Everything was great! We rented a cabana and had a wonderful time. We came to celebrate a birthday and everyone was having so much fun! The service was great, Diego was very attentive and always passing by to check in on us, very nice. The slides were insane but soo much fun. There is one slide that I definitely did not go on because it was crazy, you stand into it and out of no where it drops you. To celebrate the last day of our summer camp, we took thirty excited 10 and 11 year-old students (coed!) on our third annual trip to Tidal Cove. It was the perfect way to end the summer. We arrived right when the park opened at 10 AM on a Wednesday, and were greeted by a super friendly staff. They helped us complete waivers for each student. It was easy to do on your phone or the tablets they provided. After getting our wristbands, we headed straight for the beach chairs right in front of the slides. Great view, great energy! The kids were hyped and didn't waste a second before running up the stairs to hit the slides. There are about 3-4 slides total (one was down for maintenance), and even though it's a bit of a hike to the top, they didn't mind one bit. Meanwhile, I was loving the lazy river right behind us. So calm. So peaceful. 10/10 would recommend. There's also a big pool with tons of lounge chairs that the students loved, and a splash zone for the younger ones that was also a hit. One thing I really appreciated as a chaperone? There were plenty of lifeguards stationed throughout the park. I never had to second guess the kids' safety. They were being watched from every angle. That gave me so much peace of mind. We ordered pizza and burgers for lunch, and I the pizza tasted even better this year. Im pretty sure they updated the recipe. The burgers and fries (for the chaperones) were bomb. Zero complaints! Food was kind of pricey though. ‍ I was very happy with the restrooms. Clean, air-conditioned, and playing music. Love that little touch. Best part? No rain this year! WE wrapped up around 2:15 PM after a fun and sunny day. Our poolside attendant was so kind and helpful. I've been wanting to take my kids to Tidal Cove for a while since it's probably the closest water park option in the North Miami area. Tickets are usually pricey, especially on weekends, so we held off for a bit. We finally found them for around $60 per person and figured we'd give it a shot ( ironically next week they are charging $500 per person - that is wild & def. Not worth it!) I was told that if you stay at the hotel overnight, they do give you access to the pool (you just need to make sure that you select the appropriate amount of people for the room because that is how many tickets they will provide). Also, kids 3 & under are free! To be honest, I'm glad we waited. Most of the slides require kids to be at least 48" tall, and only 2 out of my 3 kids hit that mark. It would've been frustrating if we went earlier and they couldn't even ride most of the stuff. Even so, there were only 4 different type slides in total. One of them was 42" and up, but the rest were 48", which felt a bit limited as is for the kids. The stairs to get to the slides are rough, especially since for one of the rides you have to carry a heavy tube with you -- not ideal with little kids & an adult would def have to help carrying the tube up. The rides themselves were just okay; nothing crazy or super exciting. My kids are 6 and 7, and they weren't too impressed. They actually spent most of their time swimming in the main pool (which we could do at our condo building). The Kid Cove area was super toddler-ish. I'd say it's best for 4-5 year olds. My kids tried it but got bored pretty quickly. The lazy river also wasn't heated and was actually kind of cold, which made it less enjoyable; was one and done. Cabana: We got a cabana and while it was on the expensive side, it did give us peace of mind. We could keep all our stuff in one spot, and it came with a large sizable safe which was helpful. You get 4 waters, 4 sodas, and a small fruit platter included; everything else costs extra. The pizza was a hit with the kids. I tried the burger (it was ehh.. nothing special) and a chicken Caesar wrap wasn't the best (it was more soggy lettuce in a wrap). I expected better since this is part of the JW Marriott, but I've had worse at other "parks". Pool Side Chairs: If you leave towels and stuff unattended by the pool for more than 45 minutes, staff will remove it. This happened to us at least 3 times while we were off riding or in the pool, which was pretty annoying. We were lucky that we had most of our belongings in the cabana not being touched. I only imagine if we didn't get a cabana what we would be doing trying to retrieve our stuff. Overall: It's a nice place, especially if you can score cheaper tickets, but I wouldn't go again just for the water park experience. The rides aren't really the main attraction -- it's more about the pool and amenities. I'm glad we went, but it's probably a one-and-done for us. Not quite worth the premium price. read more

