgeons I've been to create gigantic scars, which I have found myself covering with makeup - something I'm not having to do with the incisions made by Dr. Zukowski. I experience a boost in self-esteem every time I undergo surgery with him, and I need to volunteer as well that his staff treat the LGBT community with nothing but warmth. This is relevant because I've voiced insecurities to them before, about past experiences with surgeries (particularly stressful if you're a matter of minutes post-operative and find yourself feeling a bit panicked in the recovery room), and they've responded to my insecurities so compassionately and empathetically. Don't be intimidated by him and how incredibly frank he tends to be (I'm the same, exact way). It means he's genuine and is not out to swindle you, as are a lot of surgeons. So, I'll be returning for a rhinoplasty/septoplasty in the future and will show pictures of that as well, which I'm excited about. It costs about $6,000 for me, which seems to be rather cheap, given how much non-cosmetic procedures seem to cost, without insurance. Within that same vein, I am BAFFLED that trans women go to San Francisco, a much more expensive market, for these same feminization surgeries - with someone who doesn't have nearly the same amount of experience as Dr. Zukowski does. Save money and go to Dr. Zukowski for the surgeries. There's pretty much nobody who doesn't think I look beautiful because of his excellent work, and that's saying something, as someone who models and is followed by about 70,000 people on social media. He communicated with us daily in order to prepare us for whats to come, assist with our travel arrangements since we were flying from Florida, and promptly answer all of our questions and concerns. Additionally, Dr. Zukowski also communicated with us prior to the surgery to ensure our that expectations and goals would be met. Dr. Zukowski served his county in the armed forces and treated wounded veterans who were severely injured in battle. Dr. Zukowski's personality was very confident and he had a great sense of humor which eased our anxiety. On the day of our surgeries, we were treated like royalty and were included in all communications between the doctor, nurses, and anesthesiologist so we knew what to expect. I am happy to say that both of our procedures were a complete success. Upon coming out of recovery, the staff transported us back to our hotel, settled us into bed, and ensured we had all of our medications and understood our post-op instructions. Since we were in no condition to fly home, we stayed in town for a week. Dr. Zukowski visited us daily in our hotel to check on our progress and to ensure that we were ok and that we were recovering properly. Cole contacted the airport to ensure that we would be ushered onto the plane without delay since we were both very sore and weak from the procedures and medications. Now that we are home, Cole and Dr. Zukowski contact us weekly for virtual check ups to ensure we are recovering well and that we are following his post-op instructions. Although we had our surgeries just over a week ago, we both see a huge difference in our bodies.
