Same Santa's Enchanted Forest but now located in Doral. Pretty good deal if you are close by and get a seasons pass. Unlike the Youth Fair all of the rides are included with admission. Kind of strange now that it is no longer in Tropical Park, it's like they took the forest out of the enchanted forest. Easier to get in and out of, but we will see if that continues once it gets real busy.

Coming to Santa's Enchanted Forest you would expect a winter wonderland. Definitely, no winter wonderland here. The music throughout the park is rap or reggaeton. Living in Miami , I don't mind that type of music but it would be nice to have some Christmas music at the park . Since I can remember, it's been the same setup for the past years I've gone! Some of the decoration are really old and in much need of an update. Some of the Santa's are kinda creepy too (especially the one on the boat ). Entrance into the park is : Single Day Ticket - * CHILD (Ages 3-8) $26.17 * ADULT (Ages 9-64) $34.58 * SENIOR (Ages 65+) $26.17 I recommend to buy your tickets online because the lines are very long. **F.y.i Walgreens has a discount price of $7 or $8 off when you buy at the store. Bring cash at hand, most of the stands do not take cards. If you want to play the games , they are all $5. Food was too expensive Parking is free but hectic and you have to walk a lot to get to the entrance. There's are trolley stations in the parking lot for $1.25 per person round trip to the park

Santa's Enchanted Forest has lost its charm completely. Let's start with the 3 huge lines trying to merge into a parking line and all the hazardous turning lanes on one single light. It is now on top of a landfill of concrete or a quick construction dump. When you walk in, you see the old Christmas stuff for about 15 mins and then boom, it's the Youth Fair. No Christmas music, just music of today's hits. Fewer rides with 1-1.5 hour wait time and people fighting over skipping and what not. Food is super over priced so expect to spend an arm and a leg to eat. Also we witness cops roughing up a teenage girl and when I came over, they put her down then asked a female cop to talk to the girl. So much for it being a Christmas Family Magical Place !!!! Did I mention, it's just a carnival? NO CHRISTMAS MUSIC, CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS THROUGHTOUT, NOTHING CHRISTMAS!!! For the amount of money you spend, just go to Disney and I am not exaggerating. They clearly put so little into making it great and just want to make the most money before they go out of business. DO NOT GO AND SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

This park is a stable of S Florida. I go every year and am never disappointed. I recommend going on a week day or earlier in the season that it's open because there's fewer people. Also if you go right when it opens at 5 pm it's usually empty and gets more packed around 9 pm. The shows are usually local magicians or performers that are solid and work on tips. The entrance decorations are a little run down but it's a very solid fair. I like the food stands variety from fair food to avoCado bowls and tacos and Argentinian grills. There's also a corn stand every other corner and many fried Oreos and funnel cake places. There's carnival games usually around 5$ and maybe 15-20 attractions. I went on a Tuesday and got on every ride without wait so I recommend that because it does get packed. Overall good night!

If you're from miami you know Santa's IS CHRISTMAS. Although it isn't as magical as it felt when I was a child it is still a must do each holiday season. These hard working people put a lot of effort into it. I tried to spend as much money as possible just to help out. The best part was the red velvet funnel cake. Of course a carnival must is always corn dogs and French fries; which were amazing.

Santa's Enchanted Forest is a large holiday theme park that comes every year to Miami Tropical Park, located off of SR 826 at Bird Road. It's here from October 31- January 5, and there are so many unlimited rides, free shows, games, variety of foods, and attractions to choose from. The tickets are a bit pricey, but it's worth the seven hours of fun. You start off walking down a path illuminated by Christmas lights, which is captivating. You can smell the scent of food in the air. Foods like elephant ears, burgers, french fries, popcorn, nachos, pizza, turkey legs, etc. can be found throughout Santa's Enchanted Forest. If you buy things individually, it could be costly; so make sure you travel with people who likes to share. I planned not to eat anything until I was done going on the rides...for fear of vomiting. Some rides at the park were mediocre, some were good, and some rides made my head spin. There's this roller coaster ride called WINDSTORM that had me screaming at the top of my lungs. In my opinion, it was worse than Space Mountain in Disney's Magic Kingdom. If it wasn't for the security bars, I literally felt like I was going to fall out with the rides' rapid drops and turns. There's another ride called MAGNUM that caught me off guard. Once the speed picked up, I started spinning both forwards & backwards, which freaked me out. Rides like ROCK STAR and SEA RAY had me feeling queasy with its rocking motion; and there was this ride that was supposed to be scary, but it actually sucked. They need to take some pointers from Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. I, however found a few rides that I did enjoy. Besides being pestered by people trying to persuade me to spend money to play games and win big stuffed animals, I was barely entertained by watching a man with three Bengal tigers doing a few measly tricks. After my head stopped spinning and my stomach settled back in place, I started to enjoy myself again and took lots of pictures. Going to Santa's Enchanted Forest is a fun filled experience you can have with both friends and family.