We booked this hotel mainly for access to the water park, which is a great feature. However, the water park was very busy during our visit. Some of the pools closed at different times without much explanation, which made areas like the lazy river and rides extremely crowded. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we still had a great time. There is food and beverage service at the water park, but if you're visiting with kids, I recommend heading to one of the restaurants instead it's a much easier experience. Super fun, innovative, and relaxing water park located in the JW Marriott Resort & Spa!!! If you stay in the hotel the water park is included which is outstanding, but for those not staying there you can purchase day passes on Day-cation or the Tidal Cove websites. Prices were a little in the higher end but the relaxing vibes are well worth it. We got seated with towel and food services. Our server was the sweetest lady and helped us with all our needs. The prices for food and drinks are on the steeper end yet they were all very good! Food and drinks were very well made and fresh. The water park has an all kids section for smaller children and the rides are for anyone taller than 48"= 1.33 yards. There are 6 water rides in total for 4 riders, 2 rides, and single riders. This does not include the lazy river. The parking garage is now $32.99+tax for all day. Overall the park was not extremely packed and we went all over the rides multiple times and went in the heated pool zones to relax. Highly recommends to family and friends! ^.^ read more

We decided to try this location with a Resort Pass! So let's talk about the pros: some water park like adventures like slides and a lazy river which are all really fun! It also wasn't super busy which is really nice. The food was really good which helps after a full day of adventure! Staff was also extremely nice. Cons: you had to pay about $35 to park in addition to the resort pass which I thought was a little pricey. An unexpected adventure at an incredible resort! Adulting is overrated so we decided to be kids again. We found this awesome spot thanks to ResortPass. We were looking for a chill pool day and weren't sure where to go. Many of the miami scene pool parties had way too many dress code rules and we honestly just wanted to have fun, chill, eat and drink. That's exactly what we did at Tidal Cove. After booking our reservations online that same morning, we came out on a Friday and expected it to be super packed and also full of kids (since it's the perfect place for a family getty). This place is a whole vibe, when you walk in it's a true resort experience. What I mostly love about this place is that you get complimentary towels, there are outdoor rinsing areas and complimentary showers (only open til 5pm), free chair lounges, complimentary water stations are located throughout the resort. So for sure a plus and one less thing to think about when visiting. There are also lockers available but we ended up not needing them. We started off relaxing by the pool, ordering delicious drinks (we got a pitcher with their delicious mezcal drink - can't remember the name!) and some apps to snack on. The vegetarian sushi was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Once we got some food and drink in, we decided to be lazy and let the lazy river take us away. This part was awesome and just so relaxing. After going around for a couple of rounds we got off at one of the stops and went straight to the water slides. This was SUCH a blast. The only downside is doing all the steps (which honestly aren't so bad, they kind of build up the hype haha). A lot of the rides are for two so you won't be able to ride solo. The mat ride you can do a solo ride or even the suspended slide one - that one was INSANELY awesome. Despite it being a small waterpark the rides are IT and it wasn't too overcrowded nor were there too many kids. It was the right balance. We hit up the flowriders boogie board surfing thingie (it was my first time ever trying it). They make you watch a few safety videos and fill out a waiver and then you're good to go! The amazing and incredible staff here truly make you feel safe, secure and confident. Their confidence in you honestly builds up your own so by the time you go out there you can literally learn a few tricks in just a few rides/waves. I hadn't ever done anything like this and the guys were so helpful. This was my absolute favorite part of my experience here. Getting to learn, ride, and have a blast. We came out of here feeling so refreshed after a nice swim in their warm pool (and a few hot tubs later). This is exactly what we didn't know we needed and we can't wait to be back! I lived in Miami for a decade and never heard of this water park before!! How!??? I didn't even know about it until I happen to stay at the JW Marriott Turnberry where it's attached to!! I was therefore completely unprepared! I didn't even have sunscreen!? But I did have a bathing suit in my bag and off I went. They open at 9am however no attractions open until 10am. You can swim and eat and drink. The best thing about coming on august 14 is that school has started and until noon there were probably 30 people in the whole park. There was no wait for anything, you just kept going up those stairs doing rides over and over. Downside is that the 2 drops slides were closed (fine by me as I'm a scary chicken). I started with the yoga mat rides that the staff called little kids rides however I already had to get in to it lolololol. But once I went there was no stopping. Then I tried to carry a seat up to find the minimum weight is 160lb for the right so you need to be with at least 2 people and I am faaaaar under that. For the round floatie I joined many others but for the duo seat I never managed to get a ride. Which is unfortunate but more so the girl down the tower didn't say anything and had me carry the thing to the top for nothing! I loved the surfing!! After signing a waiver the staff was super kind and helpful teaching you. As there was for a while nobody for me I kept trying to get better and managed to get on all 4s (: after that I never went back because it got busy and a line started forming. (In my opinion wakeboarding behind a boat is way more fun but also different to learn). The pools were soooo beautiful, everything screams luxury. Even the bathrooms are breath taking! Far from your standard pool toilet! The lazy River was nice and you can enjoy the environment during the ride. Food and drinks are very expensive. This is JW a luxury resort. There is free water stations and plenty of towel stations. My favorite part was that is was not busy at all. I left at noon because I think I got the most out of it also you can't keep doing those stairs. I'm writing this review because my legs are already killing me preventing me to fall asleep! If I had known I'd be here today I'd probably did some kind of working out but it you don't do anything but be lazy, this is the result. This is a very active physical experience unless you lay poolside all day! All staff was very friendly. They help you set up your chair with towels and an umbrella. Everything was super clean. It also feels very safe! Of course it wasn't super busy but the vibes were just right. I left my bag open on a chair the time I was there and felt safe doing so. However during the weekend that might be different but I can't tell you if there's lockers as I did not look or even think of them! The price is pretty high but that is because location and luxury. Water parks in Orlando are bigger for the same price but more competitors and less fancy. Parking is $45 overnight but I had to pay it for my hotel stay regardless. I recommend coming with at least another person. I tried to offer my free entries that came with the JW Marriott room to others but on a week day last minute that was unsuccessful and it affected my experience. However still had an amazing time and if I'd get another chance I to come back even it was alone again I'd do it all over again! (Just not in the next days.... Legs...) read more

