My family has been going to Santisi for over 40 years. My dad went there to get my moms engagement ring, I bought my wedding ring there and my sister got hers there. They are trust worthy and amazing at what they do. They appraise jewelry, and are always prompt to fix anything that is broken. Always calling to make sure that you are kept in the loop with whats going on. Kim is also a jewelery sleuth! She's great at finding hard to find pieces like my treasured Ladybug pendant that I wear around my neck. I get compliments on it EVERY day. My sister asked her to find one and she did! It was the perfect wedding gift! They are family run and care about what they do. I wouldn't go to a mall or chain jewelry store ever. Go To Santisi! read more

My fiance found this place through 2 of his friend's recommendations. They had nothing but great things to say about Santisi & Bove. BTW - these 2 friends don't know eachother. It was just a coincidence that they both bought their engagement rings there. So my fiance went there to look at engagements for me, without my knowledge. After the proposal, he told me how great it was working with Kim. She educated him about diamonds and helped him select the right diamond for my engagement ring. I was also told that they specially made my engagement ring based on his idea. I love how my ring is unique and is just for me. :-) I went to see Kim today to get my ring re-sized. She was super friendly and I definitely felt comfortable talking to her. You can definitely tell that she is very experienced in this field. We had a great experience at Santisi and Bove. My husband bought my engagement ring here and said that Kim was so helpful. She taught him about what to look for when picking out a diamond and really took time to get him up to speed before making such a big purchase. The first visit was all about educating him and then he came back to look at actual diamonds. My husband knew exactly what style he wanted so the whole process was pretty quick and he bought the diamond and setting on his second visit to the store. I absolutely love my ring. A very classic round solitaire. We also bought our wedding bands here. They have a wedding band sale in March, which was great. There were tons of styles to choose from. I would say you should definitely do some research online to figure out what type of band you are looking for. Otherwise you could be there for hours trying on different styles. We both picked our bands in about an hour and that was it! We love the rings and are very happy with the experience. read more

The experience I had here with Kim was absolutely fantastic. There is a sense of family when you are working to pick out just the right piece of jewelry. I was there to get an engagement ring for my fiance and the education on the diamonds, type of stone and quality that was provided to me was priceless. Not only did I order the perfect ring (my fiance said so!!) but I felt as though I got exactly what I wanted based on what made sense for us and not just to make a sale. After we got engaged, all I could talk about was the amazing experience I had at Santisi & Bove with Kim that my fiance and I flew back to Boston (we are from Virginia) to get our wedding bands. After being there for 10 minutes my fiance looked at me and said "I now completely understand why you came here, this is perfect." She learned so much and gushes over both her rings over and over again. When we were there, a blizzard hit and having Kim call me to ensure I was taken care of before I left to go back to Virginia was amazing and we still can't thank her enough for all that she did for both the engagement ring and wedding bands. I was recommended to this place through a family friend and I am so happy that I traveled to make one of the most important purchases of my life. I never feel compelled to write a review the second I leave somewhere, especially if I don't actually make a purchase. However, my boyfriend and I were in here today as we just began our search for engagement rings. We wandered in after making a stop at a different jeweler downstairs. We figured, as long as we were in the building, we should probably shop around. Walking into this store was the best decision we ever made. I explained to Kim what I thought I was looking for, and we looked at a few different settings. Although they didn't have the exact setting I wanted, we knew the style, and they were happy to custom make what I liked. Then, Kim sat with us for over an hour and gave us an education on diamonds. When we asked to compare diamonds that were a slightly smaller carat, she went upstairs to her wholesaler and brought us down more to look at. Even though it was clear we weren't going to buy anything right away, she took the time to make sure that we left there educated. Although I am still on the hunt for the setting I love the most, I know when it comes time to buy, where we will be returning. What an incredible experience! We had the most incredible experience working with Kim and her family at Santisi & Bove. My husband went into a couple places looking for an oval diamond- he had not so great experiences with other jewelers until he walked into Santisi & Bove- they went above and beyond to bring in ovals for my husband to look at. He loved going through the experience of looking at the different options and learning more about what goes into a diamond. They never pressured him to buy anything, and they never pushed him to go outside of his budget. They also put together a great event for those who have purchased an engagement ring to come in after hours and look at bands - we did end up also buying our bands there and they offered a great discount! They went so above and beyond that they brought my ring to me at my final dress fitting and they were certainly not obligated, but they did it anyway! We LOVED working with them. There is a very warm family feel at Santisi & Bove which makes the experience even better! I am in love with my rings and we absolutely loved working with the Santisi family! I never write reviews, but could not let this customer service I received go unnoticed. My husband (who thoroughly researches before making big ticket purchases) found this place 6 yrs ago when looking for an engagement ring for me. Which he designed with the help of Kim and I loved it! After he proposed, he told me what a great experience he had making this purchase (my husband owns his own business, therefore can appreciate outstanding costumer service and knowledge of the product being sold) and how great Kim was. I got the chance to meet Kim when it was time to pick out our wedding bands, and she was fabulous! Personable, friendly and extremely helpful. After recently celebrating our 5 year anniversary, my husband knew how I've wanted a second wedding band (I wanted one on either side of my ring) so it was time to go see Kim! Still just as friendly and helpful! Living in RI makes it a little difficult to drive into Boston, find parking, etc all while having my 20 month old daughter with me. Kim suggested driving to the back of the building, met me at my car door so I could drop off my band so it could be duplicated, same thing when it was time to pick them up, car door service! I'm sure a lot of places to purchase such a precious, expensive item could be intimidating, cold or even feel pressured.....this experience should feel just as special as the actual occasion in ones life.