Talk about a total shit hole! Well done on location placement of this place! No Christmas feel at all. This has to be the worst location for Santa's Enchanted Forest. It also looks like it sits on top of some sort of dump. It also trashes all your vehicles while you're there from all the dust from all the dirt that is on the ground. Also, you get to bring some sort of dirt inside your vehicle, which looks like some sort of concrete. I'm going to do my research and find out what this location is so that I can update my review. I must say Miami always finds a way to screw up some sort of holiday or some sort of event. Also, the animatronics for all the Christmas decorations do not work. The only thing that I can say works is a Christmas tree that gives off some sort of music. But guess what they're not even Christmas to get there. This just feels like a fair, not Santa's Enchanted Forest at all. I have always gone to Santa's Enchanted Forest but I will never recommend anyone to go at all. It really took the joy of me. Spending time with my family at Santa's Enchanted Forest. Be ready to spend your life savings here. The carnival people and the people operating the rise. Don't even look happy either. Matter fact, don't even speak English. And then when you speak English or somebody is like damn am I in a Third World country. I would not recommend anyone to spend even a dollar here. The new location name should be Santas enchanted garbage!

save your money!! this nothing like any other year before this. We went on a day that was raining i tried calling before hand but even at 5pm they dont pick up the phone. They didn't open until 7 due to the rain and even then... it was so bad. Don't wear shoes that you love there is mud and dirt EVERYWHERE. There is no music either, when you enter there is some christmas music but when you actually get to the rides the rides put what they want and most don't put anything. The employees are with straight faces, tired sitting on the rides until people line up. They don't treat you jolly and happy like you imagine they would. Don't expect jokes. It's also just like a mall when you enter and there's salespeople everywhere trying to rope you in to play their games. The prices don't go down from 5 to 10 dollars per try. The rides aren't exactly 100% safe either honestly it feels like a cheap youth fair i truly believe the youth fair is so much better than this. I wish i can put videos, its so silent in there all you hear is the wiring of the rides there is no ride with music but one. Theres an annoying dude with a mic asking you to throw a ball and make him splash for HOURS he was so annoying. People in the food stands are just sitting on their phones again, looking bored. These poor people are just trying to make a buck honestly i feel bad for them, hialeah is the worst place to ever place a santas.

Spend money at the entrance and VIP to avoid long lines . Spend on food, drinks. . The sad thing is that there is almost no place to sit especially for people with medical conditions. . What little was busy. . The entrance to the parking no cops in the input light guiding drivers well-wild and going to bad. . On leaving tired from walking we decided to grab the trolli. The clerk asked money only certain people, it was obvious to his pocket, I remain very ugly. The driver with bad attitude, Next time hire people who want to work not steal. Very disillusioned this year. read more

I've been living in Miami for over 2 years now and was itching to see what all the commotion was about. I had heard it was quite pricey but nonetheless I needed to see it for myself. I came last weekend with my boyfriend and bought single day tickets. In total both of our tickets came out to $72. It was pretty expensive but thankfully it covers access to all the rides. I'm honestly not one much for roller coasters but my boyfriend definitely enjoyed them. We also one on the huge Ferris wheel that they provided this year due to their 35th anniversary. It was absolutely freezing due to the cold front that we were experiencing. I wish each cart on the Ferris wheel had glass windows like some of the other ones do for example the Orlando Eye. The view was great but it felt like it took forever to get off the ride. When you first enter the park it's nice to see all of the Christmas decorations and Santa Claus statues. They do appear to be outdated but they definitely get you in the Christmas spirit. We also had dinner here and ordered a plate of meat with rice and beans from a Cuban vendor. I was a little annoyed that they would not except my credit card and would only take cash or debit. And they also charged me an extra three dollars on top of what the price originally said. The food sucked and their service was terrible. Most of the food vendors seemed to have nasty attitudes. We ordered a hot chocolate from another vendor and there was mainly high school kids behind the counter and their customer service skills were awful. I could hear them complaining that they barely made any tips that night. Hmm, wonder why. it was an experience coming here but now that I have seen it I don't think I would come back. For me it was a one time thing being here in Miami. But due to their crazy prices and bad customer service I was not thrilled. read more