Tidal Cove - at first I thought this was just a new way to trap tourists in miami, but to my surprise it wasn't . This was my first time here to celebrate my sons birthday we stayed over night at the hotel and made our way to tidal cove the next day. We had a cabana for the day which was perfect, since it was still football season my son and his friends got to enjoy the water park while I got to enjoy the adult beverages and football. The staff is very attentive, they do a great job tending to their guests and making sure everyone has what they need. A great place for the kids as an adjunct to the beautiful JW Marriott Turnberry Miami. Plenty of space to enjoy the shade or sun with areas for kiddies and larger people. A wave runner is available to try your skills on a body board. Discounted or free tickets are available with your stay at the resort for every day of your stay. Excellent staff that is both attentive and friendly is available every where you look. It is abundantly clear that the training they receive is constant in the approach to customer service. Each person as they pass says hello and greets you with a smile. A pretty good assortment of tube or mat rides is there for all ages to enjoy. Lines were short and easy to navigate for the rides. A kiddie splash pool for the real small ones with plenty of chairs to watch them play and have fun. Food is available and is as you might expect- decent but not over the top- a little expensive but not overly so. Adult beverages were also fair in price- a bucket of 5 beers for $32. Also wine and specialty drinks good and fairly priced. The only shortcoming was that after two days, you have played out all of the attractions and are ready to try just laying about and getting tanned. Updating now a couple years later- we were there at JW Turnberry hotel during a stormy week but were able to hit up Tidal Cove twice. I noticed a major dip in service. The staff were interacting and being loud with each other and forgetting to take care of guests. They also seemed really not prepared for rain. ( lots hiding under towels without ponchos or jackets and looking miserable). I saw this happen at retail store, towel /check in hut, the food counter, and pool staff. The only gold star service we received was from Lifeguard Madison who was showing kids a baby frog at lazy river and also helped back up another lifeguard when a rowdy guest was complaining of not wanting to wear inner tube in lazy river. I missed the friendly welcoming feel of Tidal Cove AND there were NO chairs !! Soooo many members only green chairs reserved put families out of luck and literally having no place to sit. We arrived 30 Minutes after Opening one day and grabbed 3 chairs far away from where we hoped to sit. Watching families come in an hour later were left completely chair less. On the rainy visit, the inner tubes on lazy river were causing a backup ( super unsafe). I even had to help unclog the backup so we could get thru. Where was the lifeguard during this? Hiding under a towel a distance away. We had to wait around several times for conversations to stop so we could ask our questions -- asking for Tylenol at retail shop, asking for towels when walking in, and I had to track down server at pool who seemed annoyed I wanted to place a drink order. Its almost like they picked randomly who to serve as we were waiting patiently to order. For food - the pizza was horrible!! Like doughy tasting. It was really bad. Might be worst cheese pizza Ive ever had. I don't remember it being that bad before. I would recommend to management: 1. look into the club chairs during peak times. This was a very bad experience to have so many blocked off. I never saw anyone in them either. Too many families suffered and had no chairs or area to safely watch their children. 2. Training. The food menu was only Partially available ( unsure why?) for service one day ( 4/13/23) , yet I had to imply there was a kids quesadilla available. They were really unknowledgeable and lots of Goofing off with staff coming and going happening around the indoor food grab and go. Almost like it was known they could come in and complain about guests to the girls who were cashiering. Super unprofessional. 3. Unsure if lifeguards are a 3rd party outside vendor but if Madison is employed by Tidal Cove- she was superb and did everything to give outstanding service AND keep guests safe. She was saying " hey bud" to kids etc and gave me peace of mind knowing she was there as a lifeguard too. 4. Take care of employees who are there in rainy times. I understand it doesn't close unless theres too much wind or lightening etc but too many employees needed to have umbrellas or ponchos etc. They seemed like they couldn't properly do their jobs without it, especially lifeguards. I can only remove 1 star because this place is perfect for hotel guests, and is clean ( the family bathroom is amazing too and includes a shower!) , and the kids play area is like nothing Ive seen before with surrounding lush palm trees. I didn't think it was fair to bring it down to a 3 but Id expect for it to be on a JW property to have some better service from staff and have chairs available. read more

