Monday $12 special is always a win when you want a pie for less. This was our first time trying this place out. We took our order to go. The pizza was very cheesy, and the crust was soft. Not really my kind of pizza, but that's a personal preference. The tiramisu tasted good, but it was frozen, so that messed with the texture. Ordered margarita flat bread and got something completely different. Definitely disappointed. The chicken tenders were good. They were out of the focciaca bread for the chicken parmigiana so we got plain chicken parmigiana. Meh. We love that bread. Their specialty items are what made them stand out. I've heard mixed reviews about this place for a long time. I finally gave them a try and wasn't disappointed. Cheese Steaks were a decent size and tasty. Since moving to Cherry Hill I've been trying out different "pizza places" trying to find my favorite; Santi Pizza is not it. It's not bad per say, but I will definitely keep looking. I ordered a chicken parm dinner, holy portions! No disappointment there, the dinner came with a side salad, fresh bread, and two huge pieces of chicken over spaghetti all for a very reasonable price. The chicken was slightly tough to cut and chew, if it had been fresher this would be a 4 star review. My boyfriend ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak, again the size was huge. He wasn't thrilled because he felt like the buffalo sauce was mixed with so much bleu cheese that the buffalo flavor was lost. I've lived down the street from the location of Santi's for my whole life and have seen many pizza places at this location come and go. I hope Santi's stays open, though. I fully enjoy their pizza. We tried this place back when they first opened and I have to agree with other comments. The food always seems undercooked or "soggy". I thought it was a fluke because we heard they had oven problems at one point. So we tried them again recently. We had the Eagles Pizza, it was buffalo chicken (breaded) with cheese and ranch and it was soggy tasting like it wasn't cooked enough. Everything else was meh as well. I have moved twice the past few years and I have tried many pizzerias. I recently moved back near Santi and I stopped in twice last week. Their cheesesteaks are delicious and I ordered baked lasagna and a marina salad with chicken today and they both were awesome. The portions are huge and that saves me money. Their red sauce is the best around and I know I will be eating there a couple of times a week. The two times I did stop in everybody had their masks on and I felt bad they had to wear that in 90 degree heat outside and probably 125 degree or hotter inside. My daughters said her chicken fingers were good but everything else we ordered was not to great. The fries were soggy and very oily and the buffalo sauce had zero spice. This was my first time ordering from this place so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered for delivery Hawaiian pizza, boneless wings, mozzarella fries, an American hoagie and a tuna hoagie. I saw from previous reviews that the opinions were mixed about this place but I was willing to give it a shot. We were told by Yelp that they would arrive at one time & the driver showed up about twenty minutes ahead of the ETA which caught me off guard I will admit. I wanted to tip more because of this but the receipt that he had didn't give that option unfortunately so I will make up for it next time if it's the same speed & same driver. All of the food was good! Our only complaints were with the Hawaiian pizza & the tuna hoagie. The pineapples were from a can & each slice of pizza had almost the entire ring of pineapple on it. My wife isn't a fan of vegetables in certain capacities and the tuna came with celery which means she had to dig all of the celery out as she ate when we requested no vegetables which we can only assume that it is pre-made. Other than those two complaints we were highly satisfied with our service from this restaurant & would recommend it to anyone willing to give them a try. I have ordered Eagles style buffalo chicken pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was ok,but the ranch dressing was too heavy. It was too sour for the flavor to be mixed with buffalo sauce. Garlic Bread was not as expected. It was kinda sandwich bread sliced and added garlic marinara sauce in between. Garlic bread could have been better. This is the best pizza place!!! Everything is good. They have a pizza called the bald eagle and it is buffalo chicken with American cheese and it is to die for.