I have been following this story closely. You know the story. Or do you? Well if not, it goes something like this: On the night before Christmas, and for days before and after, there was this place that tortured its employees. By employees, I mean the ponies that are kept walking in a circle, chained by the face for 6-8 hours straight without a break for water or food or simply to rest. Shame on you Santa's Enchanted Forest! read more

1 star for animal cruelty. Ponies here are chained up walking circles for hours on end and clearly frightened by the LOUD music booming throughout the park. Please leave ponies and all animals out of this noisy carnival. Park is also way overpriced. You will be greeted by long lines, rude people and a generally run-down carnival environment. read more

Santa's forest is tawdry, dirty and sad. I was watching the pony rides, and couldn't believe what I saw. These poor little beasts are chained to a spoked wheel, and must endlessly walk around and around for 6-8 hours a day. They simply cannot stop, no matter how tired they are, or in pain etc. The animal handlers consistently lie about the work shifts of the ponies, but we've documented the same ponies working far longer than specified under animal welfare regulations. SHUT DOWN THE ANIMAL EVENTS. read more

Stay away from Chicken on a stick. I told the lady that their tables smelled really bad as if they cleaned it with a dirty rag. All she said the rag was clean and didn't bother to check. No one was sitting on them. She could of at least checked these dirty tables that smelled like feet. read more

I only went to go with my nephews as they were in town, walking by the pony rides made me so beyond sick, I cannot believe animal cruelty is still a thing. I'm so disgusted, can we boycott the animal rides?? The rest of the place is crappy but kids like it. STOP USING ANIMALS FOR ENTERTAINMENT!!!!!!!! IT IS ABUSE. They go around in circles all day long and have to be sit on. Makes me sick. I will not be back. I love the fair vibe with rides and junk food but I can't deal with the animal cruelty. They keep them in cages too. read more

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. If your like me, you base your decisions on reviews and a place is only as good as their worse review, it only takes one bad review to unmotivate me This Is a GREAT DEAL if you ask me. I dont know what people are so upset about? How could you possibly think that its a high price when they offer so many things. My kids get to PARTICIPATE IN FREE SHOWS all night long. We watch seal lions do cute tricks, alligator show, that stunt show with the family from Miami, and this girl who wears little shorts and does these tricks on a ribbon that spins around, and jumps around acrobatically. they have SUPER FUN interactive shows which my kids participate and win prizes even if they get last place or dont do anything just prance around the stage they ALWAYS get something, even if its from the dollar store who cares its the experience and the thought of getting a prize. again this is free once you in there So you pay $27 bucks, $20 for your kids and you get to ride all night unlimited rides, that means all night. UNLIMITED rides you can go again and again and do circles around the same ride for hours if you please. They have a great section of kids rides, for every age! come on bro, how could anyone NOT like this? Dade county Youth Fair - You pay $8 to get in, When you get in, each ticket at the ticket booth is a whopping $1.19. Your kids rides are 3-4 tickets each do the math people. The roller coaster at the youth fair is 6 tickets! some people I talk to swear that they love the youth fair and Santas sucks. ARE YOU INSANE? how could you compare paying $27 bucks and ride all night to paying $7 for ONE RIDE on a roller coaster. this is insanity. Its the same price as buying a pop ticket for your kids. Wait.... actually pop tickets is $5 more expensive and you cant use it on the weekends. BSSS the food is regular carnival food which I love to have only this time of year. whatever the price is I never noticed the price to be any different than the Youth Fair, except its better quality than the dade county fair. Whats expensive are souvenirs and crap, $5 for a blow up Dora or some little glow lights. and no matter where you go it will be $2.50 for a bottle of water or soda. Which sucks. BRING YOUR OWN WATER. forgot? then stop at the gas station right before you turn into the park and BUY IT, they dont say anything about bringing food. I buy my own Glow Lights at http://www.flashingblinkylights.com/ get them before you go and your golden. Every year they offer an season pass at discount if you get it early, SO this is what I did, I bought an annual pass for $37 (a mere 9 bucks more than entrance) and guess what me and my kids are doing for the next 2 months? RIDE RIDES every weekend. on the weekdays. all the time. And when im broke? I still go, and just take snacks and water with me. For sure at least once in the season, I MUST shell out $9 for this AMAZING Fajita that this american couple from Mexico come and make these amazing steak or chicken fajita. Like heaven I swear to you. try it if you go you cant miss them. needless to say im very passionate about this place. I have a big family, and I always look for discounts and deals. If you buy the annual pass you are getting a great deal. think about it. If yo go twice you with the season pass are getting more than your moneys worth. and your kids will be so happy. I have a great time with the whole family or just my husband and I. either way, its super fun. Give it a chance . You will THANK ME FOR WRITING THIS REVIEW read more