Surf type waves - watch a 10 min video and do the waiver to be able to ride as many times as you like Slide options are fun. There are many stairs to climb but the slides are fun and impressed with how well kept the place is. Some slides are two per person with floats. Some are single rider. Large pool area. Towels are included plenty of shady spots. Lazy river is a nice addition and offers a calm get away. Kids area with plenty of slides and a water park for little kids. Visibility at the park is another perk where you have ample places to watch your kids and chill without needing to participate. Views of the golf course are nice and the prices do fluctuate a lot so be sure to check back often. Great fun at a hidden gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Aventura! read more

I enjoy a great water park. This one nails it on cleanliness and service for food and drink. I am not going to go into a food review -- I did not even have anything to eat -- but service was attentive and friendly. The negative that stood out for me on an overall perspective was the directions and service for the single stair tower where all the larger rides originate from. There was little to zero focus on helping people find what and how to do anything but thankfully there was focus on safety. At no point did I ever see anyone released before the all clear below. In fact, it was probably the opposite issue where they were not ushering people fast enough after there was an all clear. I never made it on the Constrictor or the Master Blaster -- never figured out where the floats were available, assuming there were free ones. The Whizzard is the most tame and has the shortest hieght restriction of 42". It would be nice to see these facts more on display at the BOTTOM of the stairs. The FlowRider was down so there was no way to experience that. Boomerango was fun, but again, figuring out who and how many seemed more complicated than it should have been. I was a party of two on this ride and suddenly there was a father with us from a family of five. I get it, there is a 4 rider maximum, so he was an odd man out, but the float is tight for three adults so this could be handled better. The Aqua Drop was the most fun and my first time experiencing a ride like that. The blue one was the only one open. Why? I have no idea since water was flowing in both. Beyond this I guess pricing can be high and the parking lot, though close by, is confusing to say the very least. read more

