Lunch special #1 - beef wrap w Greek salad and hummus!
    Kelly K.

What a bright, lovely place! Very welcoming, as I stopped in for a lunch and they have a well-curated menu for lunch specials. I got the #1 an entire plate of food for $17.99!!!!! Oh, and their lemonade was so tasty and fresh. I had to take half home with me which is exciting for a lovely treat later tonight. I highly recommend and I look forward to going back for a nice dinner!

This complimentary appetizer is delicious and the pita is really hot!

The free appetizer they give you is so good! The baba ganoush was a little different than what I'm used to and the spanitopika was ok, a little extra cheesy. The falafel wrap was ok, I wish they had added more falafel to be honest. It was a nice little spot to eat outside for lunch. Would recommend checking it out, they seem to have live music some days.

Went here for my birthday, service was really good and there's a guy who sings and plays on a Sunday! I think I ended up getting the gyro platter. It's a LOT of food so just be aware of that lol. They gave us this stuff to drip the pita bread in and it was FANTASTIC! If anyone out there is reading this, please let me know what it is! I'd love to have more of it! My family had some of the chicken kebab and it was a bit dry. Only reason this place stays at a 4/5 is because of the service and venue

Free flatbread with the best dip ever. Toddler friendly too

Updated review, for in-person dining on Friday/Saturday. Santorini has quietly risen to one of our top family dinner places, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. For those nights, they have live music with this older gentlemen with an amazing voice. He sings many of the classics from Sinatra, Elvis, etc. His rendition of "For Your Eyes Only" was superb. Definitely helps sets the mood and his voice even seems to calm down my now threenager! As for the food, Santorini has always been great at chicken and koobideh kabobs. We have recently discovered some real gems however: Moussaka - This is my son's favorite dish and I swear he can eat half of it. Like a lasagna except its layered with eggplant, tomato sauce, ground beef/lamb, and layered with cheese. Super delicious and hard to make at home. My son probably got hooked on this dish from his first day at daycare, where the family made a blended version of this dish for him. I have to admit, I'm also a huge fan. Grilled Salmon - On our last visit, we had the most amazing grilled salmon. A thick fillet and seasoned with simple salt, pepper, and squeeze of lemon. But man, it was cooked perfectly and was so juicy and flavorful. Somehow it stayed moist through the entire dinner. Flatbread - These are always free when you dine in, and is soft, chewy and great with that dip. If you order from Doordash, they'll charge you for both the bread and the dip separately. Another reason to dine in!

We celebrated Yalda night here. The owners are welcoming. Food is amazing. Live music. Nothing to complain. I love it here. Will definitely go back and recommend it to all people who are interested in Trying Persian food.

Visibly burnt and dry through and through.

Extremely inconsistent restaurant. I've had great koubidehs from them, and I've had absolutely terrible koubidehs. Simply put, the kitchen has good and bad days. Unfortunately for them, today was a show of their worst. I ordered a koubideh, and instead received a burnt briquette that would rival a school ground bouncy ball in terms of which is a chewier and bouncier. The rice, of all things they skimp on -- in favor of undercooked and unseasoned vegetables. I'm used to the nice and tender and juicy and butter meat, but with these off days, I cannot and will not continue to support this business.

    House dessert for mom's bday!

I was told I would be charged if I missied the reservation as well. Day of dinner, my party arrived at Elia 20 mins ealry and was still told they couldnt sit down. In that time the restaurant decided to let another party sit at my reserved table instead. Finally arriving myself ( still 5 mins to soare before reservation) I see my entire family standing in the middle of the restaurant. ( Only black family in the entire building of course) after questioning the fron door person she told me shes trying to get a table and wait at the bar?! 35 mins later my family was seated. Thinking I would have an apology for the miscommunication, I had to request my own birthday desert as they gave a lit candelr and song to guest around. And yes the restaurant knew it was my birthday they even had the menus changed. I love coming here for a weekend lunch after a walk at my favorite Park in Danville…read more My husband always orders his favorite combination shawarma plate. It's a huge plate of food and he always brings home half. I tried their vegetable plate today for the first time. I thought the flavoring of the different dips were just okay. The eggplant dip was too sour. In order to make everything work, I highly suggest you save the red sweet pepper dip and mix it with everything else. I enjoyed the two falafels because they were hot, very light and crispy. The dolmas were sour. Overall, I felt like I was eating a lot of baby food. It's difficult to take home dip so I just ate it all which is a lot of food. I enjoyed the chickpea salad. It was one of the three items that was not a dip. The dips went well with their pita. When you order two entrees, you get a good amount of pita. They always serve complimentary black tea with your meals which is comforting to have. This restaurant is always clean and the music relaxing and not overwhelming.

3.5 stars reluctantly rounded down to 3 stars. Maybe a couple of "off" nights…read more My "go-to" weeknight place if I'm too lazy to cook but want a healthier meal than fast food. Favorite item on the menu is the chicken burger. Also like the skinny fries included as a side. The fries stay crisp even when eaten at home at room temp. Occasionally, indulge in the yummy chocolate mousse. Really rich and decadent. But lately the portion has gotten smaller. Don't mind too too much because it is that good. But once, got a cup of mousse that wasn't creamy at all but was 1 solid mass. When scooped, it crumbled. Cream could have been overwhipped. The end result, they made chocolate butter not mousse. It also had a slight "refrigerator" flavor like it was stored uncovered and it absorbed flavors from other food in the fridge or freezer. Only reason I didn't complain was I didn't want to drive back to the restaurant. But management should be careful and practice higher quality control. Issues like these will erode the good will of loyal customers if they persist. The other thing the restaurant has messed up is when I ordered the Sultan salad. This particular salad doesn't typically have lettuce. It has tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, feta, and avocado. Once, staff gave me a lettuce salad instead. This has happened only once, again when I did takeout. Partially my bad since I should check the bag before leaving. Could also be a language barrier. That particular night, I was trying to be extra healthy and making special requests. The cashier must have been so confused and didn't know how to key my changes into the register. Next time, instead of trying to order a lettuce or protein wrap, I'll get the chicken burger as is and discard the bun at home. Or won't order smaller portions of different salads to try to make a "sampler" salad plate. S'OK tho, as long as it is some sort of salad, I can truthfully tell my doc I'm eating healthy. Just won't tell her about the occasional baklava, chocolate mousse, or pistachio kadayif. Lol

It came with a choice of arugula salad, tumeric rice, or 1/2 and 1/2. I chose the 1/2 and 1/2 ~ the bowl was accompanied also with fried eggplant, cucumbers, hummus, tahini sauce, and pomegranate molasses. The simple reason is that our 5yo son is an extremely picky eater, and for some reason he is a huge fan of the Kid's Chicken and Rice bowl. The rice is Turmeric rice, and completely yellow and seasoned. Chicken is boneless and seasoned but usually on the dry side. Doesn't matter / our son has been known to finish half to all of a bowl by himself for lunch. Recently we've been getting double orders to have a backup dinner option. As for the adults, I occasionally enjoy their lamb kabobs and Chicken Shawarma, while the wife is a fan of the Shrimp Kabobs. The combo plates are a complete meal since you get hummus, pita bread, and a small side salad. Definitely one of our go-to favorites for a quick lunch we know our son will enjoy.