I was really excited to visit this place for the first time until I was told about their animal entertainment. I can't support a place like that. I would've visited for the food, the rides and the lights. It looks like so much fun (as tacky as it is!). If they'd drop the animal non sense I would absolutely buy a season pass to this place! read more

I went to Santa's Enchanted Forest last night which was opening night with my family. Haven't been to in many years, since was a kid. From what I remembered it was so much better. - It was lacking many Christmas lights. Not that many being that it is suppose to be a Christmas forest. Used to have so many lights. Not anymore. - Many of the displays looked that they were old, dirty, and need of fixing. Needed to be painted. Looks as if you took them out of the trash or something. - The ground in general is in need of major repair. In fact you were just patching potholes last night. You don't do that on opening night and that makes it worst. Perhaps for next year you just need to pave the whole area and make it better to walk on and safer. - Many of the vendors booths were not open. One of them in particular only could sell one item since their truck of deliveries haven't been received yet and haven't got many things including ketchup. - Some of the rides were not opened either. There was one, a roller coaster, that was still being being built. - Not too many rides in general and not that good. - The 2 or 3 shows you had they were all either starting at the same time 7:00 PM or within 30 minutes of each other. Not possible to see them all because of the times that are scheduled. Couldn't see any of the shows. You also advertise on your web site to have a magic show and there was no magic show at all. I was looking forward to that since I am a professional magician myself and I specialize in children's magic shows. - Petting zoo is advertised on your web site and there was no petting zoo at all. Many of the other things you advertise on your web site weren't there and as it was suppose to be. To me that is false advertising. In general and in my opinion and from my experience in general wasn't worth it and a waste of money ! Woudn't recommend it to anyone at this time since it is not what you advertise and is what it looks to be. Very dissapointed !!! :( read more

Please sign to tell Santa's Enchanted Forest owner Brian Shechtman that we want to see animal-free entertainment! Santa's Enchanted Forest is a popular Miami holiday attraction featuring light displays, carnival type rides and food. Unfortunately they also have a tiger show, sea lion show and a monkey who was spotted picking up garbage from the ground. They have a team of ponies bound to a metal spinning apparatus and forced to walk in circles for hours on end to create a live carousel. These animals do not belong at a carnival, traveling long distances from shows or being displayed to the public. https://www.change.org/p/santa-s-enchanted-forest-drop-exotic-animal-shows/u/14416130 read more

The worst. It seems like every year it just gets more expensive and less fun. Barely anything to ride. $5 to pick up a rubber duck from a lil pool. And get some "made in China" stuffed animal. The food is ok, for fair food... but is seems like portions are smaller. The best part is you have to pay to use the bathroom, because the bathroom attendants harass you and say that they work for free, the park doesn't pay them and to give them a tip. While there are police and fire and ambulance if something was to happen, the staff it self is horrible. Nobody cares about nothing. Very disappointed that I even gave it another chance this year... I rather wait for the Miami dade county youth fair. Cheaper and way more to do. read more
You have to TIME your visit to this place for a day that is not during the school vacation so you miss the crowds. I went here last night with my family and in-laws. The kids had such a blast I wish I could have taken them back today but thats the beauty of these seasonal places....the magic is in the memory. We started out having a late birthday lunch somewhere else and arrived here at about 6p.m. just as it was getting dark and the lights were all lit. Let me tell you, there is no greater pleasure for a parent than to see the sparkle or wonder in your child's eyes when they are put in a situation like this. We had two pre-teens and four little ones under the age of four with us....of course the older kids skedaddled asap to go on the thrill rides while we older and younger folk moseyed along the fairway. Unlike the Orlando theme parks, the young kids don't have to wait 60 minutes for a ride. And unlike Orlando, there are lots and lots of rides for the four year old (or over 36 inches). My four year old went on his favourite ride at least six times...at least once on every car...all back to back. He and his same age cousin had an absolute blast sharing rides, sharing elephant ears, sharing sodas....it made up for all the thumps and wallops they each got and dished out to each other over the holiday season. Me and my honey went on one ride and I swear I nearly upchucked my lunch...but it was wildly exhilarating and made me want to go back with him, on my own and go on all the wildly exhilarating rides on our own..like teenagers! The older kids had a blast and came back to drag their dads on the rides they felt showcased their budding manhood....things like Apopolyptic Screaming Pukinator....(not real but you know what I mean). The lights are beautiful, the carny's are just as carny's should be...toothless, cockey to the parents and kind to the kids. However (and isn't there always a however) the place had few restrooms this year compared to two years ago when I went last) BUT!!!! The young lady who was "manning" the portapotty when I ventured with the two four year olds was a testament to hard work and all that is missing in the service industry in America! After each "visitor" to a stall, she was in there with a spray bottle of bleach or some type of disinfectant, wiping it down, making sure it was flushed, making sure there was paper....God bless her for such a thankless job....next year if you go...keep a couple of bucks for the potty people. Food: We had all eaten a huge lunch except my honey who eats like a sparrow....every 15 minutes.... So the minute we get in the gate he picks himself up a roasted corn...which was promptly confiscated by our veggie son because it was so deliciously tasty and hot....then he hit the elephant ear stall...mmmm...nothing like a piece of hot fried dough sprinkled with sugar to get the kids going...about a half hour later (a record for him) he wanders down the fairway with a gyro....which he liked, I picked at the sauce and some meat and wished I wasn't so stuffed from lunch cos it tasted good. Then the others had some hot dog and fries. I had no problem with any of the food. After all, we're not here to dine. Sodas were $3 which was a large McD or BK size. Fine by me. They have hot chocolate (honey had one of those) and Cafe Con Leche (honey had one of those too)...I really didn't think the food was overpriced and it was typical fair fare but maybe better than most because they are here for over a month so are better able to regulate the quality of the food maybe? Parking is free, and they have a little train/shuttle to take you from the far end of the parking to the gates of the park if you are too lazy or tired to walk. The ONLY reason this places loses a star is for the restroom facilities...my SIL had to change her babies on a park bench...and while this was OK with her and me, I'm not so sure its what other park goers want to see. read more