Price- The prices range from $55 - $500 for a day pass. This is the official hotel pool and the staff stated the day pass price is based on occupancy. That's fair to keep the crowds feasible for true hotel guests. We had a great time but I can't say I would pay more than $75 per day per person. Seems excessive but good for the hotel is people will pay it. They have a strict no refund policy. That makes it hard with weather, sudden illness, and planning in advance. I wish they were more flexible. Rides- Excellent options for a hotel water park. Aquadrop- for sure the scariest. The floor drops from under your feet. Boomerango- imagine a vertical wall that the tube races up to then spin down. Lazy River- chilly water but no big deal as you float. Not very exciting. More peaceful. Master Blaster- personal fave. It's almost like a roller coaster in water. Water pressure makes the tube go up and then you slide down. The airtime was great in the way down. Constructor- fun. Little slower at first but a lot of fun. Whizzard- Mat ride. Good time and fun. Flow Rider- worth the wait. Each guest got two minutes with the instructor. Lots of adults also enjoying this ride. Main Pool- very warm. Nice area with lots of loungers. Food- We had a good meal. High quality. We enjoyed the quesadilla and Salmon BLT. Prices slightly above average but it was truly good. Staff- I felt really safe there. They were very strict in watching weight, heights, and party sizes on the rides. Good security presence as well. Anthony was a rockstar. My son was terrified to try the Aquadrop. He was so sweet with him to try to encourage him but not force him to go. He let him watch others from a safe distance try it so he can decide if he wanted to go. This job can't be easy and he was so good with my son. Please send him my thanks. It features a 4000 square foot kids pool with an aquatic play structure, a 60 foot tower with seven water slides, a surf area, a slow moving lazy River, and a huge swimming pool. For those not staying at the Marriott, prices range from $55 to $500 with children under 3 free. Self parking available for $25. There is a gift shop at the entrance. Cabanas are available for rental. Guests receive lounge chairs and towels and poolside service. Food and drinks are also available. The fish sandwich with sweet potato fries was delicious. Cool little water park. We rented a daybed to waste some time before our late flight. It is pretty pricey, but it is a nice place with a lot to do. Parking was $32 I think which was a little steep. We enjoyed our time especially at the daybed, pool, and kid pool area. Our biggest complaint was we only got to ride 1 slide because the lines were so long and the organization of the lines was utter chaos. We went on a Sunday in march so maybe it was just because of the weekend and spring break time. Would try again at a different date possibly. read more

Definitely better for kids over 42 inches and above, or ages 7 and up. I brought my 3 year old and 1 year old and there wasn't as much for my 3 year old as there was at other parks. The lazy river is great and the lagoon is pretty as well. It was very relaxing and quiet when we went on a Wednesday. The food options weren't great, but they have two different menus to choose from. Obviously their adult drink menu is robust, as this place caters a bit more to adults. The "kid cove" was fun, but my kids got tired of it after an hour or so. Very disappointing. They have a "FlowRider", but have taken all of the fun out of it. They do NOT allow you to use the stand-up boards. They only allow users to use the boogie board and they can only lay (or kneel) on the board and not move. When I was 15, I opted for a trip to Typhoon Lagoon instead of a quince. It's been a minute since I went to a water park, and visiting Tidal Cove this past weekend for a friends thirty fun celebration took me back to the best birthday ever! Tidal Cove is the newly renovated pool and water park at the Turnberry in Aventura. It's got everything you need for the kiddos, and the kid in you! First of all - this pool is MASSIVE. It boasts multiple pools, a kid-friendly water park, and allll the fun slides. There's also a flo rider for those who want to dabble in surfing. I am pretty timid when it comes to trying water slides, but I loved the Boomerang slide. It fits 4 adults to a raft, and it does exactly what you think a boomerang would do. SO MUCH FUN! On to the adult fun - our group of ten got a cabana and had stellar service by Nadia all day. The frozen drinks are phenomenal, my personal favorite was the frozen rosé sangria. You can also order bottles of wine, buckets of beer, and spirits. As for pricing, this is all that you would expect from the luxury and service of a JW Marriot - but worth the splurge for a day of fun. Drinks are $12-16, as are the food offerings. For food - i ordered the Buffalo Chicken wrap and fries. I am an expert in all chicken tender sandwiches, and this was one of my favorites I have ever had. The fries were amazing, especially after a day filled with some adult beverages. Once you want a break from the adventure, the Lazy River is a great way to lounge and soak up the sun. Admission to the park is around $100 pp, but PRO TIP: if you stay at the hotel, your room stay comes with 4 passes to Tidal Cove. Their summer rates are really reasonable, and this is most definitely a great staycation idea! Can't wait to go back! read more

I had an amazing time at the first Yelp! Elite Squad Pool Party! Oh my gaaaah, what a Sunday Funday! Miami has been waiting for an attraction like this forever! We were located towards the more intimate pool by the slides and the set up was nice. I didn't want to waste any time so I went ham for the slides and I made sure that I went on every one that I could. The Whizzard was first up and at first I was a little nervous because the tunnel starts off dark but you go down so quick it isn't too intimidating! Just make sure to close your mouth because you'll get mouthful of water lol. I think this is the best one to do first, just in case you have any apprehension. The two most popular slides were the Master Blaster and the Boomerango. They were both worth the wait but I must say, I wish the Master Blaster had the same conveyer belt to lift the double tube. I didn't mind waiting for someone to finish using their tube, but unfortunately there were some people who did not care about the line of people waiting for the tubes. Not only that, the double tube for that ride is heavy and you have to carry it up a few flights of stairs. Also be mindful, that this is not a slide for single riders, you must have two people. Fortunately, I went with a group the group and we teamed up together! The event was amazing, the bartender, the waiters and waitresses were very nice, helpful and smiling through the long line for food and that heat! read more

