Always my go to when in Longmont. It is a popular place for the locals and can get crowded fast. Food is good and the service is great. The inside has a good amount of seats but always good to go early or on off times.

Santiago's is awesome every time we come here. Granted, that's once a year on our annual trip to Colorado. And the prices are very reasonable. We like to buy their pork green chili sauce (medium spice) at the grocery store to make our own version of huevos rancheros at the air b&b.

Not the prettiest but it is the best! Lol Me and my kids get Santiago's every Friday morning and it always hits the spot! I feed all 5 of us for under $20 and it's a hit every-time! The only negative is that even when ordering ahead there is always a wait no matter how long we take to get there.. too busy isn't necessarily a bad thing though!

Came here off friends recommendation who used to live in the area. She told me exactly what I am going to tell you now. Order the smothered green chili burrito half and half (little spicy). Doesn't really matter what you get inside, we tried eggs and sausage and shredded beef on another trip later in the week. Both were awesome! We also had a chili relleno on our 2nd trip and that was great as well. Server was totally slammed at this location at about 10:00 am on a week day but man she was killing it! Taking care of what I could see was about the whole restaurant all at once. Service was quick and easy and everything tasted great. Would eat here all the time if I lived in the area! You should def check it out if you are around, they have multiple locations thru out Denver. Almost forgot to mention everything was very reasonably priced, great value for the portion sizes.

A ridiculously skinny burrito for $5

This takes the cake over boulder of the worst Santiago's I've been to. Carnitas are super greasy majority of the time.

I ordered 4 tacos with extra cheese and onion in paid $.55 extra for cheese on each item in got a pinch of cheese and a pile of lettuce on top of the shells the onion was thrown on top after the counter girl asked the cook if he added onion. My Tostada is wrapped in deli paper all the toppings off and in a pile in the paper! Complete slop! Ill drive to Lafayette or Firestone from now on!

It's really great that VT offers 4 vegan protein choices, tofu for free but seitan, tempeh & jackfruit for a $2 upcharge. We've ordered many different combos in the past couple months, here are some highlights: -- Cream Cheese Wontons- Very tasty, but a little runny inside (probably the tofutti's fault) -- Drunken Noodles w/ Seitan- WOW! Sauce is very flavorful, tried w/ Tofu but preferred Seitan (both were delicious). MUST ORDER! -- Pad Woon Sen w/ Tofu- very good, love the glass noodles. Bit on bland side, a little soy & hot sauce took care of that -- Pad Thai w/ Tempeh- very good but would probably try a different protein source next time -- Panang Curry w/ Tempeh- great taste but definitely on the spicy side (even on the mild level), needed extra rice to tame it down. Tofu as protein source was also tasty. -- Pineapple Fried Rice w/ extra veggies (or Jackfruit)- Extremely unique taste, touch of turmeric perhaps? The pineapple, cashews, veggies and spices all come together to make the most delicious fried rice we've ever had. Jackfruit was interesting and there was lots of it in the dish, but we probably won't get the jackfruit again (worth trying though). MUST ORDER! Prices may seem a little high, but they pack a lot of flavorful food into that take-out container. Look at the pics if you don't believe me! We have also ordered from Mana Thai (in same kitchen) when my sister was in town and the Beef Drunken Noodles & Chicken Pad Woon Sen were both very tasty, but we prefer going with the vegan menu. Greg (owner?) has always been helpful and nice, we're so happy to find this plant-based restaurant, will be coming back often!

