Been here a few times now, highly recommend the Korean BBQ side if you've never had it. Great for celebrations or events as it's a little pricey but well worth it. If you go just for the regular side you can order off the menu for sushi and other things. First time I went I had the Chicken and Steak Teriyaki, it is the best teriyaki I've ever had. The last couple times I had the Korean BBQ and it was great, the short rib is my favorite and I love the chili sauce they provide. We went again last night and ate on the regular side and I got the Spicy Pork entree. It's listed as VERY spicy but the waitress advised me it's not as spicy as advertised and she was correct. It was absolutely delicious. It did have a building heat but had such good flavor and was probably one of my favorite things I've eaten here. I should've taken pictures but I forgot. Staff there is very friendly! They have awesome lunch specials, including 2 rolls for 6.99 or 3 rolls for 9.99 and bento boxes. We have been there a few times and generally get sushi but they have awesome Bibimbap on their Korean menu. The Bibimbap is on my go to for winter-- it comes out sizzling hot! read more

I went here with friends earlier and tried the Korean BBQ. We had galbi and bulgogi with all the sides. Very tasty, even the sides were very good. They helped out with preparation so it was easy. Great service and great food, what more can you say? Price was very high but that is the case with Korean BBQ so it is expected. I have had slightly better bulgogi at another place here in Nashville so 4 star is what I felt. They use an infrared cooker in the center of table and there are quite a few of the cook tables available. I recommend trying it out! read more

Great sushi with an amazing selection and the best service. Also, the teriyaki steak entree is beyond incredible. The fried rice is only okay, but everything else rocks! The ramen is excellent as well, and I really recommend the soft shell crab. It's all delicious, hot, and everything is served by the friendliest servers! They are covid conscious, do well to keep their distance as best as possible, wear masks, and seat only at half capacity. We've gone twice in the last week. They're just wonderful. I gotta say - my first experience here was awesome ! I came in and sat at the bar and got immediate attention. I met the owner and 2 waiters. They took my to-go order and it was ready in 5 min and I got a large order. The sashimi tuna was fresh and the 2 sushi rolls were phenomenal ! They also had gluten free soy sauce for my wife who has an allergy to gluten. The price was pretty average for a sushi place around here, but definitely better than any other Sushi in Gallatin tn. Rollin' into great service! So I cheated on my fav sushi spot Hanas for this. This is a local fav, ask the insiders they know! The decor is modern rustic with high private shiplap booths, a huge wrap around bar and tables for KBBQ table side. There is also a patio with ambient lighting, but the shining light here is the service. So attentive and multiple people checking on you. The food comes out when it's ready, not together it's served fresh! Ramen bowls, hibachi and sushi are the choices along with Asian fusion offerings. The ramen is magnificent, worth it. My only feedback would be the organization and freshness of the sushi. I wish the flavors were better, and the sushi on the menu was organized by category. That is my only complaint, this is a dynamite roll choice of a good time, try it. read more

I got 2 rolls soup and salad for $10. Their ginger dressing is so fresh. I came back the next day for dinner. I had the yaki soba (spelling?!?!) it was noodle with stir fried veggies and chicken. Nice decor but seating is all wooden, hard on your butt unless you have a fatty rear end! Miso soup is good as is the salad with ginger dressing! Fried rice is tasteless since it is not prepared with certain frying fats that have been banned, but they keep serving heaps of it. Shrimp/Chicken were so/so! Tea was like dishwasher. Service was really good. Not many vegan options. The miso soup is NOT vegan. That's sad, I was looking forward to having it. I'm glad I said I have food allergies because I'd had gotten the soup. SO when we went out on the hunt for some good Japanese food her in Hendersonville let's just say it was like a needle in a haystack. We tied Nashville finest Japanese restaurant and nothing came close to the amazing food at Sapporo. The serves is outstanding, restroom is always clean, but by far is the food! So I have been craving korean bbq. And unfortunately it's so sparse in Nashville. So after much searching my friend and I picked this one to meet up at, about 30 minutes from us both. But let me tell you how worth it it was. We got the combo where you can pick 2 meats. It ended up being $30 each, so $60. We got the skirt steak and the Galbi. It came with the side dishes and we asked for rice as well. Oh my goodness it was so good. Theyy were a little busy so our waitress did take a second to get to us but once they did they were so sweet, they are there to help you cook it if you aren't comfortable or familiar or even if you are honestly. It was so fresh and you could taste it for sure. We ran out of leftovers probably twice and they were so sweet in making sure we were stoked up no matter what, I honestly went two weeks ago and I'm ready to go back again. 10/10 recommend.