DO NOT GO TO HIALEAH LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TOWED. I went on November 6, 2021, on a Saturday. The lines were ridiculously unorganized. At the entrance, the people who already had tickets were all waiting in the same line as people purchasing tickets the same day. We had to go around the crowd and continuously look for a worker to try and help because none were around. Our ticket bar code was not scanning at the gate, and I had to show my credit card and I/D 3 times and the transaction debit from my bank account to prove I had a valid ticket. Everyone was left fending for themselves. No one directed the parking area or let us know where we were allowed to park or that the parking was even closed. No workers were seen out front leading the crowd. We had to park in other properties and walk a few blocks to get to this park. I am pregnant, so the walk for me was horrible and unexpected. This event was disorganization to the highest level. Around 30 cars, including my own, if not more, were towed, and we had to pay $101 to retrieve our vehicles after spending money on your event. I will never go to this location AGAIN, Even if it was FREE. I will stick to the site in Bird Road. They are more organized and always have parking available. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. read more

This place has gotten soooooo ratchet over the years and expensive! My friends and I used to go every year an be excited now Santa's isn't even a part of our plans. They've taken out so many rides and there are a bunch of little hoodlums everywhere, making it uncomfortable to even be there. They're like 12 running around without parents and acting like they're 21 and the way they talk and act is enough for me to save my money and go to Orlando for fun. On top of the crowd the prices have gotten outrageous . Maybe once they handle their stuff better they will attract a better crowd. read more

Well I'm giving Santa's Enchanted Forest 4 stars because of How much fun but would like to sort of take off 1/2 because of dirt..if you compare to South Fl Fair though..and most temp travelling fairs- you can't compare! It's far better economics! We got season passes this year and last.. So unlimited admission and rides from nov 1-jan 6 after tax approx $48 adults and $38 kids over 3. We have 4... But honestly we have spent 100$ in 10 minutes on ride ticket books at fairs and the kids basically did nothing! Here at least we can go as many days as we want.. Open everyday 5-midnight.. There are some really great rides. There are a few optional things you can pay for (trampoline jumping, 50 cent freak shows, and of course carnival games. The stunt shows are oK at best.. But hey it's something to see as you walk around.. There's a few good animal shows.. The worlds smallest lady is the only "real" freak person to pay and see... Snake woman looks fake. I've never paid to see the worlds smallest horse but my kids did last week and said they just have you looking down at it and they have you elevated, so It's actually not that small. Live merry go round with ponies.. Lots of authentic Central/southern American food Dress comfy, don't dress up! Here's the part where it could potentially get lower stars but I can't because we do go there all the time... IT'S GROSS.. Beautiful when you walk in through the scenes.. But wow worst bathroom facilities on the planet.. Bring sanitizer because you'll want to sanitize your hands even after you wash them! Yuk! And there's only 3 bathroom areas 1 group of porta potty before entrance ... One before tree... And than a real bathroom down one wing... The one by the dunk tank ... USE that one.. Flushing toilets.. If they could get nicer restroom facilities it would change things for me... After 30 years I don't see why they wouldn't build a couple more bathrooms? Here's what I would say NOT do: Well there a petting zoo.. But they charge ANY AGE child AND parent (so a family of 4 could spend $20 petting a goat.. Than $2 for food! I think that's outrageous... Children that must be attended by parents is children that can't even walk yet- parents should not have to pay! However that's no big deal...there's so much to do...if you get a season pass which is the obvious great deal bc it pays for more than itself in 2 visits... But them online and don't go first week within first couple hours.. Line to get photo taken for pass is about 1 1/2 hours long because they only have about 3 people taking pictures... Lots or rude people there also.. We sort of stick to ourselves.. Kids try and cut in front of my kids in lines.. Etc.. So you have to be aggressive... But my kids LOVE it, we all look forward to it.. And it's almost an hour drive each way for us. read more