Its really hard sometimes for me to get vegetarian thai food because of the fish sauce or chicken stock used in their mix of ingredients. I trust the food 100% and just dive into it every time we get it. My son loves their tofu, its perfectly cooked and very good. Firm outside but soft and moist inside. They do put the tofu in every dish so if you don't want it definitely specify that you do NOT want tofu. I have only ordered thru doordash so I don't know anything personal about this place. Just the great flavors and quality with the packages when they arrive. Highly recommend this place though. Its great to have more delicious Thai in Longmont

I was a little irritated, as it was slightly breezy, but I got over that quick once I tried the food. We had the steak frites, the Thai pork tacos, an old fashioned, and the chocolate decadence for dessert. The steak frites were great- the truffle fries were seasoned with garlic, and served with a great cream sauce. The steak was perfectly cooked rare. Super tender. But the tacos absolutely stole the show. Sweet and spicy with a touch of crunch, and the potato fries were stellar too! The old fashioned really let the whiskey shine, with just a touch of citrus. I think I would try a different dessert though- the decadence was good but didn't quite live up to the tacos. The interior was decorated very cute- mid century modern mixed with plants and some neon signs that said cute things. Our server was excellent- very friendly and on top of it. Overall, I would unquestionably come back next time I am in the area, and suggest you go there too. It's totally worth it.

The broth was rich and flavorful, the spice level was perfect (quiet hot but still maintaining a good balance of flavors), and the pork shoulder was tender but still has a bit of nice toothsomeness. Overall, this was an excellent bowl of ramen comparable to any of the top spots in Denver. The only slight downside is that the broth was just a tough too salty for my liking, and I would've preferred a soy marinated egg over a soft boiled egg. Last night, I went with a friend who has a lot of food allergies, so it's tricky. The host convinced us to try an appetizer that neither of us had tried before - and probably won't try again. I'm sure younger people like it. It was the samosa chaat. It came out looking very different from the picture on the website, and had a lot of raw onion, which doesn't sit well with either of us. So, that was a miss, at least for us. But the main dishes were very good. My friend had chicken saag to which they added some extra vegetables. I had vegetable korma, in which they threw a little bit of chicken. We also had garlic naan. I had a mango lassi (delicious), and my friend had chai. All tasted wonderful. We requested mild, and we received mild. That doesn't always happen at other restaurants, but it did here, and for that we are both grateful. We hadn't asked for dessert, but the owner brought me a carrot, milk, and spice dessert with a candle in it called carrot halwa for my birthday. It was odd to look at, but delicious. I was just so full! My friend had some kind of reaction with her throat and neck, but we just sat there for longer, and it calmed down. We suspect it was either too much dairy or perhaps there's a spice that didn't agree with her. We don't blame the restaurant, and I'm glad they didn't rush us out of there. Namaste is accommodating for special diets and friendly. Their deep fryer separates meat from vegetables. The atmosphere is fine. Nothing really fancy, just welcoming. I'll be back.

I've been here many times in a variety of ways--sat at the bar, at tables with friends and by myself, both inside and outside, and even experienced the large farm table prix fixe menu, which was fantastic. My experiences have consistently been great--the food, service, and atmosphere have always been top-notch. Tonight, however, was my first disappointing visit. I ordered the root vegetable bruschetta, which was very good. I also ordered the butternut squash penne pasta, a dish I've had before and really enjoyed. Unfortunately, this time it was extremely spicy. I'm not sure if the recipe has changed or if it was just a heavy hand in the kitchen, but it was not something I could eat. I mentioned it to the waiter, who didn't have an answer, so I simply asked for a to-go container. Since I couldn't eat it, I later gave the container to a homeless woman sitting nearby with her grocery cart. On my way out, I spoke with someone at the door who brought over the manager. The manager asked if he could see the dish, so I opened the container for him. He then asked if he could taste it and reached in, picked up a noodle, and tried it, saying he didn't notice anything unusual. He also wasn't aware of any changes to the recipe. I suggested that if the dish is now spicy, it might be helpful to note that on the menu so guests know what to expect. What left me disappointed wasn't just the dish itself, but how the situation was handled. There wasn't an offer to replace the meal or provide an alternative, which would have gone a long way. As someone who is only about six months into living in Colorado and a new business owner in the area, I often refer places I believe in. Tonight left me questioning whether I will continue to recommend Leaf based on how this was handled, though I'm hopeful that by tomorrow morning I may feel differently. That said, based on my many past positive experiences, I still believe Leaf is a great restaurant. I just hope this was an off night and that a little more attention is given to both consistency in the kitchen and how concerns are handled moving forward.