We had such an amazing birthday weekend here for my son and we can't wait to go back. When you stay at the JW Marriott Turnberry, the entrance at Tidal Cove is included. So we booked a room which was totally worth. The park itself is beautiful. The little kids zone is such a blast. I really appreciated that they had so many lifeguards there and life jackets assuring the safety of small kids. They have a relaxing lazy river as well. I was too scared to try the adult slides but my husband said they were a blast. Yes, prizes are steep but in return you get great service and a higher end clientele and not some ratchet South Beach style pool party. read more

Super cool experience Even with kids 42 in. + 42 in+ to ride the slides with mats (our kids reached it) and 48" + for all others including the flow rider and it was totally worth it. The grounds are all new. Well kept green healthy lush gardens Arrive early and go straight to the Flow rider to ride her waves in a iffy board or small surf board. Prices are reasonable about $40-50 person but if you stay at the JE turnberry you receive various park entrances with your hotel stay. Totally worth it. You. Can park at the mall free and shuttle in to the grounds It's a great investment. We did it both days we stayed and it's open in the rain unless it Lightning's then the shut down. and it's got amazing food and drinks options (bar) inside. Try the gelato and food at the restaurant The only Downside is that some of the staff don't seem very knowledgeable or enthusiastic but they are friendly. read more

I came here on a Yelp event. Which I am happy about because I don't think I would attend on my own. The price to enter is a little on the higher end side. During the week it is an average $80 bucks to enter the park and the weekends you're looking at over $100. However, if you are a guest at the hotel you enter the park for free. I would suggest searching discounts on the resort day pass website. The experience at Tidal Cove was amazing. The staff was friendly, the food was really good, and the slides were pretty cool. I was truly surprised that the water park is located in the city of Aventura. When you get to the top of the slide the view is amazing of the city and I'll golf course. This is truly a hidden gem in Miami. I would definitely recommend Tidal Cove for family or group of friends that want to hang out. It is the spot to be, you can lounge by the pool while the kids go on the slide and enjoy themselves. You can also grab a bite to eat and some cocktails at one of the two restaurants located at the park. I would recommend Tidal Cove for locals and even tourists it is really a wonderful wonderful experience. read more

The park Relatively Small but looks descend. buy the tickets online because at the gate they just put w.e price they want. And as of price is very very overpriced for what you get all the way from the parking to the food. I thought disney food was expensive until I came here. the place doesn't compared to a disney park or anything like that but you can still have fun with the family minding your budget. read more

We started our summer with a little getaway to the Turnberry. A mom in our daughter's class was able to get an amazing group rate we could not pass up. We stayed for 1 night which gave us access to the water park for 2 days & we had a blast. We enjoyed the water park for a full day there is lots of enjoy. The second day it was raining so we didn't stay. They have a kiddie area, a lazy River, several water slides, pools, & flow rider. There is a bar, several spots to eat, even some vendors selling jewelry. We got there kinda early, but still not early enough to get a lounge chair. Of course Y 100 was having an event so it was packed yet enjoyable. Later in the day as people left we were able to get a chair which was fine because we never sat down. Adults & kid can enjoy all the things to do. The food is a little pricey, but delicious. Quite possibly had the best grilled cheese ever lol. A downside is the bar was a ridiculous wait so you found yourself ordering a lot at once. Since we didn't have a chair to place orders from we had to go to the bar. The lazy River had no order whatsoever. Once you were finally able to get on though it was enjoyable. The life guards seemed to just be there for decoration. Mainly to tell the kids to not walk in the water or by the slides to get out of the water. Besides that we we a great time & would definitely return. Everything was very clean which is also a big plus. Although after awhile it seemed like they ran out of towels. I saw the day pass cost & for my family of four we are better off renting a room & enjoying 2 days instead of just 1 day. So I highly suggest comparing the two. read more

This place is basically the Turnberry's hotel pool, it's not a full blown water park. It's basically for rich kids and parents to enjoy a day out while still in the hotel grounds. $20 cocktails, and $20 hotdogs (yes you better believe it). And they serve you out of plastic take out containers. The atmosphere and service is very good but you'll need deep pockets to not go home with regrets. Limited slides but they are well executed. read more