If you like long lines, and overcrowded parking, come on down to "Santas". It's as cheesy as it was 20 years ago and filled with teenagers waiting to ride the "Himalayas". They now have a express pass, which will bump you to the front of the line, at a steep price. I went with my husband and kids, and really couldn't find many decent lines or rides for children under 54" tall. The christmas displays seem outdated and there needs to be an increase in rides. I did appreciate seeing many officers in uniform patrolling the area. The food is still the same variety: candy apples, churros, deep fried oreos, etc. I keep returning because my kids really seem to enjoy it, which is the real reason. read more

This year it seems like Santa's has gotten smaller. The price is expensive as usual, 26 for an adult ( including taxes) but if you go to Subway they offer a coupon of $5 off adult admission. You can only use the coupon during the week, but you can go Friday. Aside from the usual expensive entry, games, and food they had some new things such as The lady with 8 legs, smallest woman, the largest snake etc for either 50cents or 1 dollar, which is worth checking out. They also have new santa pictures you can take but really expensive. The BEST part of Santa's is the sea lion show. It was the best show for audience members of all ages. You can even take a photo with them and they give you a kiss for only 10 which is not bad compared to the 15 they charge for the photo you take in the front. Great attractions and variety of food. Many kiddy rides as well as high intense bigger kid/adult rides. Highly recommend going early to avoid long ride lines or purchasing the express pass. Will recommend for all. read more

Ok, so you're thinking this will get you in the Christmas spirit? Think again. My gf and I went here thinking this was a seasonal place that was all decked out in holiday cheer, snowflakes, Christmas trees, happy elves, and things that make me go Ho Ho Ho! We went on a Sunday night and there were a ton of people there. The enormous parking lot was packed. We were getting excited, but the parking lot wasn't decorated at all...just palm trees. Immediately hassled by guys on bicycles, they asked us if we wanted a ride to the entrance for $2-6. Yes, $6 per person, huh? We walked like everybody else and it wasn't that far. But again, no decorations...it felt like I was walking to a sporting event through any other parking lot...and it smelled like urine. Getting a bad feeling. Get through the front gate and there are some pretty cool Christmas lights and animatronic things that wave at you. A few Santa statues and things to take pictures at...ok, cool. Then come the massive array of Hispanic food stands and carnival games that aren't Christmas themed at all. Keep walking and you find yourself in an amusement park...again no Christmas theme. Wait, isn't this supposed to be the North Pole? What are all these churro stands doing here? Water balloon gun games with stuffed animal prizes? Mini roller coasters and clowns in dunk tanks? Giant cup drinks like you would get at a St. Patty's Day event at any large city? (I got one and after slugging it down I'm not even feeling good...well what else am I gonna do?) This cost $30/person to get in? The rides and carnival was pretty nicely set up...for a carnival, not a Christmas extravaganza! I'm guessing this is just a carnival that's here all year round and they just decorate the entrance with a Christmas theme. I mean, even leaving there were Nesquik sponsor trucks giving out free samples and a tip bucket for the tiny tram car that takes you to the parking lot. You gotta be kidding me. I almost want to say this is false advertising but since I'm in the Christmas mood I'll hold it back. Up North things like this are done right. This place lacks any idea of what Christmas events are supposed to be like. Oh well, at least the weather is nice and they give you a pinky sized candy cane at the exit. Ho Ho Ho! read more

