I've lived down the street from the location of Santi's for my whole life and have seen many pizza places at this location come and go. I hope Santi's stays open, though. I fully enjoy their pizza. I love ricotta cheese on my pizza and they give you these really big dollops. Attached is a picture to show you the cheesy goodness

I think at this point our household has a love-hate-relationship with Zio's. The first time we…read moretried it, I was battling some dietary restrictions which prohibited me from ordering exactly what I wanted, aka PASTA! It was OK to say the least. Let's be honest, who want's to substitute veggies for pasta?! NOBODY! Oddly enough, the chicken marsala is what keeps me coming back for more! It's superb!!!! Especially over a bed of pasta. Not to mention, the to-go portions could feed a legitimate small army. The only other thing I've tried here is the Chicken Parm, which I was not fond of. It's as basic as it gets- no redeeming qualities. My husband ordered the chicken limone last time which is accompanied by a few very large shrimp! The chicken and sauce was decent. My husband is back on his gluten free journey and he did not have the nicest things to say about the GF pasta. I'm writing this portion on behalf of my husband- in his words, "this is the consistency of glue." And to be honest, he wasn't wrong. It was hard to even force yourself to eat. I'm assuming someone just forgot to take it off the heat. Only one star deducted because between the chicken marsala, portions, and garlic bread, it's good enough to return when having a hankering for said items. We have yet to bite the bullet and try the pizza...stay tuned if we decide to!

The waiter was very detailed with descriptions of the specials, professional, great memory and courteous. The seafood's fresh and delicious. App winners included the: burrata and roasted tomatoes, Calamari Dorati (the hot cherry peppers & onions give them a delicious spicy pop) and Tuna sashimi ... The seafood tower we've ordered was loaded with goodies: seafood salad, lobster, jumbo white shrimp, La Crema Top Neck Clams, seasonal East Coast oysters and Alaskan King Crab Legs (I'm not an oyster fan, but my peers enjoyed them). The bread before the meal is always a nice touch too. Branzino cooked whole and fileted table side is a must for a lunch entree. Light, tender, tasty and fresh. It's hard not to order it on every visit. I did have Nigerian sea prawns on the last visit and they were sizable and a good pick. Table service was perfect, water filled on time, no wait on clearing dishes/utensils, friendly staff. Great food, atmosphere and staff. Can't wait for our next lunch! Thanks guys!

The food is always terrific and not once have we ate something and went "meh". There was one point in time where they removed a few of our favorite items from the menu but what can you do. And we did prefer the old buttered rolls before they went all Hawaiian on us. But bread is bread and if you love carbs like me, then we all win. Will always return to this location.

All of the food was pretty good. I would've loved more sauce on the spaghetti, but that was minor. The servers were OK the server for our table, she was a little rude very short with us, she was not tentative and they kept coming around asking if we were done the food on the table. We weren't even finished before they were trying to take it off the table. that was not good. Parking: horrible because it's right at the mall so I literally was parked right beside the highway in a parking lot of course and they have a parking lot blocked off for valet so you can pay for valet or wear walking shoes when coming, especially on the weekend I had a situation there that I'm not sure they cleared up as of yet. I like Maggianos haven't been to the one in Jersey. Not sure if I will go back.