It is unbelievable in this day and age that any person would pay money to attend a park like this where animals are abused, mistreated and Cruelly kept in abominable circumstances! The "pony rides" were particularly most disgusting. The fact that the ponies are tethered to steel bars and forced to walk in a small circle for hours on end, every single day and night with no rest, water or any other common kindness required by a domesticated, voiceless animal is difficult for me to see or understand!! Both my daughter and I cried for hours after leaving the park and will, needless to say, never return. We strongly urge anyone else who is even slightly interested in attending this "Shop of Horrors"to stay away until this place is driven out of business for lack of customers. read more

Ehhh. Not a fan. Went by today... Walked in walked out and wasted $63 for that. Oh well! Also what's the deal with the people who work there screaming for you to play their crappy expensive games or the guy trying to sell me cell phones... This park is nothing more than a money sucking business. Never going again. read more

Way overpriced, they don't honor express pass, they only let 4 people from the express pass lane per ride so you end up waiting at least 1/2 hr per ride. In addition, people that work there are way too rude! read more

So dissappointed. My husband and i were really excited to spend christmas night here. Pictures look great reviews were amazing but when we got into santas it was run down, smelled absolutely horrible, dirty and the workers were beyond rude!!! My brand new car got scratched by somebody and when we went back to report it they told us there is nothing they can do. Okay the rides are all free and shows but do you people see how desperate those tigers are?! How about the fact they make money off people with disabilities! "Worlds smallest woman" hello!!! You can see shes upset about being there. Someone in charge of games kept harrassing my husband and i and threw a baseball at us!!! Kidding or not get better employees. This is an ok place for children who are extremely young. But id never come back here such a waste of 65 dollars!!!! Merry christmas to all. read more

This place sucked. First you have to park extra far with no signs saying where you parked, the guys on the bikes told us it's about a half mile walk, so they sucked our party of 7 into paying $40 for 2 bikes. Then we noticed their was a free shuttle. Smh. At the main entrance be ready to cough up some money. I was charged $64 for myself and my 5 year old. $29 and some change for me and $20 for my kid, so $14-15 for taxes?!?! When you walk in you're bombard with people trying to get you to spend money on carnival games and to pay for some pretty expensive food and toys. Very pushy. The men's restroom were horrible! The restroom attendants had very bad attitudes and was being a smart ass with one of the kids from my party till a told him off. The lines for the rides had no control and long, couldn't tell where some started and people just cut you in line. The line for the Haunted House was scarier then the actual ride that was about 30 seconds of being in the dark. Lame. My child was denied on one ride because she was not tall enough, but yet another child from my party was allowed on, they are both the same height. If you have time and money to waste over the holidays then this is the place to go. The kids might like it here but parents beware. It's a money trap. They got me for about $120 for admission, pony rides, and what not; and my friend for well over $300. read more

Santa's a BEAUTIFUL and MAGICAL place full of wonder and love for everyone who goes. The food is amazing, ranging from corn and freshly barbecued steaks to regular fair food who everyone enjoys. Meanwhile you should save the delicious things for after the rides because they're spectacular, one of my favorites is the crazy mouse, very crazy I must say. And all the other rides are so much fun. Santa's has something for everyone of all ages to do and it's a must do every year with family and friends!! read more

I have mixed feelings about my experience being there. My personal opinion: this place is definitely amazing, but simply not for me. The reason I didn't like it: 1. Very crowded. 2. Difficult parking. 3. Long waiting lines to get in. 4. Tickets are $37 per person. 5. Everything is inside $5 and up. 6. Very loud. 7. It doesn't look clean at all. It's actually very dirty. 8. The smell of burning food is everywhere. 9. People who works there are trying to talk to you. 10. Too much walking around. The reasons you might like it: 1. If you like crowded places. 2. If you are lucky or handicap, you can park in front 3. If you have passion to wait in line to get in. 4. If you don't really care paying $37 to get in. 5. If you don't care spending a lot on entertainment. 6. If you like loud music. 7. If you don't care about cleanliness. 8. If you like different types of fast food. 9. If you like attention and socializing with strangers 10. If you like being on your feet and walk a lot. 11. If you have kids. 12. If you really like Christmas (who doesn't?? :)) 13. If you like amusement rides. 14. If you like taking cool pictures and selfies. 15. If you have some passion for gambling. 16. If you came there with lots of friends. 17. If you like Christmas lights and decorations. 18. If you are young and full of energy. As you can see pros are much more than cons. I personally would not go again, but that's just my feeling. I think this place as a business model definitely deserves 5 stars rating. Very creative, very popular, and somehow unique. read more

On 12/28 the park stated that each pony works a maximum of 2 hours per night. I knew this was not true, so I visited the park last night (1/1/17) and documented with photos and videos the same 8 ponies working from 5pm-10pm on with NO BREAK. Just after 10pm I notified park director Buddy Cormican that the horses had worked far beyond their 2 hours per night. He visited the pony rides within a few moments and spoke to the two men operating it. He then left and the pony rides CONTINUED until MIDNIGHT, meaning horses worked their full 6-7 hours straight as usual. The pony exhibitor herself refused to acknowledge that the horses had been working longer than 2 hours, despite photos, videos and witnesses to this fact. Santa's Enchanted Forest clearly is not willing or able to operate pony rides safely or humanely and should therefore STOP offering pony rides immediately. read more

Do NOT go to this place. They are forcing horses to give rides for 7-9 hours at a time, in circles chained by their face, with NO break for resting, food or water. They will blatantly tell you otherwise. However, investigators were there filming them. The owner was called, he came out & spoke with the horse people. The horses were STILL there till 11pm giving rides. They also are subjected to loud music while being forced to give rides. This shouldn't happen. This park needs to STOP having people there with horses. They aren't needed to make everything else be festive. It is NOT a horses job to have to entertain a bunch of kids for 8 hrs with no breaks. It's cruel, & it needs to stop. Please don't go until this practice is stopped! ! read more

The misery and sadness coming from the ponies is a stark contrast to what is supposed to be a joyful place. These ponies are completely used as objects for over 8 hour shifts without breaks. They are chained to poles and simply used. In order to have an enchanted atmosphere, one needs to care about the animals that are providing fun for the humans. It is time to care about the animals that you are mistreating and treat them humanely. The ponies worked without break for over 8 hours and are basically enslaved. How can anyone ignore this? I am so heartbroken by this experience and the lack of integrity. Owners of Santa's Enchanted Forest, it is time to have some conscience about these big hearted.ponies. read more

Let me start by saying that I do like Santa's Enchanted Forest. I enjoy driving down the Palmetto and seeing the lights in the trees. It almost makes you feel like there's an actual Christmas in Miami. BUT...it is crazy expensive. I cannot possibly imagine how much it must cost a family of four to come here. Admission is like $30/person, which is ok, considering that you get unlimited rides, but the food is really pricey (and it's just regular "Fair Food") and heaven forbid you want to play any of the games. If you can get discounted tickets and just want to walk around and go on some carnival rides, great. But don't come on an empty stomach! =) read more

Disclaimer: I have not gone here. I have seen evidence of animal abuse here and will not go. Please don't patronize this business until the owners change the conditions for the animals. The ponies are abused. Chained and made to work 6-7 hours a day. You don't want to expose your children to this cruelty or teach them that it's alright to treat any living creature this way. Make your voice heard by contacting the owners of this establishment. I will not go here and will advise all I know to not go until healthy and respectful living and working conditions are met for the animals. read more

If you have kids or visitors from out of town you must go there. Santas's enchanted forest is a huge beautiful decorated amusement park in south west Miami. All the lights are fascinating! You feel like in wonderland! The rides they offer there are from young kids up to any age. For everyone's taste will be something there. And what would be the best fair without greasy, terrible fast food for a little overpriced. But you have to had one. If I could give zero stars, I would. They abuse their animals and force the ponies to work 12 hours per day!!! Please do not support such abuse. They deny any wrongdoing yet there is video and documentation the ponies are never resting. The manager was confronted and lied even after being informed there is video footage to prove otherwise. A for profit disgusting place. Don't waste your money!!! I don't post much but this is a good cause that I strongly believe in and those poor animals do not have a voice. read more

BLATANT ANIMAL ABUSE. Why do they have animals at Santa's enchanted forest? Unfortunately they have a tiger show, sea lion show and a monkey who was spotted picking up garbage from the ground. They have a team of ponies bound to a metal spinning apparatus and forced to walk in circles for hours on end to create a live carousel. These animals do not belong at a carnival, traveling long distances from shows or being displayed to the public and this type of "entertainment" should not be supported. read more

It is deplorable how they treat the animals at this facility. I say everyone should ban going here until this is fixed. Do you really feel good letting your child ride on an overworked tired pony? Is that why God put animals on this earth for our entertainment ? NO !!!!! It makes me sick. Santa's Enchanted Forest please take care of your animals. This was crookville. There are lights the first half of the park, the second half was nothing but crooks who want to rob your money. We had an unpleasant experience with a man who had blonde, slicked back geled hair who kept saying it was on the house, and ended up costing us $30. It was irritating, dirty, and attracted the low class people. Would never go back again. Save your money, time, gas, and dignity. read more
